More of 7 of 10 event by Nancy and Zetatalk:
Quoted:
"President Obama has announced he will visit Brazil, Chile and El Salvador, in March 2011. He has officially stated that the purpose of his trip will be to forge some strong alliances with these countries as looking to the progress of Latin America. I understand that Mr. Obama may have many matters to discuss with Brazil, the most powerful nation in South America. But Brazil’s fate is to become a “new Siberia” in the Aftertime. Then, it is not that clear to me the reason for him to have picked Chile and El Salvador, leaving aside other important countries such as Argentina, or Peru, or perhaps Colombia. President Obama also knows that the Chilean and Brazilian leaders are in the know, about the Earth changes and the PS. And I perceive that Mr. Obama has developed a special feeling of sympathy for Chile. But Chile is expected to have a rough ride during the future events, and I don’t see how Chile could be of help in the progress of Latin America. Then El Salvador, which will suffer when South America experiences its roll west, and I don’t see how El Salvador could help in the progress of Latin America either. Could it be that Mr. Obama is planning to discuss the issue of the immigrants, to Chile and Brazil, when the future events develop? The probable future immigrants coming from the Caribbean, when things get nasty there, perhaps? Or, is it that he wants to convey a true version of the Earth changes to be expected for the area, to the leaders of these countries, different from the light version Bush let them know in Paris a few years ago? What is the Zeta’s take, on President Obama’s visit to these countries?

Little is said in this announcement beyond the single sentence stating what countries will be visited. There is no common denominator that the public is likely to discern, as there is none outside of the pending pole shift and pole shift precursors. These countries will be greatly impacted, and thus be expected to try to make demands upon the US.
* As ZetaTalk gains fame, those in Brazil are expected to realize their future climate status and look to capitalize on its connection with the tourist industry to leverage homes in the US. Obama will relay the message that it will be up to Brazil to make arrangement for its citizens, elsewhere within this vast country.
* Chile is a long narrow country, which will not only be assaulted by great quakes but also by tidal bore up into its mountainous terrain. The 7 of 10 scenario for S America alone will devastate this country. Obama can be expected to relay that Chile should look to its neighbors to relocate its citizens, not to the US.
* In the case of El Salvador, a tiny country expected to be devastated when Central America is crumpled during the 7 of 10 scenario of the S American roll, the issue is their flourishing illegal immigration industry. For its size, El Salvador has a disproportionate number of illegal immigrants into the US, and would be expected to use their skills in this arena to develop a cottage industry when the devastation expected to strike Central America hits. El Salvador will be told to expect aggressive prosecution within the US, in the future.

Blackouts increase 90% in two years
SAO PAULO
The number of serious blackouts, like the one that has just hit seven northeastern states, has nearly doubled in the last two years, according to the ONS (National Electricity System Operator), informs reportadem published in this Saturday at the Leaf (fully available to subscribers Newspaper and UOL).
Experts attribute the increase to the lack of investment and the adverse climate.
According to the ONS reports, there have been 91 blackouts last year of more than 100 MW (equivalent to the consumption of a city with 400,000 inhabitants). 77 dismissals in 2009 were 100 MW and above in 2008 were 48.
The number of blackouts fell between 2005 and 2008 but rose again in 2009. That year, the most comprehensive blackout in left without the power supply 70 million people in 18 states.
Sunday's blackout affected about 33 million people in the region and caused problems in water services, health and traffic.
Edison Lobao, Minister of Mines and Energy, downplayed the incident. According to him, can not speak in blackout.

Connected to the system in the Northern region, Maranhão escaped the blackout

SAO PAULO
Maranhão was one of the only states in the Northeast that was not hit by the blackout in the early hours of Friday. According to a spokesperson Cemar (Companhia Energetica do Maranhao), the State has not suffered from lack of energy because it is connected to the electrical system of the North.
According to Cemar, almost all energy consumed in Maranhão (98%) is provided by hydroelectric Tucurui in Para, which also serves the states of Para and Tocantins. The state also is fueled by the dam of Good Hope, in Piauí, which was not affected by power outage.
A blackout occurred between Thursday night (3) and the early hours of Friday has affected seven states in the Northeast.
The blackout was caused by the simultaneous shutdown of six transmission lines of 500 KV that feed the region of Pernambuco and a substation in the system of generating plants Paulo Afonso, bordering the states of Bahia and Alagoas, and Xingó between Alagoas and Sergipe.
According to the director general of the ONS (National Electricity System Operator), Hermes Chipp, the reason for the shutdown is still unknown, but may be due to a failure in the protection system.
