ZETATALK: THE STRETCH ZONE, THAT SINKING FEELING

ZetaTalk explores the concept of Earth's "stretch zones"—regions where tectonic plates are being pulled apart due to planetary forces, particularly in anticipation of a predicted pole shift. It focuses heavily on the eastern seaboard of the U.S., the Caribbean, and parts of Europe, warning that these areas will experience significant land subsidence due to the widening of the Atlantic Rift.

Key points include:

  • Historical evidence of submerged forests and civilizations off the U.S. East Coast and Bermuda.

  • Predictions that areas like Florida, Georgia, and the UK will lose elevation and be permanently flooded.

  • A detailed catalog of sinkholes, train derailments, infrastructure collapses, and mysterious odors from 2004–2005, interpreted as signs of Earth stretching.

  • The concept of “imploding cities”, where underground infrastructure fails due to shifting rock layers.

  • Warnings to relocate from vulnerable coastal and low-lying areas before the pole shift occurs.

Southsea's damaged seafront promenade collapses

19 December 2019

A section of Southsea's promenade has collapsed as work gets under way to stabilise the sea defences.

The sea wall near the town's naval memorial was damaged by strong winds and high tides in November.

Its latest collapse is in an area already identified as dangerous by Portsmouth City Council where emergency repair work is taking place.

The council said 10m (32ft)-long sheet piles were being driven into the beach to protect the area from more damage.

The emergency works are due to be complete on Friday and further repairs will resume in the new year.

A permanent solution which involves rebuilding 4.5km (2.8 miles) of sea defences is expected to begin in 2020, pending approval by the Environment Agency which will unlock government funding.

Portsmouth's deputy leader Steve Pitt said: "We are aware that our current sea defences are no longer fit for purpose and close to the end of their maintainable life.

"Incidents like this underline the need to move forward with our new defence scheme as soon as possible."

Building collapse kills 5 in Syria's Aleppo

Source: Xinhua| 2019-12-02 21:25:40

DAMASCUS, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- Five people were killed after an apartment building collapsed on Monday in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, state news agency SANA reported.

The accident happened in the morning in the al-Ma'adi neighborhood in the old quarter of Aleppo, killing five people including a child and two women.

The collapse was caused by a heavy rainfall that hit the illegal building in the previous night, SANA said.

Rescuers are still searching for more people under the rubble.

The old quarter in the eastern part of Aleppo suffered huge damage during the war as it was under the rebels' control before the army's full capture of the city in late 2016.

CINCINNATI (AP) – Authorities say at least three people have been injured in Cincinnati after part of a building under construction collapsed.

Cincinnati Fire Chief Roy Winston said three people on the structure’s fifth floor were injured when part of the building collapsed Monday afternoon after workers on the sixth floor started pouring concrete.

Winston said one worker had minor injuries and the other two had more serious injuries. He said all were in stable condition.

The chief said crews were searching for any others who might have been injured and contractors were making sure workers were accounted for.

The structure resides on a construction site and isn’t accessible to the public.

Ron Howard, property manager of the building across the street, described the collapse as sounding like a “bunch of mud, metal crashing, timber falling.”
