"Over to S America the Andes are shown doing mountain building, while some islands in the Caribbean are sinking, their plate
pushed under as S America rolls."

Note:
In this particular Blog will be describes and take note of all the Earth Changes of the World that will lead to the Geological Movement of the South American Plate: about 250 miles/400.33 Km  to roll!.

" These regions will not experience the sense that they have moved 250 miles further to the west, though this will be computed by man after the roll has been completed."
The 7 of 10 Event: A multi-region event!
The Zeta sequence is as follows:
(2) with Indonesia sinking,
(3) a folding Pacific Ocean
Allowing:
(4) S America to roll,
-this blog-

-Caribbean Subducting under Northern South America:

-Sinking part of  the Caribbean Plate:
-Lesser Antilles  sinks in the ocean and
-Central America get crunched  in the process:
(5) a tearing of the south Atlantic Rift
Allowing:
(6) Africa to roll

(7) and the floor of the Mediterranean to drop,
(8) great quakes in Japan:
-Precursor:
(9) followed by the New Madrid adjustment,

(10) which is followed almost instantly by the tearing of the north Atlantic Rift with consequent European tsunami.

More of the 7 of 10 event by Nancy and Zetatalk:

Quoted:

"We have seen a few questions for Mexico, but possibly the Zetas could elaborate a little more on the effects to Central Mexico, notably the volcanic mountains that run east to west separating the north and south Sierra Madres during the 7 of 10 and, if possible, the PS event itself.  Some of the volcanoes are old and have already blown their tops thousands of years ago, but possibly new ones will erupt? Is a trench still our best chance of survival in these steep mountains during the earthquakes? The hillsides are not that stable now or in years past with rains. Thank you.

SOZT
Your answer is in the rock strata of Mexico, which we encourage you to research. The volcano belt of Mexico, and its active volcanoes, almost precisely follows a particular rock strata, which has been formed in the past from extruded magma, and has outlets to the magma today. Avoid these areas. Volcanic ash will flow to what is now the south in the Aftertime, so the best bet is to head north of this volcanic belt, into what are now the deserts of Mexico, which will bloom in the Aftertime.

Prior ZT: http://www.zetatalk.com/info/tinfx063.htm
Where much of Mexico will remain intact after the pole shift, but those portions close to Central America will experience the same destruction from fault line crossing and plate crumbling that Central America and the Caribbean will experience. As with any country, active or inactive volcanoes should be avoided, staying at least 100 miles from either. "

The video does not show Soacha (left of Bogota proper) as being located on a high mountain, its looks more like a rolling hill type of mountain top.  They plan evacuation of more people, but they do not mention mudslide, they use the words "ground movement."

Fourth Boyacá killed in mines

Methane leaks in Boyaca mines

The news "In the first case, an accumulation of gas explosion in coal mine Guayabal, located 10 minutes from town in the municipality of San Mateo, north of Boyacá, left two people dead.

...the tunnel had been sealed for 15 days before by  technicians Corporación Autónoma Regional de Boyacá (Corpoboyacá)"

We should keep in mind that Ingeominas is the same agency that keeps track of quakes and volcanoes

"So far this year in mining accidents in Boyacá were killed 7 miners"  Only in Boyaca mines

This is the region where los Andes begins to split into two mountain ranges, which suggest Caribbean subduction meets Pacific subduction this far, I think.  Thus, the movement in the daily quake report for March 6 a horizontal divide of quakes

I think that this may be meaningful in terms of seeing the subductions as we move West

The Rams placed on the island are starting to show results
Tuesday March 8, 2011 00:00
The two rams positioned as a breakwater in the foothills of the village of Isla del Rosario, territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Pueblo Viejo, are beginning to show off, to be noted the beach recovery in previous months had already invaded the sea.

With these works recovers the community living in the mud adjacent to the sea, which suffered with the previous storm surges flooding, losing many possessions and forcing the displacement of housing.

Tourism is another area benefited, as the beaches become very interesting for people who come to enjoy some entertainment to the everyday they hold in their daily work.

The community sector is quite happy with the placement of these two spurs, as well as improve the image of the beach, serves as protection for storm surges that occur at different times of year.

Cartagena: bid this month tidal control works
Published: March 9, 2011 6:06 p.m.
CARTAGENA
Thefloodings  in Bocagrande and Castillo are usually caused, quite often, by the increase in the average level of the tides in some cases and in other situations by the swell.
Secretary of District Planning, Javier Mouthon Bello explains that the idea is that the contractor chosen to build the project, once completed the works is connected to the project for at least another year, with the aim of undertaking the maintenance and operation of this system of control tidal intrusion.
The cost of the first stage of the project is 10 billion dollars, approved by the District Council and is referred to in the district budget this year 2011.
The second phase calls for studies to control the problem of intrusion of the tide in the areas of the Historic Center, Manga and Pie de la Popa.
This project is the result of one and a half of studies involving content experts from Colombia and other countries like Canada and Italy.
The system provided to mitigate the effects of sea and storm water in the coastal resort and residential area of Cartagena solve the problem of flooding in these areas, the official said.
According to the Secretary for Planning the final design includes the construction of a box culvert perimeter to collect rainwater from the streets and avenues and Castillo grande Bocagrande, which will be conducted through these structures and channels to two pumping stations before being deposited in the Bay of Cartagena.
This structure (box culvert) will have a length of 2,300 meters.
The pumping stations will be located one on and one in Castillogrande Bocagrande, and its function will capture rain water stored in the box culvert and lift stations and then pumped into the Bay.

ECUADOR ROCK SLIDES

Continuous landslides, are getting reported as part of bus accidents that are caused by debris on the road.

They also hint the about the 7 of 10 move to west when they report the status of the roads, for the Carnaval festivities, and I believe they cover up, because they do not want to discourage tourism, an emphasis being placed in this area.

Ecuador: Strong winds alarmed southern Manabi
Neptalí Palma | May 24, MANABÍ
In the midst of a drought period on the coast of over  three weeks, strong winds, electric discharges and heavy rain was evidenced in the afternoon and evening of Thursday in at least three  communities in the parish Bellavista, of Canton May 24th .
The phenomenon took off the roofing of about five  houses and caused alarm in communities Entrada de las Lozas,  Merejo and Jaboncillo, located 46 km southwest of Portoviejo.
"All I did was to entrust to God, because this was like a punishment, the trees swayed, some even fell on homes, like my elder sister," said Antonio Herrera, a farmer of 62 years.
Lutgarda Herrera, sister of Antonio, said the wind knocked a mango tree on the patio of his house. "I ran for help."
The storm also left the area without electricity, as some posts  dropped.
Although until yesterday morning, the National Risk Management issued no reports about this incident, ten days ago a warning  against the formation of strong winds was issued. Would have asked residents to ensure the roofs of their houses.
On April 20, 2010 a similar phenomenon was evident in the Manabi coast and caused the deaths of three fishermen (1 Crucita Jaramijó and 2) plus losses in ships and property damage by strong winds that hit that night at Manabi coastal populations.
