Disease outbreaks will increase as per ZetaTalk

Taking Sick

On Jan 15, 1998 ZetaTalk stated that Illness will increase as Planet X approaches.  Zetas right again !!!

ZetaTalk: Take Sick, written Feb 15, 1998.
Increasingly, as the pole shift nears, the populace will take sick. This will take the form of known illnesses occurring more frequently, seemingly depressed immune systems, but will also appear as new and puzzling illnesses not seen before in the memory of man. What is going on here?

The changes at the core of the Earth that have resulted in El Nino weather patterns and white buffalo and deformed frogs also affect man. The germs are on the move. Their carriers are on the move. And thus humans are exposed to diseases that are so rare as to be undocumented in medical journals.

You will see increasing illness, odd illnesses, microbes that travel because an insect is scattering about and spreading germs in places where it normally doesn't travel. 90% of all the illness and distress you're going to see is a natural situation, a natural occurrence. Because of the changing, swirling in the core of the Earth, and this will continue to up-tick until the pole shift.

And reiterated in 1999

ZetaTalk: Next 3 1/2 Years, written Sep 15, 1999.
Sickness will slightly increase from where it is today. There is a lot of illness now because people who are already unstable are unable to take the turmoil caused by the increased emanations from the Earth. Some of them have simply sensed what is coming and have decided to die. This is true of animals as well as humans. Sickness will increase, but not to the point where it is going to get exponentially worse.

On Feb 2, 2000 a Washington report confirmed this increase, and published concerns were subsequently reported.

Diseases From Around World Threatening U.S.
Reuters, Feb 2, 2000
30 New Diseases Make Global Debut
At least 30 previously unknown diseases have appeared globally since 1973, including HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis C, Ebola haemorrhagic fever and the encephalitis-related Nipah virus that emerged in Indonesia. Twenty well-known infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, malaria, and cholera have re-emerged or spread since 1973.

Is Global Warming Harmful to Health?
Scientific American, August 2000
Notably, computer models predict that global warming, and other climate alterations it induces, will expand the incidence and distribution of many serious medical disorders. Disturbingly, these forecasts seem to be coming true.

And since this time, SARS and increased incidence of flesh eating disease,
and entire cruise ships regularly returning to port with the passengers ill with stomach flu have been reported.
Depressed immune systems?
Zetas RIGHT Again!

After the pole shift, there will be many opportunistic diseases that will afflict mankind. This does not require an imagination, as today they afflict mankind after disasters. The primary affliction will be from sewage laden water, which will pollute the drinking water man is forced to use. We have been adamant about mankind distilling their drinking water after the pole shift for this reason. Distillation removes heavy metals as well as killing microbes by the boiling process. Any disease that flourishes in malnourished bodies and in areas of poor hygiene will take advantage of the pole shift disasters. Scurvy due to lack of Vitamin C will occur, with bleeding gums and even death if not corrected. Many weeds are high in Vitamin C and survivors should arm themselves with knowledge about the vitamin content of weeds. Unprotected sex by survivors either taking advantage of the weak, as in rape, or by simple distraction and grief and a lack of contraceptive devices will spread AIDS and hepatitis. Morgellons, which is caused by a synergy of parasites and microbes when the immune system is low will likely increase. There will be outbreaks of diseases which were endemic in the past, such as small pox or measles, but in those survivor communities where the members have been immunized in the past these will be limited and quarantines can help in this regard.

Chile battles youth unrest and typhoid fever outbreak

September 15, 2011SANTIAGOChile’s problems dealing with youth unrest over slow education reforms are being compounded by concerns the capital may be in the grip of a typhoid fever outbreak. The government has battled to enforce restraint on law enforcement agencies amid angry student-led protests, which have disrupted urban centers across the country for more than a month. The reforms demanded by youth groups are nowhere near being implemented and protests continue to simmer with support from teachers and workers unions. Now authorities are faced with the more immediate risk of typhoid. Health authorities issued repeated alerts for tougher hygiene checks and controls after they found several people infected and seriously ill with typhoid in the western metropolitan area of Santiago. At least seven cases were confirmed by the Public Health Institute but there were no immediate reports of fatalities. “Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease triggered by a salmonella bacteria strain,” Institute Director Maria Teresa Valenzuela said. In most cases the infection is caused by consumption of contaminated food and drink or fruit and vegetables grown in areas where contaminated water is used in irrigation. Typhoid fever produces symptoms of high fever, diarrhea or intense headaches. The Santiago region has been prone to typhoid outbreaks since the 1990s when incidence of the disease caused up to 190 cases a year.

Epidemic Hazard in India on Saturday, 17 September, 2011 at 03:16 (03:16 AM) UTC.

Description
The Department of Health and Family Welfare has informed that it had received a message through telephone on 12th September 2011 of an outbreak of fever of unknown cause leading to three deaths at Poilwa village, Peren District. Immediately the State Rapid Response Team (RRT) of Integrated Disease Surveillance Project (IDSP), Nagaland, comprising of Dr. John Kemp (State Surveillance Officer), Dr. Sao Tunyi (Epidemiologist), Dr. Kevisevolie Sekhose (Epidemiologist), and Venezo Vasa (Entomologist) conducted an outbreak investigation at Poilwa village. The team collected three samples from suspected cases out of which all the three were tested positive for Scrub Typhus. Till date, there are 9 cases with 3 deaths. This was stated in a official press note issued by Dr. Imtimeren Jamir, the Principal Director, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima. Scrub Typhus is Rickettsial disease caused Orientia tsutsugamushi and transmitted by the bite of mite called Leptotrombidium deliense. In Nagaland, it was formerly detected by IDSP with Central Surveillance Team at Longsa village Mokokchung in 2006, and in Porba village of Phek District in 2007. The State RRT team carried out the outbreak investigation along with doing and entomological survey. The patients were treated with appropriate medicines and awareness and preventive measures were communicated with the villagers. The concerned local health authorities and programs are informed for further necessary action. The mop-up operation is being carried out by the National Vector Borne Disease Control Program.
Biohazard name: Typhus (Scrub)
Biohazard level: 3/4 Hight
Biohazard desc.: Bacteria and viruses that can cause severe to fatal disease in humans, but for which vaccines or other treatments exist, such as anthrax, West Nile virus, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, SARS virus, variola virus (smallpox), tuberculosis, typhus, Rift Valley fever, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, yellow fever, and malaria. Among parasites Plasmodium falciparum, which causes Malaria, and Trypanosoma cruzi, which causes trypanosomiasis, also come under this level.
Symptoms: - After bite by infected mite larvae called chiggers, papule develops at the biting site which ulcerates and eventually heals with the development of a black eschar. - Patients develop sudden fever with headache, weakness, myalgia, generalized enlargement of lymph nodes, photophobia, and dry cough. - A week later, rash appears on the trunk, then on the extremities, and turns pale within a few days. - Symptoms generally disappear after two weeks even without treatment. - However, in severe cases with Pneumonia and Myocarditis, mortality may reach 30% Diagnosis - The most commonly used test for diagnosis is Wel-Felix Test, which is available at State IDSP laboratory, Kohima. - More specific serological tests like detection of IgM can also be done for diagnosis.

Turns out, the plague isn't just ancient history. New Mexico health officials recently confirmed the first human case of bubonic plague — previously known as the "Black Death" — to surface in the U.S. in 2011.

An unidentified 58-year-old man was hospitalized for a week after suffering from a high fever, pain in his abdomen and groin, and swollen lymph nodes, reports the New York Daily News. (Officials declined to say when the man was released from the hospital.) A blood sample from the man tested positive for the disease.

Epidemic Hazard in USA on Saturday, 17 September, 2011 at 03:33 (03:33 AM) UTC.

Description
Umatilla County health officials today confirmed a case of plague in an adult male county resident. He may have been infected while hunting in Lake County, noted Sharon Waldern, clinic supervisor for the county’s public health department. “Lake County had two cases of human plague last year.” The man has been hospitalized and is receiving treatment, Waldern noted. “People need to realize he was never considered contagious and he started treatment fairly quickly.” Plague is spread to humans through a bite from an infected flea. The disease is serious but treatable with antibiotics if caught early, officials said. Plague can be passed from fleas feeding on infected rodents and then transmitted to humans. Direct contact with infected tissues or fluids from handling sick or dead animals can pass the disease, as well as through respiratory droplets from cats and humans with pneumonic plague, officials said in a press release. Some types are spread from person to person, but that is not the case here, Waldern said. Symptoms typically develop within one to four days and up to seven days after exposure and include fever, chills, headache, weakness and a bloody or watery cough due to pneumonia, enlarged, tender lymph nodes, abdominal pain and bleeding into the skin or other organs.

Plague is rare in Oregon. Only three human cases have been diagnosed since 1995 and they all recovered. Last year two human cases of plague were diagnosed in Lake County. As far as she knows, this is the first ever incident in Umatilla County. “In this recent case it is important to stay away from flea-infested areas and to recognize the symptoms. People can protect themselves, their family members and their pets,” said Genni Lehnert-Beers, administrator for Umatilla County Health Department. “Using flea treatment on your pets is very important, because your pets can bring fleas into your home.” People should contact their health care provider or veterinarian if plague is suspected. Early treatment for people and pets with appropriate antibiotics is essential to curing plague infections. Untreated plague can be fatal for animals and people. Antibiotics to prevent or treat plague should be used only under the direction of a health care provider. Additional steps to prevent flea bites include wearing insect repellent, tucking pant cuffs into socks when in areas heavily occupied by rodents, and avoiding contact with wildlife including rodents.
Biohazard name: Plague (Bubonic)
Biohazard level: 4/4 Hazardous
Biohazard desc.: Viruses and bacteria that cause severe to fatal disease in humans, and for which vaccines or other treatments are not available, such as Bolivian and Argentine hemorrhagic fevers, H5N1(bird flu), Dengue hemorrhagic fever, Marburg virus, Ebola virus, hantaviruses, Lassa fever, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, and other hemorrhagic or unidentified diseases. When dealing with biological hazards at this level the use of a Hazmat suit and a self-contained oxygen supply is mandatory. The entrance and exit of a Level Four biolab will contain multiple showers, a vacuum room, an ultraviolet light room, autonomous detection system, and other safety precautions designed to destroy all traces of the biohazard. Multiple airlocks are employed and are electronically secured to prevent both doors opening at the same time. All air and water service going to and coming from a Biosafety Level 4 (P4) lab will undergo similar decontamination procedures to eliminate the possibility of an accidental release.

Deadly Hemorrhagic Disease That Kills 80 Percent of Rabbits Spreading Across U.S.

Orlando Jenkinson - Yesterday 5:43 AM

deadly disease fatal to rabbits in around 80 percent of cases is spreading across the U.S., with new cases now confirmed in Florida.

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease does not affect human health but is highly infectious and frequently fatal to both wild and domestic rabbits, with a fatality rate of between 80 and 100 percent.

The strain of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease currently affecting the U.S. is known as RHDV2. This is a virus that affects rabbits over a three to nine-day incubation period.

Symptoms in infected animals including lethargy, weight loss and hemorrhages from various orifices such as the nose or eyes. It is spread by coming into direct contact with live or dead infected rabbits, or by contaminated surfaces such as their bedding. It can also be spread by rabbits orally and through skin trauma.

Death in infected rabbits typically occurs within one to three days.

The presence of the RHDV-2 strain of the virus was discovered in multiple states last year, and new cases identified in New York and Florida suggests it is continuing to spread in the U.S.

According to Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), two cases of the disease have been confirmed—one in Lake County and another, more recent case, in St John's County.

The New York Department of Agriculture and Markets (NASDA) said on December 15 that a case of the virus had been confirmed in a domestic rabbit in Montgomery County. It said it there was an ongoing investigation into the source of the infection.

"This is the second occurrence of RHDV2 in New York," the NASDA statement said. "The first cluster of cases was in New York City in March 2020. The virus was quickly identified, isolated and eradicated."

It said concerned pet owners should contact their vets about the use of a vaccine that has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA.)

The FDACS has also approved the use of vaccine against RHDV-2. "FDACS is approving the use of the USDA experimentally approved Medgene vaccine which targets the U.S. strain of RHDV-2," it said in a statement released January 7. "In addition, importation approval of the European RHDV vaccines by licensed, accredited veterinarians began in July. Rabbit producers should contact their veterinarian regarding vaccinating their rabbits for RHDV-2."

FDACS said the virus has been confirmed in 17 states. Along with Florida, these include Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wyoming.

Vets in Florida have started vaccinating animals against the disease. Susan Kelleher of the Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital in Deerfield Beach, Florida, told WPTV news on January 18 she had held a vaccine clinic for Floridians to get their rabbits inoculated against the disease.

"They die suddenly from a high fever and bleeding from the nose and mouth," she told the station. "We were able to get special permitting for the vaccine. The fact that it has gone all the way across the United States in two years demonstrates how contagious that is."

Advice published by the USDA in 2020 said the disease can spread rapidly and was highly resistant to extreme temperatures: "It can be spread through direct contact or exposure to an infected rabbit's excretions or blood. The virus can also survive and spread from carcasses, food, water, and any contaminated materials. People can spread the virus indirectly by carrying it on their clothing and shoes."

Singapore battles record dengue outbreak with more mosquitoes

August 27 2020

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - From the high balcony of a Singapore public housing block, an environment official steadies his mosquito launcher, the latest contraption authorities have devised to combat a record outbreak of the tropical disease dengue.

With the click of a button and a whirr of a fan, a hatch opens and 150 lab-reared male mosquitoes are sent flying, off in search of a female companion with whom they can mate but not reproduce.

The dengue virus, which in rare cases can be fatal, is carried and spread to humans by infected mosquitoes.

But Singapore’s specially bred mosquitoes carry a bacteria that prevents eggs from hatching, and “compete with the wild type,” leading to “a gradual reduction of the mosquito population,” said Ng Lee Ching, the official heading the Wolbachia project, named after the bacteria.

Ebola outbreak rises to 65 cases, Separated children as a result of the outbreak

July 24 2020

In the latest World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa situation report on the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) outbreak in Equateur Province, western Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), three more cases, along with two more deaths, have been confirmed, according to a organization tweet.

This puts the total cases at 65 ( 61 confirmed, 4 probable),  29 deceased and 21 recovered.

In addition, UNICEF reported this week that more than 32 children have lost or have been separated from one or both parents due to Ebola since a new outbreak was declared on 1 June.

“As we have seen in previous epidemics, Ebola affects children in a number of ways beyond the immediate risk of infection and death,” said Edouard Beigbeder, UNICEF’s Representative in DRC. “Whether children are infected themselves, or see parents or other family members infected, they require specialized care and support, both physically and psychologically. We must do our utmost to minimize the impact of the epidemic on children’s wellbeing.”

Mystery Salmonella Outbreaks Sickens 59 in 5 Canadian Provinces

July 24 2020

212 in the United States and 59 in Canada.

According to Canadian Health officials, as of July 24, 2020, there have been 59 confirmed cases of Salmonella Newport illness linked to this outbreak in the following provinces: British Columbia (23), Alberta (31), Manitoba (3), Ontario (1), and Prince Edward Island (1). Individuals became sick between mid-June and mid-July 2020. Information is available for 28 illnesses. Out of 28 people, six individuals have been hospitalized. No deaths have been reported. Individuals who became ill are between 11 and 77 years of age. The majority of cases (54%) are female.

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (U.S. CDC) is also investigating an outbreak of Salmonella Newport illnesses that have a similar genetic fingerprint to illnesses reported in this outbreak. In the U.S., a total of 212 people infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Newport have been reported from 23 states. 31 hospitalizations have been reported. No deaths have been reported.

Investigators in Canada and the U.S. are collaborating to exchange information to identify the source of the outbreak.

Symptoms of a Salmonella infection, called salmonellosis, typically start 6 to 72 hours after exposure to Salmonella bacteria from an infected animal, person or contaminated product. Symptoms include:

  • chills
  • fever
  • diarrhea
  • abdominal cramps
  • headache
  • nausea
  • vomiting

These symptoms usually last for 4 to 7 days. In healthy people, salmonellosis often clears up without treatment, but sometimes antibiotics may be required. In some cases, severe illness may occur, and hospitalization may be required. continued

Chikungunya outbreak in Cambodia sickens 160

July 24 2020

PHNOM PENH: The Cambodian government has identified the "mystery disease" that affected more than 160 people in Poipet town.

The Health Ministry said in a statement that at least 168 people were examined at the Poipet health centre and preliminary tests showed it was Chikungunya.

It said residents of Poipet commune's Kbal Koh, Poipet and O'Chrov villages, and those from Phsar Kandal commune's Prey Kub, O'Neang and O'Russey villages experienced fever with temperatures of 38º Celsius, red skin rashes and joint pain.

Of the 168 people admitted to hospitals, the ministry said the conditions of 32 people were serious but their health have since improved.

The Khmer Times reports Health Minister Mam Bun Heng as saying that preventive measures against Chikungunya were similar to those for dengue fever.

Chikungunya is a viral illness transmitted by mosquitoes with symptoms that include abnormal fever, sore throat, skin rashes and serious joint pains and, in some cases, convulsions.

Chikungunya is not life-threatening in itself as patients can recover within a week. However, if a patient catches the virus while having other diseases, it can be life-threatening.

The ministry said it was also testing some of the patients for Covid-19 infection.

Bun Heng urged the relevant authorities to continue disseminating information about the disease to the community, especially in schools, so that residents and children were aware of the danger and the preventive measures.

Meanwhile, The Phnom Penh Post reports that health officials in other provinces launched a campaign to spray mosquito repellent on residents' homes and put mosquito larvicide in large water basins, which are commonly found outside houses.

The ministry said the re-emergence of the virus in the province could signal another public health risk.

Provincial Department of Health director Le Chan Sangvat told the Post that after the outbreak of Chikungunya in the villages, emergency response teams of the provincial hospital sprayed disinfectant in target villages in Poipet town.

Sangvat called on residents to be vigilant against an outbreak of Chikungunya and practise preventive measures like removing mosquito habitats, sanitising homes and sleeping under mosquito nets.

Preah Vihear provincial Department of Health director Kuong Lo said disinfectants were sprayed around residents' houses in three villages bordering the Laos border in Chheb district after many patients were believed to have developed Chikungunya.

Florida Keys sees 17th case of Dengue fever; last outbreak was 10 years ago

July 24 2020

Monroe County now has 17 cases of Dengue fever as the region is having its first outbreak in 10 years.

On Friday, the Florida Department of Health in Monroe County reported an additional case of Dengue Fever. Health officials say the case is from local transmission and the person has received medical treatment and is expected to make a full recovery.

The Florida Department of Health and Division of Disease Control and Health Protection are conducting epidemiological studies to find out where this outbreak started and the extent of its infections.

Most of the cases have been in about a two-mile area of Key Largo in the Upper Keys, according to health officials.

The last time the Keys had a Dengue fever outbreak was 2010, said Alison Kerr, spokeswoman for the health department in Monroe County. That year, 55 people contracted the illness, which is caused by the bite of a female Aedes aegypti mosquito, the same mosquito that caused the Zika outbreak in Miami in 2016. Male mosquitoes don’t bite.

COVID-19 no longer on the high consequence infectious disease list
News4Trafford 25/03/2020
Coronavirus COVID-19 has been taken of the high consequence infectious diseases list as of 19 March 2020.

A statement on the UK government website clearly says:
“As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious diseases (HCID) in the UK.
The 4 nations public health HCID group made an interim recommendation in January 2020 to classify COVID-19 as an HCID.
This was based on consideration of the UK HCID criteria about the virus and the disease with information available during the early stages of the outbreak.
Now that more is known about COVID-19, the public health bodies in the UK have reviewed the most up to date information about COVID-19 against the UK HCID criteria.
They have determined that several features have now changed; in particular, more information is available about mortality rates (low overall), and there is now greater clinical awareness and a specific and sensitive laboratory test, the availability of which continues to increase.
The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) is also of the opinion that COVID-19 should no longer be classified as an HCID.”
The criteria for a HCID is:
acute infectious disease
typically has a high case-fatality rate
may not have effective prophylaxis or treatment
often difficult to recognise and detect rapidly
ability to spread in the community and within healthcare settings
requires an enhanced individual, population and system response to ensure it is managed effectively, efficiently and safely
The HCID has passed over COVID-19 to the UK government who have as we all know has all but locked down the country.
The official source of information can be seen https://www.gov.uk/guidance/high-consequence-infectious-diseases-hcid

COVID-19 is no longer infectious! it is off the list so where do we go from here? could this be the reason why their is so much confusion? well now with this information it is actually good news! and as we have always said “National Media and the government have only programmed fear into the UK public.”
However we still suggest to go with government guidelines as although it is off the infectious diseases list it could still cause problems with your health, for example and its real more people died of seasonal flu last year in the UK than COVID-19, if you are older or have a weakened immune system and you get the flu it could result in big problems mostly to do with lung issues.
Older people and those with a weakened immune system will have been in fear watching the big news channels in the UK and reading the utter nonsense from some newspapers, scaring people causes stress this will weaken the immune system which is unhelpful to these people.
We do not want to cause further chaos, and suggest even now for people to stick to the governments guidelines, but we cannot understand why the government continues to believe this virus is infectious when it is not according to what we have found.
The country is in a mess, people need to get back to work, everything needs to start again before it is too late, with the information above, surely now this can happen since COVID-19 is no longer infectious.

Prevention tips to protect yourself from the Coronavirus:

via GIPHY

1. Stay hydrated.

Drink lots of water, and avoid or limit drinks that will dehydrate you such as coffee, soft drinks and alcohol. Eating foods with high amounts of water, like fruits and vegetables, also helps.

2. Boost your immune system, naturally

There are plenty of foods that can help your immune system. Make sure to consult your doctor, but I personally consume large amounts of raw ginger and garlic whenever I am at risk for disease. Peppers and citrus fruits are also excellent disease fighters. Your colleagues might hate you for eating that big garlic clove, but if it keeps you from getting sick or helps you get better faster, it's worth it!

3. Get plenty of sleep

This was one of my biggest mistakes in my early twenties, and very likely compromised my immune system even further, making me especially susceptible to MERS. Whether you're a workaholic or a party animal (or both), be sure to get enough sleep or your immune system will be weakened.

4. Wash your hands

I personally carry hand sanitizer everywhere, but that doesn't catch everything, so be sure to frequently wash your hands with soap and warm water. Health professionals recommend singing "the happy birthday song" to yourself to make sure you've washed your hands thoroughly for a sufficient amount of time. I have made it a habit to immediately wash my hands whenever I return home and before every meal, and it's dramatically cut down how often I'm sick.

5. Work from home

This is actually probably one of the best ways to prevent disease. A coworker could forward you a phishing email that compromises your accounts, but they can't give you Wuhan Coronavirus over Slack or email. I've run a company with a distributed team for more than five years, and my newest software company, Endpass, continues to have a remote team across North America and Europe. Needless to say, we won't be sharing any germs unless we do a team retreat. If one positive thing came from the Coronavirus, it would be encouraging more companies to consider remote teams and work from home policies.

6 Carry tissues

Besides wearing a surgical-grade or n95 masks if you think you're sick or potentially exposed to infected people, the next best thing you can do is use tissues when you sneeze. I always carry a disposable pack in my fanny pack (since I stopped wearing purses) and travel bag.

7. Disinfect your environment

Public places are filthy, especially airports and airplanes. My cousin who works in nursing turned me on to carrying disposable disinfectant wipes in my travel bag. Now I wipe down the plane seat and other especially germy places before coming in contact with them. There's also some great hand sanitizer out there. My favorite is the lavender vanilla scented stuff at Whole Foods, but it's probably in other stores and on Amazon.

8. Think twice about sharing

I'm a big fan of "family style" meals, but when any kind of disease is likely to be spreading you should limit your exposure to possible contamination as much as possible. So don't share drinks, and definitely don't share vapes, if you smoke. (Obviously, smoking also weakens your immune system and can damage your lungs, making them easier to be infected.)

9. Don't travel while sick!

Traveling when you're sick is a terrible idea. Not only are you more likely to get even sicker if you're already feeling unwell, you're also spreading disease. I refuse to do it anymore after getting MERS. I personally fly Alaska because of their great customer service, and how easy it is for me to change my flights for free.

10. If you're sick, seek medical attention immediately!

Finally, don't wait to seek medical attention. I probably should have gone to the hospital in Dubai when I first had symptoms, but I foolishly decided to wait until I returned to go to Cairo. If my symptoms had progressed slightly faster, I could have died. If you think you have contracted the Wuhan Coronavirus, seek medical treatment early. Make sure a loved one, close friend, or colleague also knows you're feeling unwell so they can check on you in case you become even sicker.

I hope this was helpful and that it keeps you and your loved ones healthy, and protected from the Wuhan Coronavirus and other diseases.

In order to further discipline, compact responsibility, and ensure that all prevention and control work is carried out in an efficient and standardized manner, the Party Committee of the Beijing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a wartime state order, requiring its party members and employees to fully recognize the “critical period”, “critical moment”, and “keys” The urgency and importance of the moment, consciously established a “very conscious” and entered a “wartime state.”

The first is to insist on using “state of war” to lead the thinking.

The center not only fulfills the city’s epidemic prevention and control duties, provides professional technical support duties for government decision-making, but also implements the “unit responsibility” of the “quartet responsibility” to protect the safety and health of all employees, both of which are equally important and cannot be sidelined. Under the unified leadership of the Party Committee, it unconditionally obeys the decision-making and deployment of the Party Committee in the wartime state and serves the current prevention and control work. It resonates at the same frequency, obeys unified orders, unified commands, and acts.

The second is to insist on strengthening implementation with “wartime standards.”

All party members and cadres must take overall consideration into account and resolutely put an end to work mistakes caused by this mistake. All employees must unconditionally obey work scheduling and consciously obey management. Strengthen the work style and achieve “the end of the day and the end of the day”; adhere to the problem-oriented, responsibility-oriented, sensitive matters in the prevention and control, unexplained events and the work of leaders at all levels, to understand the situation and guide commence to work.

US Military Initiates "Global Campaign Plan For Pandemic" Thu, 02/13/2020
It appears that the U.S. military is taking this coronavirus outbreak extremely seriously.
An executive order has been issued which has initiated the implementation of “the Department of Defense Global Campaign plan for Pandemic Influenza and Infectious Diseases 3551-13”.
We don’t know all of the details of the plan, but we do know that it instructs U.S. military officials “to prepare for widespread outbreaks”.  Many in the mainstream media continue to try to convince us that this virus is not much more dangerous than the common flu, but if that is true then why is our military taking such a dramatic step?  The following comes from a Military Times article…
An executive order issued by the Joint Staff and approved by Defense Secretary Mark Esper this month directed Northern Command and geographic combatant commanders to initiate pandemic plans, which include ordering commanders to prepare for widespread outbreaks and confining service members with a history of travel to China. The Navy and Marine Corps messages, issued Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, reference an executive order directing U.S. Northern Command to implement the Department of Defense Global Campaign plan for Pandemic Influenza and Infectious Diseases 3551-13.
For now, we are not being told the specific details of this plan, and when Northern Command was asked about it they issued a very vague statement…
“We coordinate with other combatant commands to assess potential impacts in the event of a pandemic and we ensure the U.S. military is poised to respond as required,” said Northern Command in a statement emailed to Military Times. “The military profession fosters a culture of planning, and the fact that we are coordinating planning efforts across the geographical combatant commands is consistent with how we prepare to respond, if directed.”
Thankfully, the virus is not spreading widely inside the United States so far.
But that could change at any time, and on Wednesday a 14th U.S. case was confirmed…
A second person evacuated from Wuhan, China, to a U.S. Marine base near San Diego has been diagnosed with the new coronavirus, raising the tally of confirmed cases in the United States to 14, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported on Wednesday. The patient was among 232 individuals who had been placed under quarantine at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar after being airlifted from the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan earlier this month, CDC spokeswoman Ana Toro said.
But 14 confirmed cases is just a tiny drop in the bucket compared to more than 59,000 confirmed cases in China.
We should be thankful for the low number of cases in this country, but Dr. Nancy Messonnier is warning that “we are likely to see community spread in the U.S.” at some point…
Top health officials prepped Americans for the prospect of novel coronavirus spreading in communities in the United States during a Wednesday news conference.“At some point, we we are likely to see community spread in the U.S.,” said Dr. Nancy Messonnier, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.
And if we do start seeing tens of thousands of confirmed cases here, the level of fear is going to rise dramatically and a lot of people are going to go completely nuts.
In fact, we are already starting to see some really strange things.
For example, a couple of “pranksters” in New York thought it would be really funny to spill a bucket of “coronavirus” in the middle of a crowded subway car…
David Flores and Morris Cordewell donned hazmats suits for the stunt while holding a container filled with liquid that had biological hazard markings on it.In the video Cordewell gets up and spills the liquid over the floor as train passengers quickly jump out of harm’s way. However, it turns out their bucket contained Kool-Aid juice.
Who would do something like that?
Yes, they probably thought that it was quite funny, but the truth is that this sort of a stunt could have taken a very tragic turn.
Over in China, we are witnessing things that are even more frightening.
For example, one woman that has apparently caught the virus decided to walk down the street in the middle of the day and touch every car door handle she came across.
In other words, it appears that she was purposely trying to spread the virus to others.
When things get really nuts, most people will behave at least somewhat rationally, but there will always be others that will completely snap.
And without a doubt, there are always crazy people that are trying to bring unusual things into this country.  For instance, just check out this recent example from Zero Hedge…
That’s exactly what happened two weeks ago: U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, seized a bag of dead birds that was being carried in the luggage of an airline passenger traveling from China to Washington D.C. on January 27.The birds were packaged in a bag that had cartoon images on it and was seized at Dulles Airport from a passenger, who was arriving from Beijing, according to the NY Post. The passenger claimed that the birds were “cat food” and that he was planning to bring them to Maryland after his flight.
Our world is getting crazier with each passing day, and it is inevitable that we will see a lot more weird stuff happen in the months ahead.
We are in a battle with a virus that is perfect for spreading fear.  It is invisible to the naked eye, it can survive on surfaces for up to 9 days, it has an incubation period of up to 24 days, and it spreads from person to person frighteningly easily.
To a certain extent, there is comfort in being able to see your enemy.
But we cannot detect this virus with our five senses.  It could be on the next grocery cart you push, the next door handle you twist or the next hand that you shake.
That sort of uncertainty is going to drive a lot of people crazy if this virus starts spreading widely inside the United States, and so let us hope that such a scenario does not become a reality.
