WikiLeaks itself wasn't endorsing ZetaTalk. Rather, WikiLeaks published an email from someone else that discussed and recommended ZetaTalk.

What ZetaTalk said about Julian Assange

It presents the campaign as resilience planning rather than a warning that a specific crisis or war is imminent.

The article says the UK's National Cyber Security Centre reported that about three-quarters of cyberattacks affecting critical-infrastructure organizations during the previous year were believed to be linked to state actors, with Russia, China, and Iran identified among hostile states targeting essential systems.
• The agency reportedly handled more than 200 cyber incidents involving UK critical national infrastructure and its supporting ecosystem in the year to May 2026.

September 18, 2026, there is a new development involving historical UFO/UAP material from 1952.

• Fox News: White House releases new UFO files from 1952 reports that newly released/declassified material includes video footage showing unexplained objects described as “swarming” over Utah in 1952. [foxnews.com]
• The report also discusses a 2008 expense report concerning a $22 million government investigation into unexplained aerial phenomena in the Middle East. 
• This should not automatically be conflated with the famous July 1952 Washington, D.C. UFO incidents. A separate 2026 disclosure effort concerns a recording connected with those Washington sightings. 

On September 18, 2026, the U.S. government posted Release 06, the sixth tranche of records in the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE). The government's page says the program is intended to identify, review, declassify, and publicly release historical UAP records. It also explicitly describes the material in this archive as unresolved cases, meaning the government has not made a definitive determination about the phenomena represented in them.

Among today's records is DOW-UAP-PR159, Historical Film of Reported UFOs, Utah, 1952, accompanied by DOW-UAP-D102, Project Blue Book File on Tremonton Film, Utah, 1952. 

The film itself

The government's description is unusually specific.

The footage was shot near Tremonton, Utah, on July 2, 1952, on 16mm Kodachrome film using a handheld Bell & Howell Auto Master camera. The cameraman was U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer Delbert C. Newhouse. According to the official description, he reported seeing and filming a group of bright airborne objects and subsequently submitted his film to the U.S. Air Force. 

The case eventually became part of Project Blue Book, the U.S. Air Force UFO investigation that operated from 1952 to 1969. 

Most importantly, the government's current description says:

The film's limited detail and lack of fixed reference points prevented a conclusive resolution. 

So the government is not identifying the objects as extraterrestrial spacecraft, but it is preserving this particular case in its current archive of unresolved UAP material. 

A strange detail in the newly digitized film

There's another interesting wrinkle.

At roughly 55 seconds, the released film suddenly changes to unrelated imagery apparently showing sewing equipment. The official description says this suggests that the surviving film could be a composite or reused print, but that the existing record does not establish when or how the two pieces of film were combined. 

The accompanying historical records also indicate that the original material had been paired with mountain scenery from Idaho, which isn't preserved in this digitization. 

That distinction matters if we analyze individual frames because the digital file is evidently not simply an untouched continuous camera roll.

It's broader than the Utah film

Today's government release isn't limited to Tremonton.

The official Release 06 list also includes:

• DOW-UAP-PR160, Presentation by Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, 1952, an audio recording associated with Boston on March 26, 1952. 
• DOW-UAP-D154, Transcript of a Presentation by Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, 1952. 
• Two historical documents associated with the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) from 2008. 
• Two unresolved UAP video reports from Colorado in October 2023. 

So the historical 1952 material is being released alongside considerably later UAP records rather than as an isolated disclosure. [war.gov]
