This is an opportunity to discuss the public's expectations of Nancy, who is a single person, 78 years old, with health concerns, who works every day for as many hours as her health allows on getting the message out to the world. She was asked, in the early days of ZetaTalk, to be as educated on astronomy as astronomers, and did so to a degree that allowed her to support the imaging of the inbound Planet X. She supported our debates on sci.astro on the absurdity of human math when faced with reality, on the matter of why the Moon is in the skies and not crashing to Earth, even though she does not speak math any more than she speaks Greek. To properly translate our concepts, Nancy, as she has so often mentioned, must be on the same page as ourselves, versed sufficiently in the subject to understand our response. Thus she has been asked to be educated to the level of a biologist or geneticist on the matter of the hybrids, to be a geologist on plate movements, to be a vulcanologist, to be a hydrologist on water movement, to be an archeologist re ancient civilizations, to be an electrician when discussing survival equipment, and to be a sociologist and political scientist on the matter of human behavior. Where images do not exist on the web, she draws them sufficiently to explain our words. We do not, on every answer, require Nancy to spend hours positioning herself such that she goes beyond what is needed to relay our message.

Bear in mind, during these chats, what you are asking of ourselves and Nancy. You have a resource here which you are regularly wasting and exhausting with idiotic questions! Nancy has warned that the time is quickly coming when you will get no response from her at all, just a statement as to which questions will be accepted. The 8 of 10 has been an enigmatic step in the sequence of events towards the Poleshift.  Many predictions for the 8 of 10 have been offered by the Zetas, but they have also stated that they are not ready to disclose other predictions until the New Madrid Adjustment occurs.  They have said it will fully flower after this occurrence and that it will be a long, drawn out affair. 

How is the 8 of 10 related to the biblical Seven Years of Tribulation, if at all?

We are already having these for some years - drought, deluge, locust plague, red dust in the water for fish kills, migrating germs, etc. All we know of about the 8 of 10 is the Continental Drift, both S America and Africa falling further than during their rolls.

What caused this mysterious radiation leak?

May do this later but doubtful. Khabarovsk is in the Far East and has coastline accesss so might be a nuclear sub accident. Extremely busy these days and must pick and choose what we work on for new ZT.

I found that there had been a solar eclipse in the year of the great NM quakes of 1811/12 (3 months almost to the day prior to the huge quake). I wonder if a similar pattern might follow the eclipse on 8th April 2024. 1st quake - 16 Dec 1811. 2nd 23 Jan 1812. 3rd 7 Feb 1812. 4th 15 Mar 1812.

Can an Eclipse incite earthquakes? Yes, the weight and gravity tug by the Moon combines absolutely with the weight and gravity tug of the Sun. The effect on the New Madrid Fault Line can be seen historically during the 1811-1812 quakes that resulted. Heading into the April 8 Eclipse date, the New Madrid Fault Line is primed for an adjustment, with only a small stretch in the N Atlantic holding the Mainland and SE Portions together. The Eclipse paralleling the New Madrid Fault Line could be the trigger.

there. Where this process has just started, the rising land mass caused a huge displacement of the S Atlantic waters. A displacement can act like a tsunami if directed in a particular direction, but if not directed will throw the water into the air, which is what happened on April 10.

The Antarctic plate finds the side abutting the Pacific under pressure, as the plates due to fold or crumble or subduct in the Pacific begin to do this. This in effect is forcing the Antarctic plate to fold itself, like a fan, and it resists this pressure to fold. The tendency is rather for the Antarctic plate to break away from these bordering plates, so it then becomes free to move. Likewise, along the Atlantic, the spreading plates in the Atlantic are asking the Antarctic plate to rip apart, which it resists, being a very solid plate. The point that gives, the weak point, is the border between the Antarctic plate and those in the Atlantic, as these are already weakened points. Thus, these weak points separate, the Atlantic plates going their way, the Antarctic staying in place.

The Antarctic plate is now free on all sides! The overlapping and compressing plates on the Pacific side represent pressure and push. The separating and spreading plates on the Atlantic side represent an opening, so the Antarctic plate moves in that direction. Freed of tight borders, it is free to float or sink in the sea of lava that all plates ride upon, and as a land plate, being lighter than those that have sunk under the deep seas, it floats - new land! There are contours on plates, below water, just as there are contours above water. The portion of the Antarctic plate that emerges above the waves is higher than the rest of the Antarctic plate . Thus, the new land and existing Antarctica are not joined.

A marina in Pittsburgh sustained extensive damage after 26 barges, most of which were loaded with dry cargo, broke loose late Friday night and floated uncontrolled down the Ohio River. Two Pittsburgh-area bridges about 2.5 miles apart were closed after the barges broke free. The West End Bridge was also closed in both directions and rail traffic was shut down on the rail bridge to Brunot Island. No hazardous materials were on board the barges. Of the 26 loose barges, 23 were loaded and carrying dry cargo, including coal. Eleven of the barges were located and pinned against the river bank by Brunot Island. They were being held by a tugboat. Meanwhile, 14 continued down the river and six have gone over the Emsworth Dam.

As we have explained repeatedly, a plate jolt to objects on water does not have a brake. Thus anything on the water will continue to move on the path the jolt pushed it into, unlike objects on land which will be grounded and thus stop moving. Friction with the land is the brake. The SE Portion is being jerked to the SE, along with Africa when it rolls, and these jerks have only started. It may be rivers and lakes and bays that are a concern now, but quake devastated cities and highways will be next. This is the New Madrid Adjustment, now starting.

Could you provide and repost the latest estimates of Earth's population categories and percentages?
STO (including Star Children), STS (including Star Children), Sparked but undecided (become octopi?), Unsparked. I know you have relayed the information that STS souls are no longer being reincarnated to Earth since it is administratively transforming to STO. That has resulted in a statistically significant drop in the STS percentage on Earth. You have also relayed that unsparked souls simply dissipate at death.

the percentage of souls solidly in the STS orientation has been reduced due to the tendency of those in the STS to attempt to control others. Haiti is an example of an STS takeover and the infighting engendered in a Mad-Max environment. This infighting in gangs and resistance from the ever-increasing STO communities has created casualties for the solidly STS, who are now approximately 3.2% of the souls on Earth.

The steady increase in STO incarnated souls has again increased, due to two factors – Undecided souls moving into the STO orientation as they react to the distress of others around them, and Star Children entering the fray. Some of the Star Child growth is due to an Undecided entity wanting out, requesting death so that a Star Child can step in. Thus the number of incarnated STO souls on Earth at present is approximately 52%.

We have stated that the Undecided will constitute the majority of those who die as a result of the coming Pole Shift. Denial is in sway, along with a desire to enjoy the comforts of modern living as long as possible. Like infants, wailing for attention, they will demand social services rather than focus on taking care of themselves or the needs of others. Courageous Service-to-Other individuals will survive and prevail after the Pole Shift, so the population after the Pole Shift will be almost exclusively in the Service-to-Other.

In both 1995 and 2007, when we last gave percentages, we stated that 7% of incarnating souls on Earth were firmly in the Service-to-Self. This percentage has significantly dropped to 4.6% because the population aged and died, and no new incarnations from the Service-to-Self pool have been allowed to occur as a rule. These souls have moved on to the prison planets that await them. There are few exceptions. Another incarnation might be allowed only to someone on the cusp, so they can make their final determination.

In 1995 we stated that 25% of the incarnated souls on Earth were firmly in the Service-to-Other orientation, but by 2007 this had grown to 33%. The Earth’s population had grown from 5 billion in 1995 to 6.5 billion in 2007. All in the Service-to-Other orientation who died and were allowed to reincarnate on Earth. But most of the increase was due to the presence of Star Children, who are either incarnating into newborns or stepping into the bodies of unsparked or undecided humans. At present the percentage of incarnating souls in the Service-to-Other orientation is 47%

For many reasons the population on Earth will change in percentage as a result of the Pole Shift. We and other alien groups communicating to mankind estimated that 90% of the worlds population would die as a result of the Pole Shift. Most live on the coastline or in river bottoms where fishing and boat transport is handy. Even if warned, they will not move to safety. Denial is in sway. Those that have or will move to safety are courageous Service-to-Other individuals. Thus, the population after the Pole Shift will be almost exclusively in the Service-to-Other.
