Note the location of “Planet 9” and the inbound path for Nibiru provided by the Zetas in 1997. Nibiru arrived, right on schedule in 2003, and right where predicted a full 7 years earlier. Where the Zetas provided the location of the gravity draw represented by the Sun’s dark unlit binary and the inbound Nibiru in 1983, when the IRAS team lofted its infra-red balloon in search of the inbound Nibiru, this location was not provided to the public. All articles in print at that time only referring to the location as the “western edge of the constellation Orion”, quite vague, and the “western edge” is vast. Yet the Zetas pinpointed the location as being just outside the lower bow of Orion. Such is the accuracy of ZetaTalk. How would the public eventually become “aware of the history and accuracy of ZetaTalk predictions” as predicted by the Zetas on April 16, 2016? ? It would seem this is already in process.

So what happened to the announcement? Obama lacked the courage. As a result of this colossal failure,  having to disband the Jade Helm structure, the US military reacted. Obama is no longer running the country. Chief of Staff General Dunford is. Ben Fulford has for months been referring to Obama as the US “spokesperson”. Is this true, and how does this work? In that the Middle East, under the direction and press from Israel, Turkey, the Jewish bankers of the Federal Reserve, and the Saudis were supporting ISIS and this threatened to create a force that would not only invade Europe but also create an endless terrorism threat to the US, the military did indeed effect a silent coup. Russia needed to enter the fray, and Dunford, but not Obama, agreed. This will never be admitted, publicly, nor do the parties want this.

The three major social media outlets in use around the globe all had significant, and simultaneous outages between September 20-24, 2015. Skype had complaints from the UK, Australia, and Japan. Twitter received reports from the US, Australia, and Singapore. FaceBook had the loudest howls, primarily from the US and Europe. Notably these downtimes, some lasting for hours or even days, got no attention in the major media, and there was no real explanation for the outages.  Every Skype user has an account and a password, as do their contacts. Every Skype user can broadcast messages to their contacts, even if these contacts are not presently online. Every twitter use likewise has an account and a password, and by sending a tweet passes information along to subscribers, who can retweet the info in the future. FaceBook users likewise have an account and a password, with many friends who pick up info from each other and pass it along on their FaceBook accounts.  In all of this, the networks themselves are AWARE of the accounts and passwords, and could do a broadcast to all in the event of an announcement. Check your user agreements. This is legal!

When we announced that the Council of Worlds would be going to war with the elite over their blockage of the announcement, the tools available to the Council were not immediately apparent. Early in the campaign the Sony hack showed one such mechanism, whereby an anonymous hacker revealed embarrassing information about Sony executives. Similarly exposing pedophile activities by Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton and blatant lies by self-promoting media talking heads such as Brian Williams and Bill O’Reilly required nothing more than encouraging contactees to step forward.  In many, many cases a financial loss sufficient to trigger a clash among the elite is a result of an electronic delay during trades.

What is the message here? As with other failed launches, this most recent failure is a definitive message from the Council of Worlds. Space X has had success in resupplying the ISS, though has flounded on landing on a floating ocean platform.  Resupply of the ISS is OK, reuse of their launch equipment so as to help the elite escape, not OK. The message now is that the elite should not expect to get into space at all. No escape. The message here is to take all hope away from such plans among the elite. They are to remain on Earth with the common man. We expect the battle to shift from attempts to block the announcement, or deny its meaning, to attempts to enslave the common man in some way. That is another fight, on another day.

Relying solely on Russia or China to proceed would get the truth out BUT since the block had always been on the US end, via Reagan’s national security directive, without a confirmation from Obama this is awkward and subject to being countered. If true, where is the confirmation from Obama? It would be packaged as some odd communist attack against Obama going into the elections, to make him seem weak, almost comical. So where is this going now? For us to comment would be to empower the enemy, which of course we will not do. Your curiosity is not as important as having the announcement succeed.

Meanwhile, periodic tests of the Emergency Broadcast System in the US are done, to see if the channels are open. As of this writing, they are not yet open. The war is still on, full press. Meanwhile, during the flash and parry of swords, one can see resistance, pleading, panic, and capitulation.

Though this is hardly the announcement, note the difference in TONE between these two article dealing with perturbations, etc etc which for hundreds of years have indicated the Sun's unlit twin out in space and Planet X/Nibiru (which arrives from the same direction). In the July article they are just reiterating the same old story. Not found. In the November 19 article, we are saying "the search is back on". Same tweak, but hopefully significant?

There is a new twist to the latest evidence, however, with suggestions of not one but two large planets at mind-bending distances from the Sun. The theory has its own problems – if we can’t explain how objects like these came to be orbiting at such distances, then it’s equally unclear how a theoretical planet came to be there. Yet all of these distant objects reach their closest point to the sun just when they are near the plane the planets circle in. The scientists considered this unlikely to be a coincidence, and speculate it might be a sign of a planet influencing all of their orbits. While the question may only be finally settled by the discovery of a large planet lurking in space, a number of teams have redoubled their efforts to find modest sized objects whose orbits might help us lend credence to, or reject, the theories proposed so far.

Once, cartographers drew dragons on the unknown bits of maps. Now, some people like to fill the outer solar system with an undiscovered planet or two, often known as Planet X. The reasons vary – claimed sightings, distortions in the orbits of other planets or patterns to cometary observations. But does this idea have more substance than the ancient versions? The answer depends on how large, and how distant a planet you're discussing.  Percival Lowell noted oddities in Neptune's travels he blamed on a yet further planet. Pluto turned up very close to Lowell's had prediction, and was at first hailed as vindicating him. Further observations revealed Pluto to be far too small to have the influence suggested. The idea of a mysterious object large enough to be messing with Neptune's orbit refuses to die but has become a sort of Bigfoot or Loch Ness Monster, existing more in the more imaginative parts of the web than peer reviewed journals.

Tony Blair hires investment banker with Middle East expertise

The former prime minister has hired an American banker, formerly in business with a Middle Eastern royal family (we dont know who), to lead his work advising governments and corporations. Jackson Eisenpresser, who previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, is a specialist in investments in the region, where Mr Blair has already struck a series of deals to advise wealthy clients.

(Whats this alludes to is that Blair has a lot more deals in the middle east region than what was exposed in the leak).

The business activities came into conflict with his unpaid role as envoy to the Middle East for the Quartet – the group that represents the US, Russia, the United Nations and Europe.

The Quartet is a group that holds itself responsible for mediating peace in the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Russia is represented by their foreign minister; the U.S. is represented by their Secretary of State; & the E.U. is represented by their vice president. Tony Blair is the only envoy that represents a nation (U.K.), that isn't holding a political office. Not to mention, business dealings in the region can hold a huge conflict of interest with his role as special envoy.

Mr Bush told Mr Blair that the US was so worried about the failure to find hard evidence against Saddam that it thought of "flying U2 reconnaissance aircraft planes with fighter cover over Iraq, painted in UN colours". Mr Bush added: "If Saddam fired on them, he would be in breach [of UN resolutions]"

The revelation that Mr Blair had supported the US president's plans to go to war with Iraq even in the absence of a second UN resolution contrasts with the assurances the prime minister gave parliament shortly after.

But the global elite don’t just control these mega-corporations.  According to Hudes, they also dominate the unelected, unaccountable organizations that control the finances of virtually every nation on the face of the planet.  The World Bank, the IMF and central banks such as the Federal Reserve literally control the creation and the flow of money worldwide.

We have a system of “neo-feudalism” in which all of us and our national governments are enslaved to debt.  This system is governed by the central banks and by the Bank for International Settlements, and it systematically transfers the wealth of the world out of our hands and into the hands of the global elite.

Is this not staggering?  It takes the COW to nudge the elite into allowing the Announcement??  Does this not show just how girded the elite are?  Has it not been revealed to all that it takes outer worldly beings to nudge the system in place the elite have built for themselves?   

Are the elite now revealed by the Zetas and COW to be much like the Annunaki who are now banned from visiting the Earth and mingling with humans?  The Annunaki built their status symbols using gigantics here on Earth and elsewhere.  Physical and technological power dominated their indulging endeavors while on Earth.

Hey Kris nice find. The letter was written on Oct 23rd. Also it was written to an Oklahoma court, that had nothing to do with his court proceedings. Did COW know the parties @ this court who read the letter would hand this over to the press?
