Quantico Meeting

The Pentagon has summoned 620 top generals to Quantico for a secretive meeting on Tuesday September 30. The agenda and purpose is not known, though speculation is running high. Staff reduction? New rules now that the Department of Defense is named the Department of War? World War III about to begin? President Trump will attend. Per the Zetas the Quantico meeting is about full Martial Law in the US due to a Nibiru admission.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has summoned all Generals and Admirals of the United States armed forces, to a meeting next week at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA.  Top commanders in conflict zones and senior military leaders stationed throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region are among those expected to attend Hegseth’s meeting. Everyone with the rank of Brigadier General or above is expected to attend. This is an unprecedented action.

The Pentagon next week is convening a meeting of top U.S. military leaders from across the globe.
Multiple War Department officials confirmed to Fox News that top military commanders had been asked to fly to Virginia for a meeting next week, though the topic of the discussion is unclear.  The Pentagon confirmed the meeting but did not offer details.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 9/25/2025: The anticipated increased visibility of the Nibiru Complex in November is forcing the start of full Martial Law in the US, due to the panic in the public expected. President Trump has been preparing for this time by the aggressive deporting of illegal aliens, many of whom have criminal tendencies. He has also been preparing by cleaning up the big US cities. Expect the pace of this cleanup to be expedited.  One cannot tell the public not to look up nor notice sunlight streaming through a new Red Dust cloud, now moving in front of the Sun.

Though long rumored within the upper ranks of the US Military, specific preparations for a specific date are different than rumors. Troops and supplies need to be aligned with the plan. The steps leading into the official announcement made to the public need to be established. Just what the date of this announcement will be, we will not say, but the expectation that November will be a time of panic in the people is a clue. The US Military is not expected to wait until panic is gripping the nation. Thus, wants to be ahead of this panic.

Indeed the number of US cities to have a Military presence under the guise of cleaning up crime has increased just this past week. Portland, Oregon joined the rank. This follows a cleanup in Lost Angeles when ICE was attacked and defended by National Guards and Marines. Then Washington DC. Then although still in process in Chicago. Memphis is scheduled. The pace is picking up.

Donald Trump has ordered the deployment of troops to Portland, Oregon, authorising use of "full force" if needed, to suppress protests targeting immigration detention centres. The US president claimed the move would help protect "any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists", characterising the city as "War ravaged" in a Truth Social post. The announcement marks a further expansion of troop deployments in US cities, amid a wider crackdown by the Trump administration on illegal immigration.

President Donald Trump is directing Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to send U.S. troops to Portland, he said Saturday on Truth Social, making the extraordinary pronouncement that he is greenlighting the use of “Full Force, if necessary” in an American city. “At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists.”

Memphis is in process and the cleanup was welcomed by the Tennessee Governor.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has announced that National Guard troops will arrive in Memphis starting next week. "The story of crime in Memphis is about to be a story of the past," Lee said during a press conference Friday, Sept. 26.  Lee said that agencies will begin arriving on Monday. Lee said the deployment will be a "phased approach" that will last over the next several weeks and months. The governor said that 13 agencies will be involved in the operation, including the FBI, DEA, and ATF. He said the operation will be "mission-dependent" and that the number of troops will be based on need. The governor said that troops will not be armed or make arrests at the beginning, but that could change depending on need.

More than 100 people took to the streets Saturday to say they don’t want the National Guard in Memphis during the Free 901 Protest. The sounds of protests were heard outside of Juvenile Court and all the way to Memphis City Hall as Free the 901 protesters opposed next week’s arrival of the National Guard.

Chicago is being cleaned up, though this was fiercely protested by the Governor and Mayor.

The Labor Day crime numbers were cited by Trump earlier this week as part of his threat to militarise Chicago. He told reporters the National Guard would be "going in" to tackle what he called "out of control" crime. It followed similar moves recently in Los Angeles and Washington DC. In Chicago, the Democrat-run city and state authorities have vowed to resist deployment by what Illinois Governor JB Pritzker called an "unhinged" president.

The Washington DC cleanup was started in August. The Guard is still there.

The ongoing presence of the National Guard in Washington, D.C. has drawn protests, and a federal judge has ruled the deployment of troops to Los Angeles is illegal. Still, Trump is pushing ahead to expand the practice as a way to crack down on crime.

Los Angeles was one of the first cities to get the National Guard and Marines when ICE was attacked last June. The National Guard is still there.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 6/9/2025: In 2020 the Junta and President Trump decided to delay confronting the potential for civil war by opting for covert action. Military tribunals at Gitmo and the use of Doubles were the preferred route. Why would President Trump now goad the Democrat machine with a show of force in DC on his Birthday? He and the Junta have decided to come out of the shadows, but why now? There is a sense of urgency with the DOGE reduction in Deep State personnel and eliminating the threat of illegal aliens embedded in the country.

Nibiru with its entourage of Moons and Petrol laden Debris is making itself known, worldwide, and the Russian Press was ablaze with discussion at the end of May over an object seen next to the Sun. The Nibiru word is now casually used in the Media and on the Internet, so panic is on the brink. Martial Law can be imposed insidiously or harshly, but the preferred method is to impose Martial Law gradually as circumstances require and thereafter not withdraw from the steps that had been taken.

This confrontational time has been anticipated for years by the Junta and President Trump. Leaked warnings that there were 17 key cities expected to explode in violence have been on Internet forums for the past couple years. Insurrection, with states seceding from the Union is another threat that has been mentioned, with the current LA riots over ICE actions creating this potential when Newsom threatened to withhold IRS tax payments from the US government.  The June 14 DC parade will establish new ground rules and expectations.

Is this Martial Law creep legal? Martial Law had been in place since 2015 when Jade Helm expected Obama to announce the existence and pending Passage of Nibiru.

Since sending the National Guard to Los Angeles and Washington, President Donald Trump has openly mused about sending troops to some of the nation’s most Democratic cities — including Chicago and Baltimore — claiming they are needed to crack down on crime. Trump first deployed troops to Los Angeles in early June over Gov. Gavin Newsom’s objections by putting the California National Guard under federal jurisdiction, known as Title 10, to protect federal property from protests over immigration raids.  The Trump administration is planning to surge officers to the nation’s third-largest city for an immigration crackdown.  If Trump wants the freedom to use the National Guard as he pleases in Chicago, the easiest legal path is to invoke the Insurrection Act — a vaguely worded 1792 law that allows the president to deploy federal troops inside the U.S. to conduct law enforcement, an exception to the restrictions of the Posse Comitatus Act.

Ukraine Reversal

President Trump made a stunning reversal by backing the Ukraine and trashing Russia. While he struggled to get Zelensky to agree to the loss of Ukraine territory and to get Russia to stop its press into Ukraine territory, this reversal was unexpected. Part of President Trump’s cleanup prior to the Nibiru panic expected soon was to settle all wars – Ukraine war and Gaza war.  Remember how Zelensky was literally thrown out of the Oval Office?
ZetaTalk Confirmation 7/3/2025: Frustrated by the struggle to get both Kiev and Moscow to agree to a cease fire, President Trump is forcing the end of the conflict. Ukraine is rightfully Russian territory, and a referendum run by Russia shows the people there consider themselves Russian. Russia was asked to intervene in Ukraine as Russian speaking citizens were being systematically murdered. In the resulting battle Russia has regained this territory, but Zelensky does not want the gravy train to stop and continues to demand money and weapons from the US.

Thus President Trump has chosen sides to end the conflict. At the start of the conflict Medvedev predicted that all but Kiev would return to Russia, and this prediction is systematically proving true. President Trump is under pressure to resolve all war zones on the planet soon because the Nibiru admission cannot wait. Nibiru has been announcing itself via Skyfire and heavy debris. And now NATO’s intention to invade Russia for its oil and gas fields via Ukraine is no longer a threat. There will be peace.

Donald Trump has attacked Russia and claimed Ukraine can win back all of its land as performed an astonishing U-turn on the war. The US president, who has repeatedly criticised Kyiv in the past, said “the original borders from where this war started is very much an option” if Ukraine gets enough support from Europe and Nato. In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump said: “Russia has been fighting aimlessly for three and a half years a War that should have taken a Real Military Power less than a week to win. “This is not distinguishing Russia. He added: “Ukraine would be able to take back their Country in its original form and, who knows, maybe even go further than that!

Kiev spends about 60% of its budget on the conflict and depends on Western aid for military needs and to cover pensions, wages, services, debt, and humanitarian costs. The budget is currently backed by a $15.5 billion IMF loan agreed in 2023 and a G7 program tied to profits from frozen Russian assets. In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Budget Committee chair Roksolana Pidlasa said Kiev still needs $8.7 billion from Western donors to cover the $39.3 billion in external financing required for Ukraine’s 2025 budget, warning the shortfall could grow by the end of the year to keep the army running.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 9/24/2025: President Trump is a master chess player so his moves should be examined from many angles. In early negotiations with Russia and Zelensky President Trump warned Zelensky that he should be prepared to relinquish territory, but Zelensky was stubborn and even asserted he expected the Crimea to be returned to him. Despite evidence that NATO planned to push into Russia to snatch the oil and gas fields, and that Russian speaking citizens in Ukraine were systematically being murdered, the western Media continued to demonize Russia.

Meanwhile Europe expected the US to fund Zelensky and provide weapons. President Trump pushed for Europe to buy US weapons but this arrangement was not popular. Faced with what President Trump knows will be a Nibiru panic soon, he made a master move – basically challenging NATO to put up or shut up. If NATO thinks Zelensky can win back his territory, then prove it. Do it. This is, after all, a European problem, with the Ukraine being a European country. Any future failure will thus be the fault of NATO and Zelensky.
