Note the location of “Planet 9” and the inbound path for Nibiru provided by the Zetas in 1997. Nibiru arrived, right on schedule in 2003, and right where predicted a full 7 years earlier. Where the Zetas provided the location of the gravity draw represented by the Sun’s dark unlit binary and the inbound Nibiru in 1983, when the IRAS team lofted its infra-red balloon in search of the inbound Nibiru, this location was not provided to the public. All articles in print at that time only referring to the location as the “western edge of the constellation Orion”, quite vague, and the “western edge” is vast. Yet the Zetas pinpointed the location as being just outside the lower bow of Orion. Such is the accuracy of ZetaTalk. How would the public eventually become “aware of the history and accuracy of ZetaTalk predictions” as predicted by the Zetas on April 16, 2016? ? It would seem this is already in process.

So what happened to the announcement? Obama lacked the courage. As a result of this colossal failure,  having to disband the Jade Helm structure, the US military reacted. Obama is no longer running the country. Chief of Staff General Dunford is. Ben Fulford has for months been referring to Obama as the US “spokesperson”. Is this true, and how does this work? In that the Middle East, under the direction and press from Israel, Turkey, the Jewish bankers of the Federal Reserve, and the Saudis were supporting ISIS and this threatened to create a force that would not only invade Europe but also create an endless terrorism threat to the US, the military did indeed effect a silent coup. Russia needed to enter the fray, and Dunford, but not Obama, agreed. This will never be admitted, publicly, nor do the parties want this.

The three major social media outlets in use around the globe all had significant, and simultaneous outages between September 20-24, 2015. Skype had complaints from the UK, Australia, and Japan. Twitter received reports from the US, Australia, and Singapore. FaceBook had the loudest howls, primarily from the US and Europe. Notably these downtimes, some lasting for hours or even days, got no attention in the major media, and there was no real explanation for the outages.  Every Skype user has an account and a password, as do their contacts. Every Skype user can broadcast messages to their contacts, even if these contacts are not presently online. Every twitter use likewise has an account and a password, and by sending a tweet passes information along to subscribers, who can retweet the info in the future. FaceBook users likewise have an account and a password, with many friends who pick up info from each other and pass it along on their FaceBook accounts.  In all of this, the networks themselves are AWARE of the accounts and passwords, and could do a broadcast to all in the event of an announcement. Check your user agreements. This is legal!

When we announced that the Council of Worlds would be going to war with the elite over their blockage of the announcement, the tools available to the Council were not immediately apparent. Early in the campaign the Sony hack showed one such mechanism, whereby an anonymous hacker revealed embarrassing information about Sony executives. Similarly exposing pedophile activities by Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton and blatant lies by self-promoting media talking heads such as Brian Williams and Bill O’Reilly required nothing more than encouraging contactees to step forward.  In many, many cases a financial loss sufficient to trigger a clash among the elite is a result of an electronic delay during trades.

What is the message here? As with other failed launches, this most recent failure is a definitive message from the Council of Worlds. Space X has had success in resupplying the ISS, though has flounded on landing on a floating ocean platform.  Resupply of the ISS is OK, reuse of their launch equipment so as to help the elite escape, not OK. The message now is that the elite should not expect to get into space at all. No escape. The message here is to take all hope away from such plans among the elite. They are to remain on Earth with the common man. We expect the battle to shift from attempts to block the announcement, or deny its meaning, to attempts to enslave the common man in some way. That is another fight, on another day.

Relying solely on Russia or China to proceed would get the truth out BUT since the block had always been on the US end, via Reagan’s national security directive, without a confirmation from Obama this is awkward and subject to being countered. If true, where is the confirmation from Obama? It would be packaged as some odd communist attack against Obama going into the elections, to make him seem weak, almost comical. So where is this going now? For us to comment would be to empower the enemy, which of course we will not do. Your curiosity is not as important as having the announcement succeed.

We have stated that the public will see only the flash and parry of swords from a distance during the Council of Worlds war with the cover-up crowd. Meanwhile, periodic tests of the Emergency Broadcast System in the US are done, to see if the channels are open. As of this writing, they are not yet open. The war is still on, full press. Meanwhile, during the flash and parry of swords, one can see resistance, pleading, panic, and capitulation.

    Nasa will conduct a flight test of its Orion spacecraft next week, on Dec. 4 @ 7:00 am EST. This is the first test & will be unmanned. (The orion spacecraft is meant for exploration to the moon, mars & asteroids). The spacecraft is planned to orbit the earth twice & re-enter the earth in 4.5 hours.

    I was thinking about why Elon Musk went ahead and advertized his new "space plans" so blatantly on twitter. Maybe it was a desperate attempt to garner funds from the elite. However, I cant imagine that this elite crowd that's so used to having absolute control over their life circumstances would be very enthusiastic about getting on top of a SpaceX or Virgin spacecraft. After all, they are both newcomers to space flight & do not have the credibility & expertise that NASA has. Is it unfair to assume that those among the elite who want to escape to space ultimately have their eyes on NASA?

    Nancy's Comment: I think the press moved to private funds because the elite could not get control of NASA funds. They could always hire ex-NASA folks, I would think, and mayhap they have. My first thought on the continued press to space, such as the SpaceX braggado for this December, is that two things are going on. 1. The elite are giving the middle finger to the COW, and/or 2. they are making concessions behind the scenes and are testing to see if they have done ENOUGH to be allowed to return to business as usual. OK, here, now can I get back to the Moon and Mars? 3. they are trying to test the parameters, ie when the flight offends the COW and when it does not. testing testing testing.

    Also, the Japanese Space Agency will launch a probe destined for an asteroid, this saturday (29th Nov) @ 11:20 pm EST. The "Hayabusa 2" mission sounds very similar to what Rosetta/Philae sounded like.

    ah that makes sense. Re: the spaceX launch, once they launch the spacecraft into the atmosphere, they will attempt to land the "rocket part" back onto a ship platform. COW could perhaps interfere at this stage w/o affecting supplies sent to the innocent on the ISS, no?  Since Elon has gone lengths to brag about his operations, it would be a big slap in the face.

    Planet Labs, is a company that is trying to launch over a hundred "mini" satellites by 2015. These satellites will provide live satellite imagery.     [Planet Labs] lost 26 satellites in the [Antares] explosion. But within nine days of the Oct. 28 event, Planet Labs had a partial backup plan — send two replacements last-minute on an upcoming SpaceX Falcon 9 launch (on 16 Dec.)

    Also, on the the spacecraft will be an instrument that will "measure the location, composition and distribution of pollution, dust, smoke, aerosols and other particulates in the atmosphere". Does this not sound like a way to measure how effective the chemtrail operations are over highly populated areas? Perhaps an attempt to double down on preventing Planet X visibility.

    Moscow, Nov 26 (EFE).- The Russian Federal Space Agency, Roscosmos, postponed on Wednesday the Friday launch of the European telecommunications satellite Astra-2G due to a failure in the Russian Proton-M carrier rocket.

    A Roscosmos spokesman was quoted by the Interfax news agency as saying that after reviewing the accelerator block, a fault was detected in the control system.

    He added that in order to mend the malfunction, it was necessary to pull out the Baikonur cosmodrome from the rocket launch ramp in Kazakhstan, in which the accelerator block Briz-M had already been released.

    The rescheduled launch of Astra-2G, which is designed to last 15 years, will take place as soon as possible, according to the spokesman.

    All probes sent aloft at that time, and since, have been focused directly at gathering information about the Planet X complex - its trajectory, its composition, and the behavior of its vast tail. However, the cover-up is alive and well, and these missions must have an excuse to present to the public. Thus, Hayabusa landed and took a sample, which will be made much of upon return. But this was not its true mission.

    This might also explains why Rosetta/Philae's mission to comet 67P was launched in 2004 but took so long to report back...

    You can say NASA found a new planet near Venus' orbit. And then say you were kidding. If they are very religious, tell them in a light hearted manner that you had a conversation with God; and he said that the end times were gonna start with the arrival of a planet into our solar system. All sorts of humorous ways to pre-condition your loved ones to the announcement.

    No need to wait till the announcement. Once the announcement occurs, they'll put two & two together. At the very least they'll think its weird that you joked about this very thing that the whole world will be talking about...(This is a great chance to have their ear, without raising alarm)

    P.S. Hayabusa 2 launched successfully. Once the announcement occurs wont the question arise why are you sending probes to distant asteroids, when you should be monitoring Px?. The zetas said that all probes launched since 2004 were for the sole purpose of monitoring Px. Maybe after the announcement, they can use this probe as a means to educate the public. How else do you justify launching probes to the public after the announcement?

    Also, there was the bill Netanyahu proposed that would "prioritize Israel’s identity as a Jewish state over its democratic character" - an attempt to demagogue Israel towards his extreme ideology. Link

    Of the 120 seats in the parliament, his party only holds 20. They have no option but to form coalitions with other parties. The two ministers he fired were not from his party, but from two other liberal (in American politic terms) parties. Nethanyahu is not liked by a lot of Israel historically; most ppl blame him for the coalition not working. Yet recent polls show that there is a strengthening in the right wing. Also he is probably trying to take advantage of ISIS, the same way Cheney & company whipped up votes by yelling "9/11".

    If he wants to be more aggressive Re: palestine or Iran, moving the parliament towards his ideology against the backdrop of ISIS will let him do so.

    Nancy's Comment: Ah, but now would be the time for some expose showing him to be the criminal he is! Boom, bit loss for Bibi in March and no time to recover. Eh?

    On Dec 3 (today), the Business Roundtable had a meeting. They are a 209-membered group of CEOs. Obama attended this meeting today.  (They've historically funded everyone in washington except Obama)

    Nancy, so now Netanyahu would become the interim finance & justice minister. (He was the interim minister of foreign affairs temporarily when the incumbent ran into legal troubles in 2012).

    But isn't this also a sign that Netanyahu is anticipating the announcement to take place very soon. After the announcement takes place, he could impose martial law, no? Elections can be suspended or postponed. (And the justice minister just so happens to be fired). Is this far-fetched?

    On the other hand, it is good that Europe took the preemptive step to make it clear that they dont appreciate his aggressive foreign policy. In the event he becomes dictator, he most certainly would use the palestinian conflict to gain popularity as has always been done with the incursions.

    Netanyahu appears to be overreacting, as though he needs to consolidate power before another onslaught. Israel and the banking industry represented by powerful Jews were cited by ourselves as being enemies of the announcement admitting the presence of Nibiru. What can be seen since the Council of Worlds went to war with this crowd is that Israel has been cited at the UN for its possession of nuclear weapons (a fact they have always denied) and their treatment of the Palestinians.  European countries are increasingly condemning Israel for their land grabs in Palestine, France recently joining this list.

    With Parliament dissolved, and his Cabinet reduced to those compliant with him, he is essentially a dictator until March. Netanyahu has always relied on the US to counter UN resolutions, as the US sits on the Security Council and can veto. Via political campaign contributions, he assumes he owns Congress. Congress budgets funds for Israel, bundling this into bills that Obama is inclined to accept. The US is also bankrupt, relying upon the good graces of the Federal Reserve. European countries are strong trading partners with Israel, thus Europe is inclined to continue this lucrative trade.

    Who and what could counter this arrangement and rein Netanyahu in? The citizens of Israel. If he falls out of favor, due to exposure of crimes in his past, then the vote in March could go in a very different direction. In matters of pressure on those blocking the announcement, it is also not the blocking party that is the target. Pressure can work via many routes. Trading partners can be pressured to cancel contracts and block trade in sympathy with Palestinians. Members of the US Congress can be pressured to suspend payments to Israel. If signaled privately by the Fed that pressure on Israel might proceed, the US might support UN resolutions. But it is primarily the democratic vote in March that Netanyahu would fear. Might he declare martial law, if pressed? Absolutely, and this is likely to happen shortly.

    The Vatican squirrelled away hundreds of millions of pounds in secret accounts, Pope Francis' minister for  has revealed.

    Australian Cardinal George Pell said that millions of euros had been found 'tucked away' off official balance sheets in governing departments' accounts, following a clean up of the Vatican's shadowy finances.

    The bombshell statement follows the long overdue introduction of Vatican guidelines for modern accounting earlier this month.

    The Cardinal was appointed by Pope Francis to clean up the Vatican's murky finances after a series of scandals involving the Vatican Bank which was suspected of money laundering.

    The unexpected windfall meant that the Vatican finances were healthier than previously thought, Pell wrote in an article for the Catholic Herald.

    'In fact, we have discovered that the situation is much healthier than it seemed, because some hundreds of millions of euros were tucked away in particular sectional accounts and did not appear on the balance sheet,' he wrote.

    Vatican departments were untroubled by modern accounting norms and had long had 'an almost free hand' with their finances, he wrote.

    They had a 'long-established' tradition of managing their own affairs, he wrote.

    'Very few were tempted to tell the outside world what was happening, except when they needed extra help.'

    'It was impossible for anyone to know accurately what was going on overall.'

    The Orion launch had all manner of problems on its first day, December 4. First there were boats out in the water, too close. Then they claimed there was wind, although the NOAA gauge only showed 6 mph then increased to 21 mph. Then it was a series of valve leaks, mechanical problems with the launch equipment itself. This pushed the window for launch to the end, so resetting to another day was required. The next day, December 5, everything went as planned, a good launch, presumably a good splash down hours later. This was a test run, to see if Orion could get up and back, and to run a number of safety tests for having a crew onboard the next time. My question is, did they reduce the mission in order to have a successful launch? They were clearly blocked day one, why was day two a success?

Both sites are back up as of this writing, and it's unknown why they went down. Nevertheless, the Internet was flooded with theories. Posters at the Free Republic said the site could be accessed by its IP address, indicating a problem with DNS, an Internet protocol that allows users to access sites by name rather than a numeric address.

    Where it is clear that popular websites like the Drudge Report and World Net Daily and CNN seemed inaccessible for hours, it is not clear who did the deed. Was this a hack, related to the hack into Sonny data just days before? Was this a government sponsored test, to snuff the news if the announcement admitting that Nibiru is real and nearby occurs? Was this at the hand of the New World Order, the elite who presume to run the world? Who would have the ability to stop the flow of only SELECT websites as the data departs from various Internet Service Providers (ISP)?

    The cutoff was at the point of origin, the test pointing to the specific ISP server via the Internet Domain Name Servers (DNS) which translate a request for CNN.com to a unique series of numbers – the server Internet Protocol (IP) address. The requests came in, but no data went out. Instead, a substitute blank page informed the requestor that the request had timed out, or the domain name could not be found. This Internet shutoff test was to determine the effectiveness not only of the cutoff, but of its ability to SELECTIVELY cutoff websites. Some blocked, others allowed to function normally.

    TV stations have an automatic cutoff, and can be controlled thus by a switch. Why else is there a 30 second delay during broadcasts? All TV stations and major ISP’s are owned by someone, and have a major stockholder who is wealthy. The dominant stockholders, thus, are either part of the elite wanting to block the announcement by Obama or can be influenced by one of the elite. They are known, and can be threatened. Though considered ultra-rightist, the Drudge Report was included in the test as Drudge was inclined to succumb to Council of Worlds pressure, allowing the truth about Nibiru to appear on his popular site.

    All this is a sign of the intensity of the battle behind the scenes, where the Council of Worlds has gone to war with those blocking the announcement. The public has a right to know the truth about the pending passage. The primary villains are the banking industry, Israel at the hands of Netanyahu, and the wealthy elite who control the media. Secondary villains are Republicans or the ultra-right politicians who ally with corporations and the 1%, and fear a rioting populace will degrade their assets. The royal family in the UK, the Queen, are also adamantly opposed to the announcement as they plan to flee the UK as it floods and drowns and want secrecy around their plans. During this war, the cover-up crowd may start attacking EACH OTHER, and the war is at that point.

    Confirmed: Salary And Address Of Princess Beatrice Leaked In Sony Hack

    British tabloids went predictably nuts this weekend when it emerged Princess Beatrice Elizabeth Mary of York, the fifth grandchild of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, has been working at Sony Pictures since the start of the year. They hadn’t seen any leaked data, but Forbes can now confirm there is a salary of £19,500, an address and other employee details belonging to a “York, Beatrice” amongst the reams of information dumped online by the Guardians of Peace since the attacks on Sony started in late November.

    The data is almost certainly related to the princess, given her named manager is Andrea Wong, president of international production, who heads up the London office, and the address listed is in Windsor, Berkshire, famously the home town of the royals. Her start date of 13 January also matches up with media reports of her beginnings at the firm.

    What’s rather heartwarming is that Princess Beatrice’s salary is rated as low, at least in the market comparison column in the leaked spreadsheet. Her role is listed as “Intermed Coord, Prod”, which I’m assuming means intermediate coordinating producer, unless someone in the Sony HR department was guilty of a typo. If she is, however, an intern as noted in newspaper reports in January, many would consider that salary rather high, in a market where most interns get paid pittance. And Beatrice is sixth in line to the throne so is unlikely to ever struggle financially.

    A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said he wouldn’t comment on the breach and would only say Princess Beatrice continues to work in the business sector – the royal press office has never made a comment on where she works.  As Sony apparently hasn’t been in touch with those outside the company who were affected by the breach, I contacted a handful of them. One, whose CV was leaked (she didn’t get the job), said it was “a bit shocking”. Another, who has now left the company to work for another studio, said he was “not happy”. As noted in a previous Forbes report on the reams of social security, passport and credit card numbers, there’s a lot of personal data here that cyber criminals would love to get their hands on to steal identities and, subsequently, people’s money.

    Meanwhile, Sony’s employees have been sent a threatening email, according to various reports. It claims to come from the GOP hackers, but it could be anyone who downloaded the masses of information. North Korea remains the number one suspect, as technical details have linked it to other attacks connected with th.... DPRK officials had previously denounced Sony film “The Interview”, a “comedy” about two men asked to assassinate leader Kim Jong-Un.

    The latest discovery of a royal’s data in the Sony files will likely only add to the embarrassment – the electronics giant has already been left red-faced by the discovery of a file called “passwords” in which passwords were stored in plain text.

    Variety published an email exchange between Sony Entertainment CEO Michael Lynton and Kevin Mandia, COO of FireEye and formerly CEO of Mandiant. Even Mandia, who has been called in to clean up after numerous serious cyber-attacks, regards the attack as “unprecedented.” Mandia wrote:

    This attack is unprecedented in nature. The malware was undetectable by industry standard antivirus software and was damaging and unique enough to cause the FBI to release a flash alert to warn other organizations of this critical threat.

    In fact, the scope of this attack differs from any we have responded to in the past, as its purpose was to both destroy property and release confidential information to the public. The bottom line is that this was an unparalleled and well planned crime, carried out by an organized group, for which neither SPE nor other companies could have been fully prepared.

    It’s not looking good for Sony or its employees. Besides previously unreleased films appearing on torrent sites, other sensitive leaked info includes unreleased scripts, the personal information of 3,800 employees, performance reports, salaries, executives’ bonuses, and all manner of private details found in emails such as medical treatments and a romantic entanglement resulting in disciplinary action.

    The social security numbers of “47,000 celebrities, freelancers, and current and former Sony employees” are also circulating on the internet. More will surely hit the news as people pour through the 100 terrabytes of data the Guardians of Peace group says it nabbed from Sony.

    A classified report from the Senate Intelligence Committee on the CIA's use of torture is going to be made public today.

    And already Dick Cheney has come out, dismissing the report. (Notice how he is distancing himself from the interrogation techniques by saying he "strongly supports the CIA veterans". As if to say this was all out of his hands, & the CIA had done this independently of him.)

    Several officials who have read the document said some of its most troubling sections deal not with detainee abuse but with discrepancies between the statements of senior CIA officials in Washington and the details revealed in the written communications of lower-level employees directly involved.

    Re: CIA torture report, trails leading to higher ups have been covered up. Prior investigations by the justice department had concluded no one would be charged as well. Now that a summary has been released, I wonder if they're monitoring global reaction in anticipation of the announcement. Secretary of Defense Hagel said all U.S. commands have been ordered to be on high alert.

    ...The Senate report questioned the psychologists' qualifications and accused them of violating professional ethics as architects of a system that Dianne Feinstein, chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said amounted to the torture of some CIA detainees.

    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The CIA misled the White House and public about its torture of detainees after the Sept. 11 attacks and acted more brutally and pervasively than it acknowledged, a U.S. Senate report said on Tuesday, drawing calls to prosecute American officials.

    The Senate Intelligence Committee's five-year review of 6.3 million pages of CIA documents concluded that the intelligence agency failed to disrupt a single plot despite torturing al Qaeda and other captives in secret facilities worldwide between 2002 and 2006, when George W. Bush was president.

    Despite the calls for accountability, there seemed little prospect of criminal prosecutions of those who implemented the program, or measures to hold politicians who authorized it accountable.

    A law enforcement official said the U.S. Justice Department had no plans to conduct any investigation of the CIA's actions.

    While in office Bush's vice president, Dick Cheney, and other Bush administration officials said the "harsh interrogation" program was justified by results that included halting plots and catching terrorists.
