Martial Law Creep

At the start of the ZetaTalk Saga, the Zetas stated that Martial Law could not be invoked without cause, else the military resolve would erode.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 12/15/2001: What would the attitude of the soldier be, if starvation were rampant, news of this coming from home, and the soldier asked to protect the rich and powerful from demands from the starving? The willingness of the soldier to go along with this erodes, rapidly. Especially if it is apparent that the government, the elite, have not been open and honest about what is besetting mankind. Desertions would occur, erosion of the troops such that the generals soon find they have left their posts, leaving the defenses vulnerable. The military knows this, discusses this, endlessly. They have great history to examine.

The Junta knows that Nibiru exists and is positioning for a Passage, yet hesitates to explain the reason for the steps they are taking as to mention Nibiru they incite the very panic they hope to repress. So Martial Law on the creep is proceeding. We have mentioned a Severe Wobble causing temperature extremes, Petrol induced fires, and President Trump aligning treaties and Ambassador voices with Nibiru’s presence.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 9/30/2025: The Signs in the Sky caused by the tail of Nibiru can be confusing as they take many forms. We have for years had Second Sun sightings at Dawn and Dusk when Sunlight glints off the vast Dust Cloud of Nibiru – the angle just right to bounce the Sunlight to Earth. We have for years also had Neon Clouds, which are Petrol in the Sky burning when it encounters Oxygen in the Atmosphere. When Petrol has not yet lit, it can create a rainbow sheen on clouds or appear as a black mass if dense and large.

The temporary local Moon Eclipse occurred due to an unlit Petrol Mass was such an instance. This Eclipse was not universal but only seen locally, thus the mass was close to Earth. Red Dust will give burning Petrol a red color, but a mix of Red and Blue can produce a green color. Sky Glow occurs when Petrol burns on the upper atmosphere, producing a glow from horizon to horizon. Now that Nibiru is centering in front of the Sun, sunlight shines through the Vast Dust Cloud, illuminating the Nibiru Complex.

Reducing crimes in US cities needed no explanation as murder rates are their own excuse, but why now? Martial Law wants a restless populace controlled, so this is preparation for Martial Law, as is hosting the Defense Chiefs from 34 western countries, which will align agendas with the US. And last but not least President Trump is posing a replacement for the United Nations with his US chaired Board of Peace.

Why Crime Rates Are Falling Across the U.S. January 24, 2026 https://time.com/7357500/crime-homicide-rate-violent-property-decline: The homicide rate fell 21% in 35 cities which provided data for the crime, accounting for 922 fewer deaths. And the report predicted that the rate will drop even further, to four per every 100,000 residents, when the FBI releases nationwide data for jurisdictions of all sizes. That would represent the lowest homicide rate since 1900 and the largest percentage drop in homicides in any single year on record. President Donald Trump has taken credit for falling crime rates around the country, citing his immigration crackdown and deployment of the National Guard in cities across the U.S. since he began his second presidential term.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 10/15/2025: November is when the Nibiru Complex will move from the left of the Sun to center in front of the Sun. This allows sunlight to pass directly through the vast Petrol and Debris ridden Dust Cloud, making Nibiru huge like the mythological dragon with 7 heads of yore. The Nibiru Coverup hopes to confuse the public by claiming this is the comet Atlas. Meanwhile the Severe Wobble creates humongous storms and the approaching Nibiru causes EMP outages and plane crashes and SkyFire and SkyGlow occur without explanation.

We, the Zetas have predicted that all countries around the world will be forced to declare Martial Law to control panic. This is already in process in the US, where deporting illegal immigrants and cleaning up crime in big cities is in process. We have called this Martial Law on the creep. Nibiru effects will increase steadily up to Pole Shift, planes will increasingly be in danger and there will be edicts to stay off planes. SkyGlow will be most alarming, when massive amounts of Nibiru debris collide simultaneously with the upper atmosphere.

The Junta hopes the public will shelter-in-place in their homes, in shock, and not rush into the streets in panic and riot. They do not wish to become babysitters. Mass evacuation will occur as floods and destructive earthquakes make cities unlivable. Migrations will happen in phases, initially as needed due to floods and destruction, then more organized offers to relocate as people learn the truth.ET disclosure will occur during this time, likely within two months, as ZetaTalk has been the original proponent of the Nibiru crossing theory.

US to Host Meeting of Western Hemisphere Defense Chiefs Feb 11 January 25, 2025 https://www.usnews.com/news/world/articles/2026-01-23/us-to-host-me...: Top defense officials from 34 countries will meet in February ?to discuss common security priorities in the ?Western Hemisphere. The inaugural Western Hemisphere Chiefs of Defense Conference on February 11 will be hosted by U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan Caine.

Trump: Gov. Walz, Mayor Frey Are 'Inciting Insurrection' January 25, 2026 https://www.newsmax.com/politics/trump-tim-walz-jacob-frey/: President Donald Trump fired back at Democrat Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, saying their anti-ICE rhetoric is "inciting insurrection," setting the table, potentially, for the long-debated institution of the Insurrection Act of 1807.

But it is pumping the Insurrection Act of 1807 that more directly points to preparation for Martial Law. Minnesota may be the state inciting insurrection but Trump is using resistance against ICE deportations as a cause. Martial Law to control panic over Nibiru is a heartbeat away.

After invoking and before exercising the powers authorized under the Insurrection Act, Title 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the publication of a presidential proclamation whereby the U.S. President formally orders the dispersion of the peoples committing civil unrest or armed rebellion. The Defense Department guidelines define "homeland defense" as a constitutional exception to the restrictions of the Posse Comitatus Act; therefore, the political, military, and police measures necessary to protect national security from external threats are exceptions to the restrictions of the act.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 1/25/2026: Martial Law has been activated in the US, on the creep. This was apparent when President Trump sent the National Guard into cities to fight crime, when talk of the Insurrection Act of 1807 began appearing in the media, when a Winter weather storm became so severe that half the US is under a national emergency. Now President Trump has called 34 countries meeting at the Western Hemisphere Chiefs of Defense Conference to discuss protecting the western hemisphere.

Yet the cause of this silent Martial Law imposition on the creep is not mentioned – Nibiru. The plan imposed requires silence until the last possible minute so as not to exhaust the Military prematurely. We the Zetas have stated early in the ZetaTalk saga that the public will cooperate with a Martial Law edict if they see there is a valid reason for this. This would require admitting that Nibiru exists and is lining up for a close Passage. Thus the conundrum. The exact date when this point is reached is unknown because the Council of Worlds controls this trigger event.
