Lanxu, China: July 26 -- (BNA) A mudslide resultant from rainwater in Gansu district northwest of China yesterday (Wed. 25 July) led to disrupting an axial public road and formed a lagoon barrier threatening to explode and drench a neighboring governorate, according to the Chinese News Agency (Xinhua).
More than 500 thousand cubic meters of rock and slit slipped from a mountainside in Xianjing province yesterday resulting in impeding traffic flow on a local public road and formed a lagoon barrier in Holo River, according to a statement issued by the Media Department in the Chinese Communist Party committee in Xianjing province.
At least ten persons have been displaced from the disaster zone, however, no reports came about casualties, according to the statement.
