PETALING JAYA: A man and a woman were killed after a piling machine fell on the car they were travelling in at the Jalan Meru industrial area in Klang this afternoon.
Bernama identified the dead as Abd Rahim Abd Rahman, 51, and his wife, Nurhayati Rosli, 46, an Indonesian national.
The victims, who were in a dark blue Perodua Axia, were killed on the spot.

In August, administration executive Chin Khoon Sing, 24, was killed instantly when a crane hook fell on her Perodua Kelisa from 20 storeys up at Jalan Raja Chulan.
Chin, who worked in Puchong, was on her way to join her family for dinner when the incident occurred.
Bernama also reported that the developer of the construction project in Bandar Baru Bukit Raja had been issued with a stop work order with immediate effect following the incident at 12.35pm.

Mohtar Musri said the stop work order was issued so that investigations could be carried out.
“DOSH officers are at the scene. The next course of action will depend on the outcome of the probe.”
