Alberto is showing where the Moon Swirls and possible PX location lie, when viewed from Italy as (I assume) 4:40 pm. This is from Skymap (below) with the Ecliptic drawn as a light gray line. Notice the likely Planet X is below the Ecliptic. The Moon Swirls are being blown out from the N Pole of Planet X, and are wafting afar in this between the Sun, Planet X, and Earth.
