This is an interesting concept for concentrated production of a valuable vegetable. I cannot vouch for it personally, but it makes sense as a good way to utilize space. I'm learning to grow food in the Arizona-Sonora Desert. The first strawberry of the season is ready to eat. Some peppers are almost ready to harvest. Herbs are ready. Grapes, watermelons, blueberries, oranges, lemons and Persimmon will be ready in late Summer and Fall. Potatoes, turmeric and ginger should be producing by July.
