"We warned at the start of ZetaTalk, in 1995, that unpredictable weather extremes, switching about from drought to deluge, would occur and increase on a lineal basis up until the pole shift. Where this occurred steadily, it has only recently become undeniable. ZetaTalk, and only ZetaTalk, warned of these weather changes, at that early date. Our early warnings spoke to the issue of global heating from the core outward, hardly Global Warming, a surface or atmospheric issue, but caused by consternation in the core. Affected by the approach of Planet X, which was by then starting to zoom rapidly toward the inner solar system for its periodic passage, the core was churning, melting the permafrost and glaciers and riling up volcanoes. When the passage did not occur as expected in 2003 because Planet X had stalled in the inner solar system, we explained the increasing weather irregularities in the context of the global wobble that had ensued - weather wobbles where the Earth is suddenly forced under air masses, churning them. This evolved by 2005 into a looping jet stream, loops breaking away and turning like a tornado to affect the air masses underneath. Meanwhile, on Planet Earth, droughts had become more intractable and deluges positively frightening, temperature swings bringing snow in summer in the tropics and searing heat in Arctic regions, with the violence of storms increasing in number and ferocity."

Greenland shatters temperature record, redrawing economy from fishing to minerals
🌡️ What actually happened
Greenland logged its warmest January ever, with Nuuk averaging +0.2°C, a massive jump from the historical –7.7°C average. Scientists note the island is warming four times faster than the global mean.
This isn’t just about temperature — it’s reshaping the physical environment:
Sea ice is thinner and doesn’t extend as far south.
Traditional winter transport routes are becoming unreliable.
Ecosystems around Greenland’s coast are shifting.
🎣 Fishing: The backbone under pressure
Fishing is Greenland’s economic engine:
23% of GDP
15% of all jobs
But warming waters disrupt shrimp, halibut, and cod populations. Scientists say the ecosystem will change — the only question is how fast and how severely.
⛏️ Minerals: The new frontier
Here’s where the story gets geopolitical. Greenland contains 25 of the EU’s 34 “critical raw materials”, including rare earths essential for electronics, batteries, and defense tech.
Historically, mining has been slowed by:
Harsh conditions
High costs
Indigenous opposition
Bureaucratic hurdles
But a warmer climate lowers extraction and shipping costs, making mining more attractive — and more contentious.
Wild Weather, the Wobble Effect
Kenya 02.03.26 — According to the Kenyan Red Cross, the drought in northern Kenya now affects over 2 million people, including around 784,000 malnourished children in the most affected areas.
Increasing food insecurity and water scarcity are putting families at serious risk.
Aid organizations warn that urgent support is needed to prevent the crisis from worsening further.

Severe Flood Disaster in Colombia washes bridge away 03.02.26
In the Córdoba Department in northern Colombia, a disaster situation was declared following severe flooding.
More than 10,000 to 13,000 families in at least 17 municipalities are affected.
According to authorities, the rising levels of the Sinú River were exacerbated by emergency measures at the Urrá hydroelectric power station, as inflows and water discharges are monitored to protect the facility.
Downstream, communities are struggling with flooded houses, damaged infrastructure, and ongoing disruptions, while emergency services are coordinating relief efforts and assessing further risks.
There are roughly 33k power outages across central Florida this morning and thousands of them are in Central Florida. That means lots of people without heat on this brutally cold Sunday morning!
An Arctic blast drives wind chills into the single digits and teens across North & Central Florida on Sunday, with 20s in South Florida.
Even with air temperatures about 10° warmer, this will be the coldest in 15+ years for many communities. This is real cold by Florida standards.
🚨BREAKING: Over 100 vehicles now stranded on I-85 north of Charlotte, North Carolina due to several jackknifed 18-wheelers.The National Guard is being called in to assist. Temperatures are plummeting and now many motorists are stuck. Not a good situation.

Moscow buried in record snowfall after 200 years
Moscow has just experienced its heaviest snowfall in over 200 years, and the entire city is feeling it. With nearly 92mm of precipitation recorded and snow piles reaching up to 60cm, the Russian capital is practically buried. Commuter trains are delayed, traffic is at a standstill, and residents are struggling through the snow-covered streets. Meteorologists blame powerful cyclones sweeping across the region for the record-breaking conditions. From the Kremlin to Kamchatka, Russia is facing one of the harshest winters in recent history.
