MASSIVE explosion rips through industrial park near Argentina’s main international airport.

Fault lines, when adjusting, do not just rip apart one day during a dramatic earthquake. They most often creep. Laying gas lines along or across a fault line is asking for an accident of this sort. Fault lines are also seldom so clearly delineated that one can go a mile in this or that direction and avoid their action. Where a slip-slide fault such as the San Andreas will often leave a clear line on the surface, this is only the surface action, not what occurs in the rock layers on either side which can fracture for a long way to either side during any movement. The gas company, or the age of the pipes, will be faulted but in truth the finger should be pointed in many directions. The public, who insist on living at such a scenic spot, is to blame. Officials, who zoned for housing are to blame. The public utility company, for allowing gas lines in the area, is to blame. But this will change nothing, while man continues to live on the San Andreas, even as it awakens. EOZT

The danger from radon gas will not be increased as a result of the pole shift. Radon gas is emitted by rock containing uranium, which is degrading. In normal circumstances, where air can circulate, it is disbursed rapidly as is any methane created by decay of organic material. The danger from these gasses comes from confinement - being trapped in a mine, a basement, or beneath the permafrost. The dangers are well known. For methane, it is explosions. An accumulation of methane gas can be identified by the smell of rotten eggs, or as some have described it, dirty socks or cabbage soup. For radon gas the danger is lung cancer, from the continual exposure to the radioactive air. Radon gas is odorless and cannot be detected except by specialized equipment not in the hands of the average person.

In that the pole shift, or the Earth changes preceding the pole shift, can fracture rock and release pockets of either gas, survivors should be cautious about huddling in bunkers. You are safer out in the open air, or in a trench you have dug that will allow the pole shift winds to pass over you, but nothing to fall on and crush you. The fact that both methane gas and radon gas can accumulate in the bunkers of the elite is one of the reasons we have stated that they have dug their own graves. EOZT

Anyone watching the news, for instance the news on the San Bruno explosion in a distribution line close to the San Andreas Fault line, knows that gas in any form is a danger. Oil and gas refineries explode when rigid piping cracks. Oil or gas wells explode when the ground around them moves. And the gas distribution lines running under cities are no exception. They likewise will explode. Gas lines, whether along the street or within a home, are rigid. In some cases automatic shutoff valves can limit the amount of gas available for an explosion by sensing a drop in pressure, but this is always after the fact. The explosion has already occurred. Utilizing gas on a planet prone to earthquakes was a mistake to begin with, but man never thinks of the consequences when striving for modern conveniences. We have advised turning off the gas at the street, though when the street explodes and your neighbor's homes are on fire you are not likely to escape the holocaust. A better alternative is to live in an area where gas is not available, as in your rural safe location where you will be doing a form of camping while gardening. A campfire at night, for cooking and washing and a bit of friendly light before bed. Nothing explosive. EOZT

SOZT Answer: It is no accident that the New Madrid fault lies under the Mississippi River near Memphis, as rivers form in lowlands created when land pulls apart, separating the rock fingers and weakening support for the land. Thus, the Ohio River bed also is an indication of where rock fingers will pull apart. Two adjustments in Kentucky, a day apart, are not an accident, but an indication of the speed at which the stretch zone is starting to adjust. Rail lines are frequently an early harbinger of such adjustments, as they run long distances, whereas structures within cities, such as tall buildings, take up relatively little space and have a small footprint. Our warning that imploding cities will be experienced, before the hour of the shift, are in this regard. Be warmed, it will not just be your rail lines and gas and water mains that will shatter and be pulled apart during the stretch. The foundations of your tall buildings will likewise be vulnerable.EOZT

Five people were injured as a result of the fire and nearby houses suffered material damage.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region of Iraq - An explosion at a gas station in southeast Erbil early Saturday sparked a massive fire that engulfed the site and nearby vehicles, lightly injuring five people, witnesses said.

The blast occurred around 8 am when a fuel tanker caught fire, triggering an explosion that burned two other trucks and destroyed the gas station, according to eyewitnesses. Firefighters later brought the blaze under control.

The gas station owner told reporters that five people sustained burns to their arms and are lightly injured.

Stressing the scale of the blast, one closeby resident said, “I could feel the heat from the fire on my cheek outside my door [despite the distance]. All my house windows shattered.”

The fire is now under control according to The New Region’’s correspondent on site.

“We ask that gas stations not be built near homes - people could burn,” the resident added, describing scenes of panic as “all the women [in the area] were crying out of fear.”

The gas station was in southeast Erbil’s Farmanbaran.

Massive Fire Sparks Explosions at Chevron Refinery in California

A massive fire broke out at Chevron’s El Segundo Refinery Thursday night, sending large flames and dark plumes of smoke into the air over Los Angeles. The company says all personnel and contractors have been accounted for and there are no injuries.

Massive fire erupts in jet fuel unit at Chevron's Los Angeles refinery

El Segundo refinery near Los Angeles on Thursday, sending flames and smoke into the sky and raising questions over supply in California’s isolated energy market.

No injuries were reported and all workers at the refinery were accounted for, Chevron spokesperson Allison Cook said in an email. Media said the blaze had been contained, though it was still burning early on Friday.
The fire broke out in the refinery's Isomax 7 unit, which converts mid-distillate fuel oil into jet fuel, two sources said.
It was unclear how it would affect the refinery’s ability to produce jet fuel, and whether wider output had been affected.
Isomax 7 produces jet fuel along with the refinery’s two crude distillation units for LAX airport, located just north of the refinery.
"There is no known impact to LAX at this time," Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said.
U.S. WTI crude futures prices were trading up 46 cents at $60.94 per barrel by 1011 GMT on Friday, on course for a weekly loss of more than 7% on the week.
The fire is unlikely to have a large impact on the wider oil market, two analysts told Reuters, but California gasoline prices could rise as the state's fuel market is isolated from other U.S. refining centers in the Midwest and on the Gulf Coast.
Chevron's second biggest refinery in the United States, the El Segundo facility supplies a fifth of all motor vehicle fuels and 40% of the jet fuel consumed in southern California.
"Chevron fire department personnel, including emergency responders from the cities of El Segundo and Manhattan Beach are actively responding to an isolated fire inside the Chevron El Segundo Refinery," Cook, the spokesperson, said.
"All refinery personnel and contractors have been accounted for and there are no injuries."
Local officials said no evacuation orders were issued for nearby residents, some of whom live in apartment buildings across the street from the refinery.
Residents of Manhattan Beach, located southwest of the refinery, were told to shelter in place until 2 a.m.
Los Angeles residents posted numerous videos of the fire online, saying they were stunned by the noise of the blast. A University of California-San Diego camera captured video of the explosion shortly after 9:30 p.m. PDT (0430 GMT).
The fireball when the fire erupted turned the sky orange in the western Los Angeles area as did the refinery's safety flare, which was set off due to the blaze.
Safety flares, which emit a tall plume of flame, are used when refineries cannot process hydrocarbons normally.
In addition to Chevron, state and federal safety agencies will investigate the fire after the blaze is extinguished, they said.
In December 2022, an isolated fire in the refinery was quickly extinguished.
The refinery's total storage capacity is 12.5 million barrels in about 150 major tanks. The sources said they were not sure how much jet fuel was currently in storage.

Explosion rocks St. Louis suburb, damaging 20 homes and injuring four people

The cause of the blast is under investigation.

An explosion in a St. Louis suburb is blamed for starting fires that destroyed five homes and hurt at least four people Monday, Aug. 25, 2025.

An apparent home explosion sparked a massive fire Monday in Florissant, Missouri, injuring at least four people, including one of them severely.

Black Jack Fire Protection District Assistant Fire Chief Paul Peebles said Monday that five homes were burned, and more than 20 homes were damaged. Of the homes damaged, 90% had extensive damage and had been red-tagged, meaning no one could go inside because it wasn't safe.

Four people have been injured, including one who was severely hurt. Peebles said firefighters conducted search and rescue missions with cadaver dogs and that the dogs did not alert to any other victims.

Video from the scene showed the devastation neighbors saw after the blast.

People from all over the area told NBC affiliate KSDK-TV that they heard and felt the explosion and that it shook their homes. One woman said it felt like a car slammed into her house, while another wondered if it was an earthquake or a plane crash.

"I heard it and I felt it, but, yeah, I was just laying down in my bed, and soon as I heard it and felt it, I got up and ran over there, and I seen one house that was already crumbled," said Tyreke Abernathy. "And then the next two that was next to it, they both caught on fire. It took them a minute, though, after that one blew up, it took a minute for it to catch on fire, but, yeah, they end up catching up."

Multiple fire departments responded to the scene after receiving reports of a house explosion around 9:15 a.m. CT. The fire department said they also responded to several alarms in the area triggered by the explosion.

"I heard this loud noise, explosion. My house shook so bad, I literally thought a car ran into the side of my house. So I ran down the steps, looked on the side of my house. There was nothing there, and I looked over into the sky, big cloud of black smoke with debris coming down," said Latoya Dillard.

A nearby Walmart was also evacuated following the blast.

The cause of the blast is not yet known. Peebles said arson investigators are looking into the cause of the explosion.

Florrisant is located about 14 miles northwest of St. Louis.

Explosions and major fire at Port of Hamburg leave several injured

Explosions and major fire at Port of Hamburg leave several injured

A major fire broke out at the Port of Hamburg on Monday, 25 August, following an explosion in a warehouse. The incident left six people injured, including one in critical condition, and led to the evacuation of around 25 people from the immediate danger zone.

Emergency services said the blaze was believed to have started when a parked vehicle inside the warehouse ignited, triggering a series of explosions involving pressurised gas cylinders. Witnesses reported “multiple blasts throughout the night”, according to dpa, with flames spreading to nearby areas and debris being scattered across the port.

A dense cloud of black smoke rose over Hamburg on Monday afternoon, drifting across the districts of Veddel, Moorfleet and Bergedorf. Authorities initially warned residents about toxic smoke, but the alert was lifted in the early hours of Tuesday. Officials said the situation on site by Tuesday morning was “relatively stable”.

By Tuesday morning, 120 firefighters were still on site, and six people had been injured, the fire department told local media.

A fire department spokesperson said on Tuesday morning that post-extinguishing operations were expected to continue into the afternoon. Police added that fire investigators were likely to begin their work later in the day, but only once the site had been declared safe by the fire brigade.

The fire also disrupted transport in the area. Debris from the explosions fell onto the motorway between Norderelbe and Moorfleet, forcing its closure in both directions and causing tailbacks of up to 12 kilometres.  However, all major roads, including the A1 motorway, reopened on Tuesday morning, police confirmed. Only streets immediately surrounding the fire site remain closed.

The Port of Hamburg, one of Germany’s key trade gateways, has not yet issued an assessment of the damage.
