This video was taken at 9:15 am this morning (September 6 2012) in Northern NSW Australia, showing a moon swirl at the 11o'clock position, and by "twisting" the phone camera I demonstrate that the moon swirl stays constant relative to the sun whilst the lens flare hovering at the 12 o'clock position moves about with the camera. Thanks to Napa for the suggestion to twist the camera, thus negating one of the debunkers major arguments......

The following capture of a strong moon swirl was taken at Northern NSW at 11:00am [ALL my successful captures have been at this time of 11- 11:30am so bear this in mind fellow Aussies...] this morning, July 15, 2012, using an iPod touch with a single floppy disk filter:
note the moon swirl at the 8 oclock position.Minutes later the following capture:
I then took a video to show that the lens flare moves but the moon swirl is constant, but I am having trouble uploading it. I then realised I could capture the swirl without the filter, although by this time it had moved position:
