This is the ZetaTalk quote that I can find about Nibiru and the wheel within a wheel vision in the Book of Ezekiel which was referenced recently by U.S. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. Representative Luna posted on X the depiction of an angel which is an interpretation based on Ezekiel 1:14-18, the same verses that ZetaTalk explains are referring to the current times and describing the Double Helix tail of Nibiru.
