The Insurrection Act of 1807 has suddenly popped into the news again. It is a quick way to get into Martial Law, and has been in the news a number of times in the past few years. Let’s revisit the issues and see if this time, in 2025, will be different. The Insurrection Act or 1807 was frequently mentioned then the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump, and again in 2021 when the National Guard was called up for January 6 unrest in Washington DC. Now we have the National Guard in a number of cities. Are we poised for Martial Law again?

As court rulings stymie President Donald Trump’s ability to send the military to Democratic-run cities, the administration is reportedly considering having the president invoke the Insurrection Act, a rarely-used law that gives presidents much more authority to use the military on U.S. soil—though that power is not absolute. The Insurrection Act states that in the case of “unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages” or “rebellions” against the government that make it “impracticable” to enforce the law through normal means, presidents can deploy federal troops and use them “as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.” The law has been invoked approximately 30 times over the course of U.S. history, and while it was most recently used in 1992 in response to riots in Los Angeles, the last time it was invoked without a state governor asking the president to use it—as would be the case here—was during the Civil Rights movement in the 1960s.

President Donald Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act if federal courts bar him from sending National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon. It’s a tactic the president has been anxious to use, but several key allies and White House officials don’t think he’ll need it. At least for now. Trump has made clear he has a plan B: the Insurrection Act, an 1807 law that gives the president emergency powers to deploy troops on U.S. soil to quell what the president deems an insurrection. Trump declined to invoke the Insurrection Act earlier this year in the context of the emergency at the southern border, after Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recommended against it. But in recent weeks, the White House has been increasingly building the case to use the move in blue cities, with Trump repeatedly calling rioters in Portland “insurrectionists.”

ZetaTalk Confirmation 10/6/2025: The public has been told the Quantico meeting was a pep talk but this was just a cover story. The topic of Nibiru and the need to declare Martial Law to offset the expected panic in the people is not a new subject, but matters like a specific date are highly classified. One does not send this type of info in an email or letter or phone call, but only in a face-to-face meeting. Thus to have this secret face-to-face meeting was an immense relief. These generals are used to planning warfare, but expect to have all the intel. Now they do.

What is the Insurrection Act of 1807? It is not Martial Law but limited, as in a National Guard operation. In this case because of an attempted takeover of the US by a foreign and hostile power. We are speaking here of the 2020 election fraud, whereby China owned Dominion servers, combined with corrupt and treasonous Democrats, are attempting a coup. The Dominion servers were connected to the Internet, the votes sent overseas and modified, then sent back.

Dominion Voting Systems in Antrim county Michigan recently underwent a forensic audit. The evidence of election fraud is extensive, from dead people voting to duplicate and recycled ballots to ballots printed in China and delivered to the counting rooms without chain of custody. But the strongest evidence is in the hands of US Intel, as the Kraken computers recorded all the traffic on election night. What might happen next? Certainly the American people should be informed, likely by an Emergency Broadcast System alert. Insider speculation includes seizing all the Dominion servers and ballots and then recounting the swing states, and perhaps arrests of treasonous participants. Meanwhile, the pressure on SCOTUS and the Republican led Senate is tremendous. Chief Judge Roberts assigned Trump friendly judges to the Swing State circuits, and Senate majority leader McConnell allowed Amy Barrett to be confirmed for SCOTUS, but not without repercussions, as his bruises show.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 10/31/2020: Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell has obviously deflected an attack with his hands, which are horribly bruised. The attacker swung for McConnell’s face, which escaped unscathed except for a slight bruise on the upper lip. Members of Congress do not normally have a protective guard, but this precaution has now been put into place. A member of the public, enraged that Amy Coney Barrett was approved and sworn in, flew into a fit and went beyond verbally berating McConnell.

Insurrection January 6

Was the US put under Martial Law ahead of the January 20 inauguration date? Certainly the National Guard activation, with tens of thousands of troops in DC, would indicate some form of Martial Law has been invoked. We reported that the Insurrection Act had been invoked after January 11, 2021 and these rumors are confirmed by the publication of an Executive Order signed by President Trump on that date. This EO mentions the Stanford Act and FEMA. By handing authority and control to FEMA, President Trump has in fact authorized and requested Martial Law.

Then there are the rumors that certain media stations are in trouble for broadcasting fake news and claiming that Biden is the President Elect even before the vote counting had been completed. These would presumably be the stations that would refuse to broadcast a message from President Trump via the Emergency Broadcast System. Many insiders report that evidence of election fraud and confessions by participants would be broadcast. The fake news stations would want the public kept dumb about all of that, still thinking that Biden was the legitimate President. Is there anything solid to back all that up? Yes, documented downtime on Sunday January 17 during a practice run!

ZetaTalk Confirmation 1/31/2021: How would the Cabal prevent the public from hearing the truth about the 2020 election theft? This is assumed to be coming via the Emergency Broadcast System, which by law all media outlets must allow. The President has a direct line to radio, TV, and phones. Developed and implemented during the Cold War when a nuclear attack was envisioned, it is against the law to try to block the President’s alert. Those networks claiming that Biden was fairly elected and declared him the President Elect are determined to continue the fraud, and thus are practicing their excuses. “Oh, we had downtime during that broadcast!”

Then there was the Freudian Slip made by the Commanding General of the DC National Guard while being interviewed on ABC by Stephanopoulos. The General referred to January 20 as “a peaceful transition to military power”. No mention of a Biden administration. This implies a handoff of one form of Martial Law to another.
