Is this the Dark Twin on this Italy webcam? Looking West at 22:00 hours on September 1 and 2, it shows up two days in a row, then briefly on August 25 when the Moon is not in the skies at all. We predicted that the Dark Twin would try to pass the Earth in their shared orbit, moving out further into space and sliding behind the Earth. The Dark Twin is affected by the sweeping arms of the Sun, forever pushed forward in their shared orbit. But unlike the Earth the Dark Twin is not a magnetic planet, and thus is not caught in the grip of Planet X as firmly as is the Earth. In these webcam photos, the Dark Twin seems to move about, and this is due to the blooming effect, light pulled toward Earth’s gravity and likely also the Moon’s gravity.
In that it is seen on August 25, dimly, when the Moon is not in the skies, this is not a ghost of the Moon in the camera. The uneven lighting where one side of the Dark Twin is brighter than another is explained by where reflected light goes. Those light rays reflected back toward Earth come from the side facing Earth, still behind the Earth in their shared orbit. Light rays from the Sun hitting the Dark Twin on the side away from the Earth bounce off into space and thus are only dimly seen from Earth. Where this 2014 view is looking West, the Dark Twin is still not quite directly behind the Earth as yet.

From Germany, a capture at noon. Due to the tilt of the globe to the East during the Wobble, this is looking back to the NW along the shared orbit with the Earth.
I estimated the gap between Earth and Dark Twin by their relative size ratio roughly calculated from the picture taken from ISS showing Earth and Dark Twin.
Earth in the picture: zoom-out, x1/5,15.6 cm (diameter): 78 cm
Dark Twin in the picture: zoom-in, x10, 2 cm (diameter): 0.2 cm
Thus the apparent size ratio viewed from ISS is,
Earth (390) vs Dark Twin (1).
Per the Zetas, the Dark Twin is approximately the same size as the Earth.
So the distance ratio from ISS is,
ISS-Earth (1) vs ISS-Dark Twin (390).
ISS orbital altitude (ISS-Earth): ca 400 km, thus
ISS-Dark Twin: 400 km x 390 = 156,000 km.
Diameter of Earth: 12,752 km (156/12.8 = 12.2)
The gap between Earth and Dark Twin is 156,000 km, which corresponds to approximately 12 earth.
