CANADA: 200-metre crater sinks Manitoba highway

There's a huge hole in the plans of travelers heading to Manitoba's Asessippi Provincial Park.

On the weekend, a 200-meter section of Highway 83 collapsed between the communities of Russell and Roblin.

Karen Goraluk, who runs Asessippi beach and campground, said the crater on Tuesday morning was close to five meters deep in some places.

About two hours later, the road had sunk another two metres, she said.

There have been problems on the highway for the past few years as underground springs have been causing erosion.

"All of a sudden it'll drop a bit, [so] they'll come in they'll fill it; they'll pave it, fill it and pave it, and last week they were doing it every day," she said.

"And then all of a sudden, Sunday, they had to close the highway because it's absolutely impassable."

Goraluk advises people to look for possible detours in the area before heading out to the park.

The Establishment Excuse in this article:  "There have been problems on the highway for the past few years as underground springs have been causing erosion."

"Erosion" is mostly likely another Establishment Lie utilized to try and explain away earth changes that cannot be blamed on "global warming."  And, if this were true, why is it that roads were not collapsing and sinkholes were not happening without adequate explanation before Planet X arrived?  Such events used to be exceedingly rare and were almost always well explained.  Not anymore!
