In the video you hear her jump out of her pants. But they later explain this off as follows:

As she peered out of the side window of the Soyuz spacecraft she witnessed something that only a few astronauts have ever glimpsed - the moment that the sun catches the solar panels on the ISS as night turns to day

Then you hear the other astronaut immediately hush her down... (Note that this is explained as a sudden rush of light from the sun that caught her by surprise. Also its her first time in space). Here is relevant zetatalk.

There is more stress on astronauts than the media is told, as they see things out there that you cannot. They are of course told to keep their mouths shut, that the glowing orb quite visible from above the clouds, near the Sun and looking very threatening, is not to be mentioned among family or friends. Brilliant Moon Swirl at about the 9:30 o'clock. But this photo also captures the big guy himself at 5:30 o'clock!

Recently I was flying from Tampa to Phila on October 1st. I started taking photos of the skyline as it was quite beautiful. Sometime after 6pm eastern time, I started snapping photos of the sunset. Attached is one of my photos. You can imagine my surprise when I saw an object clearly to the left of the sun. I took this shot in various settings to make sure it wasn't just a reflection.
