@ Osage Pete: The arc in my photo at the 3 o'clock position is a lens flare and if you view the 2 videos I have posted:

You will note that as the camera is moved, the lens flare moves but the moon swirl at 11 o'clock is constant. It may be more of a coincidence than a correlation? Remember that Alberto is in the Northern hemisphere and I am in the Southern hemisphere so our view perspectives should be inverted relative to each other....
