"Stretch zones primarily experience sinking ground, as the support in the rock strata is stretched thin. Thus, buildings implode and gas and water mains break."  ZetaTalk

What happens to rock layers under a diagonal pull, or being pulled apart? As can be seen during recent years, this has resulted in derailing trains, sinkholes suddenly appearing, gas and water main breaks, torn roadways and separating bridges. Despite the effect on man, crawling about on the surface of what they assume to be terra firma, these changes are superficial. When the pulling starts, weak points break and thereafter the plumbing and roadways hold, giving the impression that the pulling has stopped, but this is misleading. The North American continent is giving evidence that its rock layers are separating from each other, and sliding sideways in a diagonal, thus exposing portions of these layers to vent into the air above. If rock is being stressed, then where are the earthquake predictors giving evidence of this, the frantic animals, the static on the radio, the earthquake swarms? Rock in the stretch zone, pulling apart rather than compressing, does not emit the particles flows that animals and radios sense, nor register on instruments are tension and release quakes.

"We have repeatedly stated that the Earth changes will not diminish, but will increase going into the pole shift.

This is not a lineal matter, as the closer Planet X comes to Earth, an inevitable path, the more the torque effect and the polar wobble where the N Pole of Earth is pushed away violently on a daily basis, occur. The wobble will become more pronounced, more violent. The plates are tugged back West of the Atlantic, pulled forward East of the Atlantic, during the daily rotation of the Earth. The North American continent is allowed to roll East during rotation while the S Pole is pulled West, creating the diagonal pull likely to trigger the New Madrid fault line into an adjustment, and soon. The N Pole is pushed away and allowed to bounce back, daily, as the Earth rotates, a wobble that puts stress on all fault lines when the plates are suddenly in motion, and suddenly stopped!

"As there is no other explanation for the effect on the stretch zone, lacking any earthquakes to blame, and as these stretch zone accidents will continue to emerge, and with ferocity, this is a certain clue to those on the fence, that the influence of Planet X is the cause. Or is it Global Warming?"

ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for April 13, 2013

"Sinkholes almost invariably form in areas subject to karst limestone cavern formation. Underground water flows eat away the limestone leaving vast caverns and caves, which often give scant indication above ground that a cavern lies below. Karst limestone rock formations have been mapped and are known, however, but since one never knows just where a cavern might have formed, this provides little help in predicting just where a sinkhole might form. Sinkholes open up when the rock is fractured due to stress from being in the stretch zone, from the bending of a plate, or due to torsion."

Massive sinkhole opens on I-80 near Truckee CA - August 22

http://www.rgj.com/article/20130823/NEWS/130823006?nclick_check=1

Just after more millions of people viewed an Internet video of a swamp sinkhole swallowing Louisiana trees, Truckee swallowed media attention of its own Friday.

Sierra Nevada Construction employees were working at midnight Thursday on center median construction when they uncovered a large hole in the middle of Interstate 80 just west of Donner Pass Road. The hole tunneled south toward Donner Lake underneath the eastbound lanes.

For most of the day, the sinkhole was a head scratcher and still remains a mystery, officials said.

Early in the day, a California Highway Patrol officer removed his vest with a camera attached and connected it to a pole, leading the camera down the hole.

"They still couldn’t see the bottom. That’s when you know we have a problem," California Department of Transportation spokeswoman Rochelle Jenkins said.

Dangerous holes force evacuation in Quang Ninh [TUOITRENEWS: 22 August 2013]

Several incidents of land subsidence occurred in northern Quang Ninh province on August 21, resulting in the creation of five large holes that pose a risk to locals

Several incidents of land subsidence occurred in northern Quang Ninh province yesterday, resulting in the creation of five large holes that pose a risk to locals, forcing the evacuation of dozens of families to safe places, authorities reported.

The occurrence took place at 5 am on August 21 in the Thuy Son residential area in Cam Son Distrcit, Cam Pha City, when a local man, Luu Dinh Son, realized he couldn’t open the front door of his house, as the house’s floor had sunk, thus blocking the door.

After some neighbors helped Son force the door open, a small hole formed underground and it rapidly cracked and subsided, resulting in a larger, deeper one.

At noon, more subsidence continued to occur, creating four more holes, the largest and deepest of which was 15 meters wide and 7 meters deep.
Along with sunken land, numerous houses in the area had sustained cracked walls and foundation damage. Of the houses, four could collapse at any time, authorities warned.

Concerned agencies helped the affected household in removing people and property to safe places.

The Cam Son Ward People’s Committee mobilized forces to level the holes to protect locals and ensure traffic safety. Authorities also erected signs warning people not to enter dangerous areas.

Recently, Cam Pha City and Ha Long City have seen many deadly holes suddenly appear.

Vu Van Hien, chairman of the ward committee, said several groups of scientists from central and provincial levels have arrived in Cam Pha to study the situation.

Initial results of one geological survey revealed that there are many underground water reservoirs in Cam Son, Hien said.

On October 2, 2011, the third land subsidence within a month occurred in Quang Ninh, creating a huge hole that led to an urgent evacuation of tens of families.
The accident occurred along with a terrible noise from underground in Cao Xanh Ward, Ha Long City, leaving a large hole, 5 m wide and 20 m deep, which put many houses nearby at risk of collapse.
Soon afterwards, authorities urgently evacuated 14 families and continued to move many others to safe places.

The Louisianna sinkhole was captured increasing its size, eating a whole section of forest, just like that. Trees sinking into the hole, caught live. A must see vid.

(Aug 21)
A sinkhole has swallowed the once-vibrant lake that sits at the intersection of Southeast 17th Street and 25th Avenue.

Around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wes Herren, property manager for the Woodland Villages Association, told the Star-Banner he noticed something seemed different with the lake.

A few hours later, Herren said his phone was bombarded with calls from people – residents and passersby alike. By 4:30 p.m., Herren said, the lake “was essentially gone.”

“I just watched it going down and down,” he said, adding they called engineers, area contractors and the city’s Public Works Department, seeking advice on what they could do to keep the pond from draining.

Shortly before nightfall, and after numerous phone calls placed to Ocala Police Department and the county’s dispatch center, there was no more water, and all that remained were globs of mud and floundering fish.

Herren estimates the body of water at about five acres, and he said it was roughly eight feet deep in some places.

The sinkhole, which apparently sucked in the water, is situated more to the clubhouse side and was about 15 feet across.

Until the morning, Herren said the clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court area are off limits for safety purposes.

Woodland Villages is home to some 700 residents who live in estate homes, condominiums, town homes; manor homes and patio homes. Woodland Villages has existed since 1984, the same amount of time the body of water has been in existence, Herren said.

Sinkhole Implodes Disney World Hotel in Florida (Aug 12)

More photos

A 100-foot-wide sinkhole formed under a resort in central Florida late Sunday, forcing guests out of their rooms as one three-story building collapsed and another slowly sank.

Guests at the Summer Bay Resort in Clermont, about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, called for help before the collapse, saying they heard loud noises and windows cracking. All guests inside the buildings -- an estimated 35 people, authorities said -- were evacuated before the first structure crumbled.

A deep crater swallowed much of one building, Lake County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Tony Cuellar said. Aerial video from CNN affiliate WFTV showed one end of the building -- which had held two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas -- still standing, but the rest reduced to pile of debris.

The evacuation started after 10:30 p.m., when a guest told a security guard about a "window blowing out," resort president Paul Caldwell told reporters Monday morning.

After another window broke in the guard's presence, one of the buildings began visibly sinking about 11 p.m., Caldwell said. No injuries were reported.

A couple and their infant escaped through a window because a door frame collapsed, witness Maggie Ghamry told WFTV.

"One person had to break out of a window because the door frame collapsed. He, his wife and an infant, he had to break the window so they could escape. There were windows breaking everywhere. One woman was sitting in the tub and the tub levitated and that's when she just grabbed a pair of shorts and came out with nothing. So, it was the most surreal experience I never could have imagined in my wildest dreams," said witness Maggie Ghamry.

That woman wasn't the only one to leave belongings behind. Other guests left keys and bags in their rooms, and it wasn't clear Monday morning whether guests would be able to get items back from parts of the collapsed building, Caldwell said.

Building collapses as 40-foot sinkhole opens up in Florida resort near Disney World

Lake County Fire Rescue

A building at a Florida resort collapsed early Monday after a sinkhole opened up.

A 40-foot-wide sinkhole caused a three-story building at a Florida resort near Disney World to collapse early Monday.

Lake County Fire Rescue

Everyone in the building was evacuated safety before part of it collapsed.

Firefighters arrived at the Summer Bay Resort, near Clermont, at about 11:30 p.m. ET after people reported the building had started to shake, Lake County Fire Rescue's Battalion Chief Special Operations Tony Cuellar said.

Cuellar said the sinkhole was beneath a central elevator shaft connected by breezeways to two apartment blocks.

“The building on the west side … a portion of that structure just collapsed. It’s literally breaking in half,” he said at about 3:20 a.m. ET.

The elevator building was leaning over at “about 30 or 40 degrees,” Cuellar said.

He said 20 people had been living in the building but it had been evacuated and everyone was accounted for. A nearby building with 16 people in it was also evacuated. No injuries were reported.

Cuellar said the hole was about 10 feet deep and 40 feet in diameter.

“It’s not expanding outward so we’re just watching it to see if it’s sinking downward,” he said.

The resort - about 10 miles west of the Disney attraction – had made 50 other rooms available to the evacuees, Cuellar added.

wow, overnight. This pond was pretty shallow and not too old if it still had tree trunks in the water. But overnight, is very disconcerting to these people. Wonder if anyone will put all this together after the announcement.

I'm calling this one a sinkhole.  A 6 acre South Carolina pond just disappeared overnight.

2 Vehicles Nearly Topple Into Same Sinkhole in China (Aug 1)

One second the road was there, the next it was just a hole.

The driver in the car managed to stop just in time. A truck ahead of the car was almost pulled backwards into the hole when its rear wheels were caught in the forward edge of the sinkhole.

The 20ft wide hole - more than 20ft deep - appeared in Nanning city in southern China.

A police spokesman said: "We are investigating the cause of the collapse."
