Martial Law Precursors

Was the US put under Martial Law ahead of the January 20 inauguration date? Certainly the National Guard activation, with tens of thousands of troops in DC, would indicate some form of Martial Law has been invoked. We reported that the Insurrection Act had been invoked after January 11, 2021 and these rumors are confirmed by the publication of an Executive Order signed by President Trump on that date. This EO mentions the Stanford Act and FEMA. By handing authority and control to FEMA, President Trump has in fact authorized and requested Martial Law.

Today, President Donald J. Trump declared that an emergency exists in the District of Columbia and ordered Federal assistance to supplement the District’s response efforts due to the emergency conditions resulting from the 59th Presidential Inauguration from January 11 to January 24, 2021. The President’s action authorizes the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), to coordinate all disaster relief efforts which have the purpose of alleviating the hardship and suffering caused by the emergency on the local population, and to provide appropriate assistance for required emergency measures, authorized under Title V of the Stafford Act, to save lives and to protect property and public health and safety, and to lessen or avert the threat of a catastrophe in the District of Columbia.

Another theory is emerging, however, that claims the United States is in a military coup against illegal civilian traitors and that a combination of FEMA and the military will actually save America, not enslave it. Recent interviews also reveal that Gen. Michael Flynn and attorney Lin Wood are extremely confident that the US military is gearing up to arrest the deep state traitors, essentially implying that the National Guard buildup in DC is actually a trap for traitors.  Trump is able to federalize all National Guard troops by invoking the Insurrection Act. FEMA is organized as a continuity-of-government (COG) entity, with the power to run the entire federal government in a national emergency. President Trump declared a national emergency on September 12, 2018, and that emergency has not been rescinded. The entire 2020 election took place under that national emergency (the “foreign interference” executive order).

This Act constitutes the statutory authority for most Federal disaster response activities especially as they pertain to FEMA and FEMA programs.

The Zetas have stated we have been under some form of Martial Law since the Fall of 2015 when Obama failed to announce Nibiru’s approach. Then there was the EO on March 1, 2018 instituting Tribunals. There is also the Executive Order on foreign interference with a US election signed by President Trump on September 12, 2018. And now the physical threat on DC, authorizing FEMA to intervene, signed on January 11, 2021. And then there are the physical incursions by the Chinese coming over the border from Canada, and the threat of incursions from Mexico.

I, DONALD J. Then there are the rumors that certain media stations are in trouble for broadcasting fake news and claiming that Biden is the President Elect even before the vote counting had been completed. These would presumably be the stations that would refuse to broadcast a message from President Trump via the Emergency Broadcast System. Many insiders report that evidence of election fraud and confessions by participants would be broadcast. The fake news stations would want the public kept dumb about all of that, still thinking that Biden was the legitimate President. Is there anything solid to back all that up? Yes, documented downtime on Sunday January 17 during a practice run!

The system was established to provide the President of the United States with an expeditious method of communicating with the American public in the event of war, threat of war, or grave national crisis. The release of the EAN by the Aerospace Defense Command or the Federal Preparedness Agency would initiate a process by which the common carriers would link otherwise independent networks such as ABC, CBS, and NBC into a single national network from which even independent stations could receive programming.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 1/31/2021: How would the Cabal prevent the public from hearing the truth about the 2020 election theft? This is assumed to be coming via the Emergency Broadcast System, which by law all media outlets must allow. The President has a direct line to radio, TV, and phones. Developed and implemented during the Cold War when a nuclear attack was envisioned, it is against the law to try to block the President’s alert. Those networks claiming that Biden was fairly elected and declared him the President Elect are determined to continue the fraud, and thus are practicing their excuses. “Oh, we had downtime during that broadcast!”

Then there was the Freudian Slip made by the Commanding General of the DC National Guard while being interviewed on ABC by Stephanopoulos. The General referred to January 20 as “a peaceful transition to military power”. No mention of a Biden administration. This implies a handoff of one form of Martial Law to another.

Biden Inaugurated

In a surprise move, the Biden Double was sworn in on January 20, 2021. This is hardly legal as during Martial Law the Congress, Executive Branch, and Supreme Court are not in force – only the Military is in force. President Trump’s EO signed January 11 giving control over DC to FEMA is in effect until January 21, 2021. Then there is the issue that the Biden and Harris sworn in are Doubles, both actors. A swearing in ceremony can be discredited for a number of reasons, flaws in the process. But why the change in plan from the EBS broadcast?

The media is going down first in a few hours because they are not sharing the truth and Project Oden will take over via Star link. This will be parallel with EO 13959. EBS will be used. This will be a global. EBS likely to occur on Monday the 18th along with blackout of major TV news sites, etc.

Despite a reported 65,000 National Guards at DC, there was a bomb threat at the Supreme Court building. This was cleared, but almost simultaneously at 9:00 am Eastern Time there was a massive explosion in Madrid, Spain. Was this related? This is reminiscent of the Nashville dumpster bomb outside the AT&T switching hub, which controls the EBS in a several state area. All this was enough to rattle the Junta, so the EBS was delayed. What’s next? Once again, this is in the hands of man and cannot be predicted as man has free will.

The all-clear has been given after the U.S. Supreme Court received a bomb threat. A public information officer for the court said the building grounds were checked and the building was not evacuated. An increased National Guard presence was seen at the court. The situation has returned to normal at the court building, which was already closed to the public because of the pandemic. The threat was made ahead of Joe Biden’s inauguration.

A tower of smoke rose from the building, where repairs were being done to a gas boiler, and billowed through Toledo Street, near the city’s center. Aerial footage shared by Spain’s National Police showed rubble covering a nearby schoolyard — though Madrid’s mayor said no one was seriously injured at the school.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 1/31/2021: Just days before the January 20 inauguration the Junta plan had been leaked by several participants. The National Guard was in position to guard against the Antifa riots that had overrun the Capitol on January 6, but also to arrest those members of Congress who had participated in treason during the Electors certification and Impeachment hearing. They knew the election had been stolen with a foreign interference assist, but went along with the fraud anyway. The inauguration was to be disrupted by an EBS notification to the people of America and the world, scheduled to run for a solid 72 hours.

This did not happen, but the EBS may still occur at some point in the future. Were members of Congress and other treason participants arrested? Yes, because thousands of the National Guard had been deputized to be federal Marshals. These individuals were arrested and told they must RESIGN their positions or be tried for treason. Thus mass resignations can be anticipated in the near future, and the House and Senate will turn into Republican hands as a result. The fraudulent inauguration of the Biden Double and Harris Double was allowed to proceed because of last minute dirty bomb threats.

It is of record that there was a threat to the Supreme Court building, but the public is not being given the full picture. The purported gas explosion in Madrid, which occurred just hours before the scheduled inauguration, was used as an example, as was the Nashville dumpster bomb. The message was “Here is what we plan to do, in multiple locations, unless you allow a Biden presidency”. For multiple reasons the inauguration of the Biden Double was not legal. DC was under Martial Law, per a President Trump EO, on January 20, and thus Congressional action was not in force for that day.

European Resignations

A flurry of resignations among European politicians occurred during January of 2021. The entire Dutch cabinet, including the Prime Minister, resigned supposedly over a scandal where they forced repayment of child benefits from poverty stricken parents. Merkel had been in the process of resigning for some months. Then there was the Italy scandal, where their Leonardo satellite was exposed as the site where vote switching from Trump to Biden during the 2020 election theft occurred. Oh, and might the President Trump declass ongoing affect the UK, where the Steele Dossier was fostered?

ZetaTalk Insight 1/31/2021: As the US heads into an uncertain future, Europe seems seized with resignations among many in government. These matters are never as reported. The Netherlands resignations claim prejudice against the nationality of parents who were forced to repay child support benefits, but the Netherlands is the heart of the child sex abuse and Moloch practices hosted in Europe. Both Merkel and Macron are at present Doubles, having been arrested and executed by the White Hat Alliance operating in Europe. Their crimes were many but Moloch practices are once again the central issue. Merkel’s resignation is a way to remove her Double from the stage.

President Trump and the Junta have aggressively pursued the child sex abuse networks, the Moloch practices that involve the torture and murder of small children in order to drink their Adrenochrome rich blood. Adrenochrome is very addictive and addicts find they must continue to consume it else they age rapidly. Where Hollywood and the US political system have been targeted by these arrests and Tribunals, Europe remained above the fray until recently when their White Hats joined the fray. Finding and maintaining a Double is only done for high profile individuals, but for politicians, resignations are an option.

It is anticipated that the US political system will be contorted with resignations following revelations about the extent of the election fraud and attempts by foreign governments to assume control of the US government. They will be given a choice, resign or be tried for treason. They will resign from Congress in droves, leaving Congress with a slim crew loyal to the law and to President Trump. If the US Junta and the European Alliance wish to close out their Doubles, this purge in DC will be an opportunity to shelve the US Doubles – Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler, Schiff, Biden, Harris, and the Squad.

Clone Myths

When is a Double a clone, and when is a Double merely an actor playing a part? Cloning is rarely done in human society, on the record for George W. Bush and his brothers to ensure a good son for Herbert in the future, and for Queen Elizabeth due to her importance in the royal line. As the story of Dolly the Sheep shows, cloning is done at conception and results in an infant, thus the life of a clone parallels the lifespan of the original.

The cell used as the donor for the cloning of Dolly was taken from a mammary gland, and the production of a healthy clone, therefore, proved that a cell taken from a specific part of the body could recreate a whole individual.  Dolly was born on 5 July 1996 and had three mothers: one provided the egg, another the DNA, and a third carried the cloned embryo to term. She was created using the technique of somatic cell nuclear transfer, where the cell nucleus from an adult cell is transferred into an unfertilized oocyte (developing egg cell) has had its cell nucleus removed. The hybrid cell is then stimulated to divide by an electric shock, and when it develops into a blastocyst it is implanted in a surrogate mother.

Scientists in Shanghai say they've produced two cloned macaque monkeys by taking the DNA from the nuclei of fetal monkey cells and putting the genes into monkey eggs that had their own DNA removed. The scientists then stimulated the eggs to develop into embryos, which were placed into the wombs of female surrogate monkeys to develop into baby monkeys. It's the first time the technology, called somatic cell nuclear transfer, has been used to clone any close relative of humans.

ZetaTalk Review 1/31/2021: Cloning done on humans is rarely done, and only in those cases when the human is expected to have an important role in adulthood. This is always done at conception, mixing a sperm and an ova and then dividing the resulting zygote by cell division into many. At this point all the parts are identical, and no specialization of cells has occurred. The age of the clones is likewise identical. The practice of cloning animals occurs, as Dolly the Sheep shows, but the result is an infant, not an adult.

George Herbert Bush arranged to have his son George Jr. cloned because of his plans for the New World Order takeover of the world. There were 5, and the current George Jr. is not the clone that was President. That clone had become a hopeless addict so was killed by his handlers.  Queen Elizabeth was also cloned at birth as a protection against attempts to hijack the throne. When the White Hat Alliance recently executed the Queen, one of the Doubles used as a replacement was this clone, who had the right facial characteristics but was inches too short.

The Doubles that have been appearing during the Tribunals that started in 2019 are not clones. We have explained that these are actors identified by facial recognition software and employed under contract to act the part of the individual under arrest. There are severe consequences for breaking the contract. We, the Zetas, employ cloning for reproduction as this eases the pain of childbirth. We also employ artificial wombs. Clones may have identical bodies but different souls are incarnating, so they are not at all identical in their attitudes or life choices.
ZetaTalk Confirmation 9/27/2007: The Bush clones, who were in fact identical twins as the zygote was split and implanted into Barbara and several surrogate mothers, show the serious intent, as should the brother in the public eye develop a fatal illness or go insane or refuse to be directed by the cabal planning to rule the world, they could substitute another brother.

It has been claimed that the Pointy Head aliens who bunkered in the city under the ice in Antarctica had the ability to clone and raise a clone to adulthood in a short time. Of course, this clone would not have life experiences, and thus could easily be manipulated. The Zetas will not comment on this myth, other than to infer that the Council of Worlds would not allow aliens in the Service-to-Self to have such power over mankind. These aliens likewise cannot do UFO displays in the skies. They can only give counsel to humans who request such advice.  
ZetaTalk Review 1/31/2021: Claims that human cloning was done by the Pointy Headed aliens living in cities under the ice in Antarctica are disinformation, as aliens in the Service-to-Self are not permitted to conduct such activities on humans. Any torture of children and harvesting of blood for Adrenochrome was done by humans, not by the Pointy Heads, although the Pointy Heads had always encouraged this Satanic practice.
ZetaTalk Insight 4/20/2020: The Pointy Heads had a child molestation with rape and consumption of Adrenochrome operation going on in Antarctica, with regular visits by certain elite Khazarians. They would fly down, go underground, be pumped up by Adrenochrome, and return to do Satan's bidding. They were of course promised all manner of success on Earth, which they, the Pointy Heads, could not deliver. The Service-to-Self lie. Why did Kerry and McCain rush down there? To get their orders, and try to protect their masters from discovery. None of this occurred, as the Pointy Heads were not talking to them anymore. They were packing up and leaving.
