MAJOR Internet Outage, November 18, 2025.

Cloudflare down today: Cloudflare, a company that usually works quietly behind the scenes to keep much of the internet running smoothly, found itself front and center on Tuesday morning after a major outage disrupted access to some of the world’s biggest websites

JUST IN - Trump says he will be recommending a bonus of $10,000 for every air traffic controller that didn't take any time off during the "Democrat Shutdown Hoax."

November 6, 2025-Airlines have been ordered to cancel thousands of flights because of the government shutdown and drones near airports. While they provide explanations to passengers, they fail to address the risks posed by Nibiru debris entering the atmosphere and the EMPs caused by tectonic plate shifts.

Amazon Web Services recovered Monday morning from a widespread outage that disrupted services for major retailers, airlines, social media apps, financial platforms, and more. AWS infrastructure supports millions of websites and platforms. Air France 447 in 2009, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, and the recent Germanwings A320 incidents have drawn attention due to their significant impact on the airline industry, often attributing blame to pilot suicide, storms, or poor judgment. Similarly, crashes involving electric trains like the Disney Monorail, DC Metro in 2009, and Amtrak 188 are investigated with discussions of safety devices, track maintenance, or mechanical failure taking center stage.

The public only begins to suspect something larger at play when widespread issues arise. Disruptions in cell phone service are often blamed on blocked tower access or bad weather, while the Blackberry outage in 2008 was attributed to a software glitch. However, engineers maintaining equipment and the grid are not easily deceived. During the Washington DC blackout, an electrical issue initially described as a "surge" hinted at something unusual.

A key distinction exists between a failed electrical system, a simple outage, and an electromagnetic pulse. A pulse causes a surge—a sudden increase in magnetons and electrons—that disrupts equipment reliant on steady particle flow, leading to a runaway state. Surge protection can guard against lightning strikes, shutting down equipment to prevent damage. Yet, absent a lightning strike, such surges may point to the charged tail of Planet X, also known as Nibiru.

What lies ahead for the public? As cell phone service and satellite cable TV continue to degrade, and as planes experience increasing electronics failures or cockpit smoke incidents, the challenges posed by such phenomena may become harder to ignore.

UPDATE: Damage to Bell fibre networks causes widespread cellphone service outage

August 4, 2017

http://www.theguardian.pe.ca/news/local/2017/8/4/cell-services-have...

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - When Sue Gallant couldn’t take money out to buy gas, she didn’t know how she was going to get home.

That was the problem the Rustico woman faced Friday afternoon as she sat in her van parked outside Provincial Credit Union in Charlottetown, which was closed because of a phone network outage.

“I have no access to my money,” she said.

Earlier in the day cellphone service for Bell, Telus, Virgin Mobile and Koodo went down leaving thousands of customers in Atlantic Canada unable to connect to their networks for several hours.

The issue also affected landline and FibreOp services for Bell customers in the region.

TWITTER MOMENT collection about the crisis

https://twitter.com/i/moments/893508191413293056

A statement from Bell Aliant said accidental damage to multiple fibre networks caused the outage.

During the outage, the provincial government reminded Islanders they were still able to call 911 for emergencies.

Any 911 calls made using cellphones would connect through the Rogers cellular network.

The outage also caused two flight delays at the Charlottetown Airport

Along with keeping people from placing calls or sending text messages, the service disruption caused problems with some financial institutions, like the credit union.
Some businesses, as Gallant learned, weren’t able to accept payments using debit cards during the outage.
At the credit union, the doors were shut to the public and a steady stream of customers was met with signs that said it was closed temporarily due to “communications issues.”
Gallant said she tried to use her debit card to buy gas, but it didn’t work because of the outage.
She was told to try her bank, Gallant said, but that didn’t work either.

Gallant said a day like Friday was a reminder that it might be a good idea to rely less on digital services.

“We’re totally dependent on it,” she said.

Transformer fire cuts power to parts of Auckland

http://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2017/07/transformer-fire-...

A transformer caught fire and disrupted power in the central Auckland suburb of Mission Bay on Friday night

(July 28). Central Auckland fire crews responded to the incident which cut power to shops and traffic lights in the area. The fire was behind the popular Starbucks store, on Marau Crescent just off Tamaki Drive.

The fire brigade told Newshub they weren't sure what caused the blaze but contained it before leaving it with Vector to investigate.

Onlookers said they could smell something burning from the waterfront by the popular Mission Bay fountain.

There were fears from the public that the blaze could've burnt down the luxury apartments had the fire service not responded so rapidly.

Outer banks  N.Carolina, More than 7,000 homes in the Outer Banks were without power Thursday morning (July 26) , according to Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative.

All of Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands were without power around 8 a.m., the company said.

Customers should be prepared for an extended outage. The company is working on the issue and can't say when the power will be back.

The outage began just after 4:30 a.m and crews were immediately dispatched, said Laura Ertle, the company's spokeswoman.

It was caused by damage to a transmission cable attached to the Bonner Bridge. The bridge is still open though, she said.

She added that though there the construction of the new Bonner Bridge is nearby, there is nothing indicating that the outage was related to it.

Power outage at Brooklyn housing complex knocks out electricity for 46 buildings, leaving at least 30 residents stuck in elevators

  http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/sprawling-brooklyn-housing-comp...

An electrical outage at a massive Brooklyn housing development left 46 buildings — and thousands of tenants — without power Wednesday (July 26), authorities said.

At least 30 residents were stuck in elevators when the power winked out at Spring Creek Towers on Van Siclen Ave. in East New York about 10:15 a.m. The outage came after the complex’s self-sustaining electrical system went down for several hours.

First responders went building to building, checking to see if any tenants were on life-support equipment that depends on electricity, or if anyone was trapped.

“We had to search all of the elevators to make sure there was nobody trapped inside,” Brooklyn Battalion Chief Derek Harkin said. “Approximately 30 people had to be evacuated from the elevator.”

Four people were treated at the scene. Power was restored to the complex at about 12:30 p.m.

Spring Creek Towers, spanning more than 150 acres, was built in 1974. First called Starrett City, it was renamed in 2002, officials said.

Track circuit and power fault result in delays and crowds on the North-South and East-West Lines

 http://www.msn.com/en-sg/news/other/track-circuit-and-power-fault-r...

Singapore- At rush hour this morning (Jul 25), commuters experienced nothing out of the ordinary — just another day, just another delay. This time, the slow-moving trains and crowded platforms were the result of an intermittent power fault and track circuit fault on both North-South and East-West Lines. Oh joy.

SMRT’s first tweet of the day at 7:26am warned commuters of the pile-up to be expected.

Subsequent updates on the North-South and East-West Lines continued to alert commuters to trains “running at longer intervals”.
But it seems like commuters were already grumbling about delays at least an hour before SMRT’s tweet, saying no announcements were made even though crowds were swarming the stations.
Basically, SMRT was just having another one of its Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Days.

The latest update at 10:19AM claimed that train services on the North-South Line were back to normal.

The post Track circuit and power fault result in delays and crowds on the No... appeared first on Coconuts.
