The president of the National Water and Sewerage (ANDA), Marco Fortin, went to the Attorney General to report a sabotage to the pipeline of 48 inches of the "North Zone ".

9:03 p.m. - An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 degrees was recorded this evening at 7:44 pm, near the Atlantic coast of Panama, reported the Institute of Geosciences, University of Panama.
The seismic event occurred at coordinates 9.39 and 78.51 north west, 118 km ENE of Panama, according to the preliminary report of the institute. No other details are available on this event.
Official records indicate that on Saturday, May 21, another earthquake occurred at 3:37 am, in the Costa Rican-Panamanian border, 7 km north of Ciudad Nelly in Costa Rica.
Had a magnitude 4.2 ML at coordinates: 8717 N, 82,930 W, at a depth of 30 km.

José Carlos dos Santos, 40, a transvestite Adrian, who remained under the rubble of a partially collapsed house in the early morning in Slope of Soledad, in Barbalho, was found dead by firefighters at around 16 o'clock this Wednesday Wednesday (25).
The other victims had minor injuries that are Fernanda Carvalho, 28, his daughter Ana Clara Gonçalves Lourival the hairstylist, 42, who is the transvestite known as Diana, and Elisonilde Borges, who left the house walking. José Carlos dos Santos, 40, a transvestite Adrian, still awaits rescue. Jose Carlos, who did not live in the house, slept in the room when the landslide happened Lourival. Firefighters were unable to connect with Carlos and it is unclear whether he is alive or dead.

The Port Authority alert on the occurrence of undertow from the sea with waves southeast of 2.5 to 3.0 meters tall. The report was given by the Navy Hydrographic Center.
The Undertow will affect the coast of Alagoas 18h of day 23 until 12am on 24 May 2011.
With that, the Navy recommended that members of clubs, organizations nautical marinas and fishermen's associations do not make the sea during the period. The forecast shows that weather conditions will improve from the 24th of May.

La Paz - Bolivia .- The lack of attention in the Cerveceria by the reluctance of 22 families to evacuate their homes impact on the surrounding metropolitan area where 20 houses are about to fall, according to the official mayor DAILY Siñani Fabian.
"Remember that in the lower part of Cerveceria you find Metropolitana where at least about 15 to 20 homes that are also at risk of being affected, if not performed immediately mandated evacuation," he said.
STILL IN CAPRICIOUS POSITION
In an attitude that deserves punishment by law, residents are still in a capricious position not to leave their homes in Cerveceria.
The definitive answer to the Mayor's proposal was in the waiting until the end of this edition without success, but neither was there a counteroffer.
