the jiggle in the Moon Swirl orb at lower right is due, no doubt, to Alberto twitching as he held the filter (or more likely more than one filter) over the camera lens. The light, if the filter (or filters) lifted, would have a slight refraction angle, out, then back, for a moment. Light rays can bend when going through different media, such as filter, air, then filter, then camera lens, etc.
You could resolve this question in your mind if YOU get some filters and try your hand at a video. Remember, steady hand so the light does not refract! Let us know what you conclude after YOU do the work, eh?
