Took this on 9-18 in Western Maryland, used my sunglasses as filter, could not find my mylar.  Just uploaded and not sure what this is, I do not think it is a glare, but not sure.

Via email, this same very bright Moon Swirl that others are capturing, this time in a reflection!  She notes that with a blue filter it shows up as a Monster, but without filter one can still see a presence there, both in the sky and in the reflection.

Hello Nancy!! I captured this amazing photo about two weeks ago in the early morning about 7am. I was using a blue filter and noticed something in the suns reflection in the windshield of my car!! Hey. you might have caught something.

I used Gimp (free to use) to play with the brightness levels of your first pic.

When brightness is increased an orb shows up at 6 o'clock. When you decrease the brightness, the orb still remains; neatly wrapped around by the sun's glare. It changes intensity differently than the glare lines and orbs.
