I have been checking the sunrise for about 2 months. The following is record.

Oct. 07 : 7:01 am (forecast) and 7:16 am (real).
Oct. 10 : 7:05 am (forecast) and 7:19 am (real).
Oct. 11 : 7:07 am (forecast) and 7:23 am (real).
Oct. 12 : 7:08 am (forecast) and 7:26 am (real).
It's rainy days.
Oct. 25 : 7:25 am (forecast) and 7:45 am (real).
Oct. 26 : 7:26 am (forecast) and 7:48 am (real), east southeast (where the sun rose).
Oct. 28 : 7:29 am (forecast) and 7:49 am , (real).
Oct. 31 : 7:33 am (forecast) and 7:51 am (real), wind is north 8 miles/hour.
Nov. 01 : 7:35 am (forecast) and 7:54 am (real).
Summer Time ended and Winter Time began.
Nov. 02 : 6:36 am (forecast) and 6:53 am (real).
Nov. 03 : 6:37 am (forecast) and 6:57 am (real).
Nov. 07 : 6:45 am (forecast) and 7:01 am (real).
Nov. 15 : 6:55 am (forecast) and 7:04 am (real).
Nov. 16 : 6:57 am (forecast) and 7:05 am (real).
Nov. 17 : 6:58 am (forecast) and 7:14 am (real).
Nov. 20 : 7:01 am (forecast) and 7:31 am (real).
Nov. 21 : 7:03 am (forecast) and 7:14 am (real).
Nov. 26 : 7:09 am (forecast) and 7:23 am (real).
Nov. 27 : 7:10 am (forecast) and 7:29 am (real).
Dec. 01 : 7:15 am (forecast) and 7:31 am (real).
Dec. 03 : 7:17 am (forecast) and 7:33 am (real).
In this year, the sun rise at least about 15 minutes late. 

I recorded the following sunrise wobble pattern from the Midwest. The Sun is rising late! Consistently late. This can only be contributed to the Earth wobble. The Sun also rises about 10 degrees too far North.
