Note the Zeta's words on wasting the opportunity to pose question to themselves, and get a response via Nancy. They do not suffer fools gladly, and this will increasingly be the case.
This is an opportunity to discuss the public's expectations of Nancy, who is a single person, 78 years old, with health concerns, who works every day for as many hours as her health allows on getting the message out to the world. She was asked, in the early days of ZetaTalk, to be as educated on astronomy as astronomers, and did so to a degree that allowed her to support the imaging of the inbound Planet X. She supported our debates on sci.astro on the absurdity of human math when faced with reality, on the matter of why the Moon is in the skies and not crashing to Earth, even though she does not speak math any more than she speaks Greek. To properly translate our concepts, Nancy, as she has so often mentioned, must be on the same page as ourselves, versed sufficiently in the subject to understand our response. Thus she has been asked to be educated to the level of a biologist or geneticist on the matter of the hybrids, to be a geologist on plate movements, to be a vulcanologist, to be a hydrologist on water movement, to be an archeologist re ancient civilizations, to be an electrician when discussing survival equipment, and to be a sociologist and political scientist on the matter of human behavior. Where images do not exist on the web, she draws them sufficiently to explain our words. We do not, on every answer, require Nancy to spend hours positioning herself such that she goes beyond what is needed to relay our message.

Can the Zetas say comment on the Russia plague? [and from another] How Russia and the World are Responding to a Possible Case of Pneumonic Plague after Lab Worker Dies October 7, 2026 https://apnews.com/article/russia-plaguetrump-who-irkutsk-5aa82b8bc... The U.N. health agency says it has been in contact with Russian authorities following the death of the staffer at the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute of Siberia and the Far East. The Russian authorities cited a typical acute respiratory viral infection. The incubation period for pneumonic plague the most virulent form of the disease can be as short as 24 hours, according to WHO. The lung-based illness is a less common but severe form of plague that can spread between people via respiratory particles. The more common form of plague bubonic plague is caused by the bite of an infected flea, and can develop into open sores filled with pus. [and from another] Plague https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plague_(disease) Plague is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis.[2] Symptoms include fever, weakness, headache and black lips.[1] Usually, this begins one to seven days after exposure.[2] There are three forms of plague, each affecting a different part of the body and causing associated symptoms. Pneumonic plague infects the lungs, causing shortness of breath, coughing and chest pain; bubonic plague affects the lymph nodes, making them swell; and septicemic plague infects the blood and can cause necrosis of tissues. The bubonic and septicemic forms are generally spread by flea bites or handling an infected animal, whereas pneumonic plague is generally spread between people through the air via infectious droplets. The plague has a long history as a biological weapon. Historical accounts from ancient China and medieval Europe details the use of infected animal carcasses, such as cows or horses, and human carcasses.[and from another] Black Death https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Death The Black Death was a plague pandemic that occurred in Europe from 1346 to 1353. It was one of the most fatal pandemics in human history, leading to the death of up to 50 million people, around 30% to 60% of the European population and approximately 33% of the Middle Eastern population.[4][5][6] The disease was caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis, which is primarily spread by flea bites, though it may also spread through contact with infected tissues or fluids and, in pneumonic cases, through respiratory droplets.
The history of the Black Death in Europe shows what the Plague bacteria can do to populated areas if not controlled via quarantines, antibiotics, and early response by authorities. The Plague is endemic in many countries, including the American SW among Prairie Dogs. Rats can carry the bacteria, feasting on dead bodies. Highly infectious, and able to be transmitted by many means, it is difficult to control once a pandemic starts.
It can be spread via oozing puss from rat or flea bites, by saliva or droplets from a sneeze, or from dead bodies. The practice during the Black Death in Europe of having carts run the streets, asking survivors to "bring out the dead", shows this struggle.
Where the Plague has been used as a biological weapon, this was prior to the era of antibiotics and sterilization techniques. Nevertheless, the Plague certainly qualifies as a potential biological weapon. Is this Russia's intent? No, but one does not leave a loaded weapon lying about for children to discover. Russia is being responsible and cautious, but if any terrorist activity emerges, Russia will likely be blamed.
Why is there a sudden AI data center demand? AI generates data which needs to be stored but why now? What was the trigger? [and from another] AI Godfathers Warn of Runaway Intelligence Explosion https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2026/sep/28/ai-godfathers-wa... Two of the godfathers of modern AI and senior executives at OpenAI and Anthropic have warned governments to prepare for an AI intelligence explosion , which they say could be the most consequential technological development in history. Their concerns focus on the possibility of AIs being able to improve themselves without human intervention, a process known as recursive self-improvement . In the paper it is broadly referred to as automated AI research and development. Once AI systems reach expert-level capabilities at AI R&D, a single developer could run a workforce equivalent to millions of top human researchers, the paper says. The authors say the automating of AI R&D is the most likely source of an intelligence explosion, because AIs are already contributing to improving their own technology and the resulting improved systems can be rapidly deployed once built. Urging governments to take action quickly, the authors say: Once an intelligence explosion begins, the window for action may close. They recommended a trio of policy priorities: requiring transparent progress reports on AI-related R&D, including embedding independent auditors in companies; finding ways to constrain breakneck AI development; and preparing to adapt to an intelligence explosion. Anthropic and OpenAI have both agreed to having independent evaluators assess their models after warning that AI development was reaching a critical pitch in terms of safety. [and from another] Industrial Revolution https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industrial_Revolution Economic historians agree that the onset of the Industrial Revolution is the most important event in human history, comparable only to the adoption of agriculture with respect to material advancement. This transition included going from hand production methods to machines; new chemical manufacturing and iron production processes; the increasing use of water and steam power; the development of machine tools; and rise of the mechanized factory system. [and from another] Scaling Up: how Increasing Inputs has made Artificial Intelligence more Capable https://ourworldindata.org/scaling-up-a Just a few years ago, state-of-the-art AI systems struggled with basic tasks like counting. Today, they can solve complex math problems, write software, create extremely realistic images and videos, and discuss academic topics. [and from another] The Terminator https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Terminator Disguised as a human, a cyborg assassin known as a Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) travels from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). Sent to protect Sarah is Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn), who divulges the coming of Skynet, an artificial intelligence system that will spark a nuclear holocaust. Sarah is targeted because Skynet knows that her unborn son will lead the fight against them. With the virtually unstoppable Terminator in hot pursuit, she and Kyle attempt to escape.
The explosion in AI use is being compared to the Industrial Revolution, as both had the potential of increasing the standard of living for mankind, exponentially. Where they differ is how they can be controlled. The Industrial Revolution allowed delimiting the instructions to manufacturing operations, so could not run amuck beyond allowing errors inserted into these manufacturing instructions. The Industrial Revolution did not allow a set of instructions for a particular factory or machine to branch out into other factories, for instance. AI is not delimited.
Yes, its programming by human hands can include good judgement and reasonable boundaries, but if these are not defined by the initial programming AI has the potential of becoming a psychopathic entity. The human programming an AI might assume empathy in the AI conclusions and actions, an empathy that is inherent in human agents but absent in AI instructions. The Movie Terminator has a foothold in reality in that the Terminator was operating as though Skynet, the robot system, was the entity to be protected, rather than the human race.
Because of its benefits, the AI explosion will continue but if not delimited in what it can do, or given explicit instructions on what protecting life means, the potential for a Psychopathic Intelligence exists.
What causes sunburn in late September, with blisters on the sunburn? Another report sounds like a Second Sun phenomena, with sunlight coming from one angle but suddenly switching to another angle, as though the Sun had moved. Is this Nibiru passing by?
Nibiru passes between the Earth and Sun on its way back out into space on its long 3,657 year orbit. Nibiru has a retrograde orbit and rotation, thus the debris and Petrol in its tail drag behind it as it slings across from right to left. This is not always clear in the photos provided because photos taking a 2D view will show whatever is closest to the Earth, where the action out in space is in 3D. The camera on Earth can be influenced by the Earth wobble, complicating the view further. Petrol blobs trailing Nibiru will increase until Nibiru escapes the inner Solar System some time early next year. Sunlight, both direct and reflected, will be intense at times, when they are both focused at the same spot on Earth. This intense sunlight will increase until Nibiru escapes the inner Solar System sometime early next year.
