This is an opportunity to discuss the public's expectations of Nancy, who is a single person, 78 years old, with health concerns, who works every day for as many hours as her health allows on getting the message out to the world. She was asked, in the early days of ZetaTalk, to be as educated on astronomy as astronomers, and did so to a degree that allowed her to support the imaging of the inbound Planet X. She supported our debates on sci.astro on the absurdity of human math when faced with reality, on the matter of why the Moon is in the skies and not crashing to Earth, even though she does not speak math any more than she speaks Greek. To properly translate our concepts, Nancy, as she has so often mentioned, must be on the same page as ourselves, versed sufficiently in the subject to understand our response. Thus she has been asked to be educated to the level of a biologist or geneticist on the matter of the hybrids, to be a geologist on plate movements, to be a vulcanologist, to be a hydrologist on water movement, to be an archeologist re ancient civilizations, to be an electrician when discussing survival equipment, and to be a sociologist and political scientist on the matter of human behavior. Where images do not exist on the web, she draws them sufficiently to explain our words. We do not, on every answer, require Nancy to spend hours positioning herself such that she goes beyond what is needed to relay our message.

The confusion here is due to the assumption that the brightest blob in the sky must be Nibiru. As noted in the most recent Newsletter where the naked Nibiru is featured in the Israeli video and confirmed by your and Alberto's photos - Nibiru is not shrouded by Petrol and red dust as formerly. Instead, this Petrol mass is being swept to the side by the retrograde rotation of Nibiru. Why is the Petrol no longer clinging to Nibiru? Nibiru has drawn closer to the Earth, into a crowded field of planets that includes Venus, the Earth, and the Dark Twin. They pull on the magnetized Petrol masses, distancing them from Nibiru.

Light arriving from the Nibiru complex has taken many forms, as light is highly malleable and bends readily toward gravity sinks or toward magnetic flow lines. There is the light directly from Nibiru, or light beams heading out into space when the light is bent at an angle or focused toward the Earth like a floodlight. There is light focused down a Moon Swirl tube so it emits at the end like the light from a flashlight. There is light that has been drawn to the gravity pull of many moons in a Moon Swirl, so this light forms a luminous String of Pearls. And there is light pulled back toward Nibiru or the Moon Swirls so it forms a Monster Persona.

Now that the fog of Petrol Bubbles is clouding the view, all these various presentations are still present, but are tucked behind the fog of Petrol Bubbles. Petrol Bubbles create their own light bending phenomenon for several reasons. Oil catches and distorts light, thus the rainbows that form on oil spills. Large Petrol Bubble clumps turn the light beams round and round, so they appear to be a large mass. This is not the Monster Persona phenomenon, which is simply light rays heading out into space pulled back to a gravity sink to form the illusion of a large ball. The Petrol Mass shows the actual boundaries of the Petrol Mass.

Apologies for Duck confusion. China did have a severe cold spell and dead ducks on their lakes as a result. But the photos used in new ZetaTalk are not from China. The photos of Snow Geese frozen on a lake are from S Dakota, posted on the web on the same day the cold weather in China hit the news. Numerous news outlets confused this issue, including Nancy of ZetaTalk. Note that the Zetas, in their response, did not say “Snow Geese” or “Geese” but only said “ducks”.

This confusion over the Snow Geese video posted online on February 19 and the same day reporting on severe cold in China was caused by AI run by a popular China blogger who was seeking a visual of the mass death of China ducks caught in freezing water. The date and cause of death are right, but the country and type of bird was wrong. AI as a computer program will only do what is requested. A human would have noted that the wrong country and bird type was provided, but AI was clueless.

Cell phone customers from a number of providers were unable to make calls, including to 911.

Dispatchers around Connecticut told Channel 3 on Thursday morning that a widespread cell phone outage was reported from California to Connecticut.

They said that it looked like it was mostly AT&T, but customers who have other providers could be affected as well.

CBS News cited the website Downdetector, which reported that T-Mobile, Verizon, UScellular, and Consumer Cellular customers were also experiencing outages.

There were reports that the outage also impacted FirstNet, which is a public safety arm of AT&T.

Old Lyme emergency officials reported that they were impacted.

What's concerning AT&T said it's working on the problem, but hasn't said what it was. I bet it will be out all day. Maybe even longer.

AT&T and other cell phone companies have been reluctant to explain their outages because these outages were caused by massive EMP with arcing to Nibiru due to the stress of the SE Portion of the US being pulled eastward toward Africa during the African roll. There is currently a coverup over the presence of Nibiru, and thus a coverup over any massive Plate Movements caused by the Daily Earth Wobble. Until Nibiru is admitted, Black Swan events such as the AT&T outage will occur.

This is not hacking by China, nor is it a software glitch nor a mechanical failure, nor is it a test of a Days of Darkness routine. It is the rock screech in the SE Portion and the Mainland Portion reluctant to release its connection to the SE Portion. It is the near presence of Nibiru, a huge magnetic planet, causing EMP arcing. But the blame will likely be placed on the Sun, or on a Russian space weapon, or China hackers. The rule during the Nibiru coverup is to never say the Nibiru word.

Whatever is revealed in this February 8 release of Tucker’s interview, it is likely to be released in pieces. There are several different packets prepped for the first release. Putin has threatened to announce Nibiru but has granted the Junta the opportunity to do the announcement. If this interview had been recorded in the US, it could be confiscated, but in that it was recorded in Russia, the original copy is being held in Russia, thus safe from the Nibiru coverup. Letting Putin tell his story re the Ukraine, whether this was an invasion or a rescue, is expected and not news. For President Trump to have a cameo appearance, recorded in Moscow, would be to confirm that Nibiru is real but world-wide riots feared. This is all in play and could go in many directions.
