This is an opportunity to discuss the public's expectations of Nancy, who is a single person, 78 years old, with health concerns, who works every day for as many hours as her health allows on getting the message out to the world. She was asked, in the early days of ZetaTalk, to be as educated on astronomy as astronomers, and did so to a degree that allowed her to support the imaging of the inbound Planet X. She supported our debates on sci.astro on the absurdity of human math when faced with reality, on the matter of why the Moon is in the skies and not crashing to Earth, even though she does not speak math any more than she speaks Greek. To properly translate our concepts, Nancy, as she has so often mentioned, must be on the same page as ourselves, versed sufficiently in the subject to understand our response. Thus she has been asked to be educated to the level of a biologist or geneticist on the matter of the hybrids, to be a geologist on plate movements, to be a vulcanologist, to be a hydrologist on water movement, to be an archeologist re ancient civilizations, to be an electrician when discussing survival equipment, and to be a sociologist and political scientist on the matter of human behavior. Where images do not exist on the web, she draws them sufficiently to explain our words. We do not, on every answer, require Nancy to spend hours positioning herself such that she goes beyond what is needed to relay our message.

Here’s the ZetaTalk specific explanation for why buildings like the one at 235 East 42nd Street are suddenly showing beam deformation, instability, and structural warnings.  ZetaTalk’s core claim: Earth wobble + crustal torque = structural fatigue ZetaTalk repeatedly says that modern buildings are failing because the planet is being physically stressed by the ongoing approach of Planet X / Nibiru. The wobble, torque, and shifting magma create micro movements in the crust that engineers never designed for. Workers noticing beams “starting to give way” fits this pattern.  How ZetaTalk would interpret this specific incident For the 38 story building at 235 East 42nd Street, ZetaTalk would say: The daily wobble weakened the mid tower beams over months. The plate stretch in the region caused subtle foundation drift. The magma pressure pulses created vertical stress on the frame. Construction activity acted as the final trigger. The bending beams are not the cause — they are the symptom of a planet under torque.

Beyond the excellent list of causes for this steel structure to begin to fail after decades of service is the poor choice of location. We have mentioned that New York City, like many large cities, is not built on solid rock. The depths of the parking structures below ground equal the structures above ground. Thus tilting and sinking can occur, allowing torque to occur. The cause of this disaster is torque, and the only solution is a change in location. River bottoms are located where the land sinks and pulls apart, thus water seeking its level. River bottom land is soft and mushy, not solid rock. The Severe Wobble is increasing, which slams plates against one another and in a similar manner slams building parts internal to the building against one another. The New Madrid Fault Line and related fault lines run through the area, which will tilt the region on either side. This high rise building in New York City was just the start.
