We'll be seeing an uptick in unusual home and business gas explosions and I'm trying to locate specific ZT on the matter.  Below is a refresher for the many gas related news articles.

Fault lines, when adjusting, do not just rip apart one day during a dramatic earthquake. They most often creep. Laying gas lines along or across a fault line is asking for an accident of this sort. Fault lines are also seldom so clearly delineated that one can go a mile in this or that direction and avoid their action. Where a slip-slide fault such as the San Andreas will often leave a clear line on the surface, this is only the surface action, not what occurs in the rock layers on either side which can fracture for a long way to either side during any movement. The gas company, or the age of the pipes, will be faulted but in truth the finger should be pointed in many directions. The public, who insist on living at such a scenic spot, is to blame. Officials, who zoned for housing are to blame. The public utility company, for allowing gas lines in the area, is to blame. But this will change nothing, while man continues to live on the San Andreas, even as it awakens. EOZT

The danger from radon gas will not be increased as a result of the pole shift. Radon gas is emitted by rock containing uranium, which is degrading. In normal circumstances, where air can circulate, it is disbursed rapidly as is any methane created by decay of organic material. The danger from these gasses comes from confinement - being trapped in a mine, a basement, or beneath the permafrost. The dangers are well known. For methane, it is explosions. An accumulation of methane gas can be identified by the smell of rotten eggs, or as some have described it, dirty socks or cabbage soup. For radon gas the danger is lung cancer, from the continual exposure to the radioactive air. Radon gas is odorless, and cannot be detected except by specialized equipment not in the hands of the average person.

In that the pole shift, or the Earth changes preceding the pole shift, can fracture rock and release pockets of either gas, survivors should be cautious about huddling in bunkers. You are safer out in the open air, or in a trench you have dug that will allow the pole shift winds to pass over you, but nothing to fall on and crush you. The fact that both methane gas and radon gas can accumulate in the bunkers of the elite is one of the reasons we have stated that they have dug their own graves. EOZT

Anyone watching the news, for instance the news on the San Bruno explosion in a distribution line close to the San Andreas Fault line, knows that gas in any form is a danger. Oil and gas refineries explode when rigid piping cracks. Oil or gas wells explode when the ground around them moves. And the gas distribution lines running under cities are no exception. They likewise will explode. Gas lines, whether along the street or within a home, are rigid. In some cases automatic shutoff valves can limit the amount of gas available for an explosion by sensing a drop in pressure, but this is always after the fact. The explosion has already occurred. Utilizing gas on a planet prone to earthquakes was a mistake to begin with, but man never thinks of the consequences when striving for modern conveniences. We have advised turning off the gas at the street, though when the street explodes and your neighbor's homes are on fire you are not likely to escape the holocaust. A better alternative is to live in an area where gas is not available, as in your rural safe location where you will be doing a form of camping while gardening. A campfire at night, for cooking and washing and a bit of friendly light before bed. Nothing explosive. EOZT

SOZT Answer: It is no accident that the New Madrid fault lies under the Mississippi River near Memphis, as rivers form in lowlands created when land pulls apart, separating the rock fingers and weakening support for the land. Thus, the Ohio River bed also is an indication of where rock fingers will pull apart. Two adjustments in Kentucky, a day apart, are not an accident, but an indication of the speed at which the stretch zone is starting to adjust. Rail lines are frequently an early harbinger of such adjustments, as they run long distances, whereas structures within cities, such as tall buildings, take up relatively little space and have a small footprint. Our warning that imploding cities will be experienced, before the hour of the shift, are in this regard. Be warmed, it will not just be your rail lines and gas and water mains that will shatter and be pulled apart during the stretch. The foundations of your tall buildings will likewise be vulnerable.EOZT

(CNN) -- A gas main explosion in Philadelphia Tuesday evening killed one utilities worker and injured five other people, a fire department official said.

Philadelphia Gas Works employees were responding to a gas main break in the city's Tacony neighborhood when the explosion occurred, fire department spokesman Jim Smith said.

"They were trying to control it and found a source of ignition," according to Smith, who said four PGW employees and a firefighter were among the injured. He said some of the gas workers' injuries were serious.

The huge blast, which occurred on Sunday afternoon, ripped through the house in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire

This incredible footage shows the aftermath of an explosion which destroyed part of a house and left two people injured.

Four fire crews attended the incident, which happened at about 5.30pm on Sunday evening in an end-of-terrace house in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said a man was rescued from the terraced property and a female casualty released before they arrived.

The extent of the couple's injuries are unknown.

Thames Valley Police said a cordon was likely to remain in place for some time.

Presents and wrapping paper are strewn on the floor after the explosion

A resident from Barley Fields, who did not want to be named, told the Bucks Free Press: “I just heard a loud explosion. I didn’t think anything of it at first and then I had a message from my daughter saying ‘are you still alive’.

“It’s really worrying. It looks to me like it has taken the building clean away. All you could see was dust and water in a big empty space.”

The British Red Cross Fire and Emergency Support Service vehicle from Marlow and two officers also attended.
Firefighters used two main jets and one hose reel and set up cordons.

National Grid gas engineers have also been spotted at the scene.

Eye-witnesses said that the fire was extinguished at about 7pm, but crews have continued to douse the smoking property.

Two dead after explosion at Cardiff steelworks

An explosion at a steelworks in Cardiff has killed two workers, Celsa Steel has said.

Emergency services were called to Celsa Manufacturing on East Moors Road in the Splott area at 10.30am.

The manufacturer confirmed "with great sadness" that two people had died and four had sustained minor injuries in the blast.

It happened at 10.30am in the Splott area of Cardiff.

Those nearby described hearing an explosion.

It is with great sadness that we can confirm that two colleagues have passed away and four have sustained minor injuries.Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with those affected and their families, who have been informed. Our utmost priority is to support all of those involved, and we are in close contact with the University Hospital of Wales, where the injured are being cared for.As soon as the incident occurred, we immediately implemented our emergency protocols and we are working closely with the relevant authorities to investigate the exact causes. Operations have been suspended and the fire services have confirmed that the Mill is safe.Safety is our paramount concern at all of our facilities and the wellbeing of our colleagues is our number one priority.We wish to thank the emergency services for their rapid response and support.

A fire at the steelworks has been extinguished and a multi-agency operation is on-going to locate two people who are currently unaccounted for.

Five people appear to have been injured after an explosion at a steelworks in Wales.

The explosion, understood to be an industrial accident, happened at the Celsa steelworks in Tremorfa on Wednesday morning.

The Welsh Ambulance Service said it's dealing with five potential casualties after the incident.

2 injured as house caves in due to gas pipeline blast in Kohat

KOHAT: Two persons were injured as house caved after a gas pipeline ripped apart today. Five neighbouring houses were damaged due to blast.

Police said that in College Town locality of Kohat, Sui gas pipeline exploded due to leakage resultantly a house caved leaving two people were injured. Five houses adjacent to the destroyed house were partially damaged due to explosion.

The injured people were pulled out from the debris of the collapsed house and shifted to hospital where their condition was stated to be serious.

Blast reported at chemical factory in China

DEVELOPING: An explosion and fire was reported Tuesday at a chemical factory in northeast China, according to state media.

Broadcaster CCTV reported that the incident in Fushun is under investigation. Images of the blast site showed the factory in flames with smoke billowing out.

There was no immediate word on any injuries from the explosion.

The blast came several months after a massive explosion at a chemical warehouse in the northern port city of Tianjin left 173 dead, in China's worst industrial disaster in years, The Associated Press reported.

Authorities investigating the Aug. 12 incident said there were "several hundred" tons of the toxic chemical sodium cyanide -- which can form a flammable gas if brought in contact with water -- at the blast site. State media reported at the time that the warehouse was not allowed to hold more than 10 tons of the chemical.

In mid-October, an explosion at a warehouse for alcohol materials rocked Tianjin again, but there were no casualties.

Staff have returned to the Dunedin City Council's Civic Centre building, which was evacuated this morning after an electrical explosion. 

Hundreds of staff were forced out of the building about 9.15am and firefighters called, after initial reports of a loud bang inside the council's third floor computer server room, the Otago Daily Times has been told.

A council spokesman said an uninterruptible power supply shorted out which triggered the non-toxic gas system to cool and reduce oxygen in the room.

No information had been lost as the council's production servers were hosted off site and staff began moving back into the building about 10am.

Dunedin Senior Station Officer Rob Torrance, who led the Fire Service's response, said firefighters entered the building with breathing-apparatus and with a thermal camera to track down the source of the explosion and determine how toxic the gas was.

It was possible the fire was connected to maintenance which had been going on in the room over the last week, he said.

The gas sprinkler system in the room was designed to suppress fire without damaging equipment.

San Jose: Gas fire burns for 4 hours

SAN JOSE -- Flames from a ruptured natural gas line shot at least 15 feet in the air and burned for more than four hours Sunday before PG&E crews located and shut off the gas line, San Jose fire officials reported.

The fire at a small strip mall at 4849 Harwood Road, near the Camden Avenue interchange with Highway 85, caused minimal damage because the flames were pointed away from structures, according to San Jose Fire Capt. Tim Miller. Workers shut off the gas fueling the flames about 6 p.m.

It's unclear how the gas line ruptured. About 2 p.m., a neighbor reported hearing an explosion as if a transformer blew up in the Cambrian neighborhood, Miller said. It's possible, he added, that strong winds blew down overhead wires that ignited leaking gas.

Fortunately, he said, a cinder block exterior provided some heat resistance to the building, which houses a laundromat, dance studio and dry cleaners. The fire damaged electric boxes and gas appliance, and charred the exterior of the building. No injuries were reported.

Investigators were looking into the cause of the fire. On Sunday evening, PG&E crews were still trying to restore power to about 80 customers in the neighborhood, and also to businesses in the building.

HOME EXPLODES IN ELIZABETH, NJ : 1 killed, several injured. Natural gas suspected.

One person was killed and several people hurt in a home explosion in Elizabeth Wednesday morning, and emergency crews have been racing to rescue residents from the home.

ABC 7 reports a person not identified by police was killed in the explosion that happened around 8:15 a.m. in a two-story duplex on Magnolia Street. Several people were reportedly injured.

Some of the victims were take to the burn unit at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, and others to Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, city spokeswoman Kelly Vence told the station.

Giant flames lit up the skies of the town of Bracknell about 30 miles (48 kilometers) west of central London late on Tuesday, reportedly consuming an industrial estate building. Witnesses reported multiple loud blasts and train services were disrupted.

The fire started sometime after 11 pm GMT in Bracknell’s Western Industrial Estate, centered in the building of NEP Visions, an international outside broadcaster, local media getreading.co.uk reports.

Frightened witnesses rushed to social media to report the huge blaze, which they said was accompanied by loud explosions.

“Thought someone was letting off fireworks till i saw that smoke outside!! Bracknell literally on fire!!” tweeted @jesshuntxox. Several people on Twitter said the fire was raging very close to their homes.

Several firefighting crews have been dispatched to the scene, while police have asked people to stay away.

The warning came as multiple onlookers rushed to the scene to take footage and report on social media. 
“I’m here now and it’s coming out thick and fast… Can also here banging sounds like crushing metal. Roads cordoned off lots of police and firefighters, haven’t seen any ambulances,” Mark John said on Facebook.
Meanwhile, Heidi Malloy wrote that “some of the gas canisters have blown.”
