Food, water and shelter receive much of the attention in survival planning. Yet we will still wear clothes. We will still sweat, get dirty, need clean underwear and lie down to sleep. Sheets will wear thin. Socks will develop holes. Blankets will become damp. Children will outgrow their clothing.

A pile of spare clothes is a beginning. A way to maintain and replace them is what makes that supply last.
