Frightened pilot reports UFO at KCI

 

A commercial airline pilot, who wishes to remain anonymous, has reported seeing, and being buzzed by, a UFO while trying to land his jet at the Kansas City International airport on Monday night.

The pilot, who claims to be afraid of losing his job, made the report on the website UFO Stalker, rather than file an official sighting. Pilots who have claimed to see UFOs in the past have been ostracized and even lost their jobs. So this is a serious matter.

The pilot claims the object was a silver saucer with lights on top and bottom. It shadowed his jet upon approach to KCI and, at one point, was as close as 300 feet. The UFO matched his landing speed, then zoomed away faster than any known aircraft. The co-pilot agreed that the unidentified flying object was indeed real

Responsible airline and military pilots would never consider getting so close to a commercial airliner or perform such risky maneuvers. Any pilot caught doing something like that could be booted out of the military or risk losing their civilian flight status.

The description of the UFO does sound like some secret military aircraft which have been witnessed recently, though not acknowledged by the military. But this pilot states in his report that "It was definitely NOT a man-made aircraft."

A UFO video posted to YouTube has been uploaded by a man in the UK which was filmed in July, but, apparently looked at again in light of the recent Goodyear blimp controversy. The results are amazing.

The UFO video, posted by Arran Shaw, is recorded on an iPhone filming a laptop showing the live feed from the Statue of Liberty's EarthCam. So the quality is not the best. But the results are mysterious and definitely worth a second look.

In the segment posted here, Shaw and his mother are startled by an elongated, silvery object floating past the iconic landmark. It does look like a blimp, until it begins to behave erratically.

The unidentified flying object morphs from an elongated shape into a circular ball and traverses the sky in an odd way. Again, this might be expected, but for the speed of the transformation. It's just too quick for a blimp and the footage does not seem to be enhanced or sped up in any way.

The two witnesses become increasingly excited as several other, silvery-gray, elongated objects zoom past. But it's the hovering UFO which causes the most consternation.

Why does it seem to be changing shape? Why is it moving so fast? What is it?

Flying Saucer UFO Spooks Dog in Nashville (Video)

A strange UFO video was posted on YouTube which has one unusual distinction, other than that the sighting is of the flying saucer variety and the evidence is photographic only.

In this case, the witness claims the unidentified flying object scared his dog so much, it had to be rushed to a veterinarian.

The object in the photographs looks like the classic flying saucer type as it was snapped zooming over a house in Nashville. The witness claims he was barely able to grab a few photos before it disappeared from view, and he really didn't think much of the sighting.

Until he noticed his dog's reaction.

The pet began to wobble on its legs and did not behave in its usually vigorous way. The owner rushed him to a vet and was told the animal had an elevated "phosphor" count, whatever that is.

After some treatment and a few hours rest, the dog returned to normal. But the witness claims the incident had to be a direct result of the UFO sighting.

Red Triangle UFO Filmed over Bristol (Video)

The infamous "Triangle" UFO has been spotted once again over the night skies of England, but this time with a twist. More traditional red running lights are now part of the mystique, but no less spooky.

What is this thing?

The craft has been seen before, mostly over the UK, and even a few times in the daylight. But it never fails to excite the imagination of both believers and non-believers alike.

Is it alien? Man-made?

Most commenters are willing to concede it's a very unusual unidentified flying object because of its unique, almost impossibly aerodynamic shape and evenly spaced, triangulated light formations.

But most believe it's a super-secret military aircraft. And now, with bright red flashing lights on its undercarriage, it looks like that might be right. Are aliens concerned with observing air traffic control rules?

Still, until governments reveal definitively that this is an actual airplane (with some fantastically advanced flying capabilities) it will remain one of the most enigmatic UFO candidates ever brought to light.

It was nice while it lasted?

UFO Launches from a Bolivian Hillside (Video)

A fantastic UFO sighting was filmed in what looks like a peaceful, countryside hill top in a Bolivian backyard showing what appears to be a craft preparing for launch and disappearing in a brilliant burst of light.

The original video is enhanced in this version with anti-shake video software, and the new segment reveals much more detail than the original, which was basically discounted because of the poor quality.

In this version a small, round, brightly lit object appears outside a window, sputtering an intense white flame. As the video plays out ,the unidentified flying object grows in size until it becomes a large ball of blazing heat which suddenly zooms straight up into the sky and out of sight.

The UFO is unlike any other ever filmed, and no matter what it is, it clearly doesn't belong in the setting in which it was witnessed. There is no aircraft capable of performing this kind of manuever other than a rocket, and this is obviously not one of those.

So, what is it?

UFO sightings reported in Heilongjiang province

BEIJING, July 14 (Xinhuanet) -- Heilongjiang residents said they saw an unidentified flying object on Friday, the second time in a week such observations have been reported in the northeastern province.

Zhang Wei and Dai Guobin, workers at a sand processing plant in Zhangjiadian village in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang, said they witnessed a black flying object, the shape of an eagle and larger than an airplane, at noon on Friday.

The object hovered in the sky about 500 to 1,000 meters from the two workers for about a minute and then flew off, according to Zhang and Dai.

Zhang reported it to Chen Gongfu, 70, a retired professor from the school of astronautics at the Harbin Institute of Technology.

Zhang told China Daily that he was not sure if the object the two saw on Friday was the same one reported Sunday in the Phoenix Mountain National Forest Park, which is about 200 kilometers away from the sand factory.

Chen, who is studying the UFO reports in the forest park, said he has talked to at least four eyewitnesses who said they saw the same flying object at different times and locations.

Li Hui, a tourist, said she saw a luminous flying object hovering low in the sky at 3:42 pm on Sunday when a photographer was taking her picture at a viewing platform in the park.

Li was quoted by Harbin Daily as saying that she unconsciously looked back after taking a picture and saw a floating, shiny object.

But the flying object was taken in a picture by the photographer, Wu Chunyan, who also saw the UFO and quickly pressed the shutter.

The photo clearly shows a luminous object.

Chen, the retired astronautics professor, said the object looked a lot like a moth when he first saw the picture, but he ruled out the possibility as more eyewitnesses in different locations said they also saw the flying object.

Sun Yan, a worker in the park, who was about 10 meters beneath where Li Hui stood, and another worker who was at the gate of the park said they saw the UFO on Sunday. Sun Li, a forest worker, said she witnessed a bright object, as big as a washing basin with gaseous columns on both sides, at around 8 pm the same day, according to Harbin Daily.

Skeptical of the reports is Zhu Jin, curator of Beijing Planetarium, who has been studying UFO reports for years. He said he believes that the flying object was a winged insect.

"It's quite clear that it was an insect, and you can clearly see its wings. It's luminous because of the photoflash," he said. "There is no other possibility as far as my knowledge can tell."

Harbin Daily reported that the photographer used "forced flash" when taking the picture, meaning the camera's flash was used despite strong lighting in the background.

"Many people called us and asked if UFOs really visited the park," Kang Tai, a manager with the park, said on Friday.

Kang, who has worked in the park for more than four years, said that although he personally did not see a UFO, he received UFO pictures taken in the park by tourists several times, most recently in 2011.

In fact, 18 years ago, UFOs reportedly visited the park.

Meng Zhaoguo, a worker in the park, and two colleagues said they saw a strange unidentified object in June 1994.

"I saw the UFO as it just landed in the hillside," Meng recalled.

Curious, Meng asked a relative to go with him the next day to identify the object.

"I was suddenly pushed back (when I got close to the object) just as if I was receiving an electric shock because I had such an experience in the past," he was quoted as saying by Heilongjiang Television, "And the object was very noisy."

Meng said he saw a being from outer space at his home several days later.

As it got closer, Meng said, "my house became extraordinarily bright and I saw it standing in front of me. It was just like us human beings".

"It pushed me quickly and then ran out."

'Mushroom' UFO Spotted over Washington, MD (Video)

A mushroom-shaped UFO was spotted and filmed over the skies of Washington, Maryland, which became the basis of an official M.U.F.O.N. report. What is it?

The video below shows the unusually shaped unidentified flying object, which does bear an uncanny resemblance to a flying mushroom. Such an object has never been filmed before, and it leads to speculation as to what it could possibly be.

The sighting is the basis of a report made to the Mutual U.F.O. Network, an organization dedicated to sifting through many sightings and looking for the unexplained. This object certainly qualifies.

As the witness states, "On 18 May 2012, I was at the Fort Washington Park in Fort Washington, MD, and I observed a UFO hovering in the distance. I could not identify the hovering object as a model aircraft, and its movements did not dictate that it was a model airplane."

The object appears to be saucer-shaped at its bottom and rounded on top. No matter what it is, it's certainly not very aerodynamic and it's a mystery how it achieves level flight. So, what is it?
