Philippines: Broken Floodgate Triggers Morning Flood in Malabon City.

The homes of Malabon City residents have been hit by flood water caused by a high tide and a broken floodgate, built by the Malabon City Government. Malabon's new mayor Antolin Oreta III has placed flood control in the city as his top priority.
