So what happened to the announcement? Obama lacked the courage. As a result of this colossal failure, having to disband the Jade Helm structure, the US military reacted. Obama is no longer running the country. Chief of Staff General Dunford is. Ben Fulford has for months been referring to Obama as the US “spokesperson”. Is this true, and how does this work? In that the Middle East, under the direction and press from Israel, Turkey, the Jewish bankers of the Federal Reserve, and the Saudis were supporting ISIS and this threatened to create a force that would not only invade Europe but also create an endless terrorism threat to the US, the military did indeed effect a silent coup. Russia needed to enter the fray, and Dunford, but not Obama, agreed. This will never be admitted, publicly, nor do the parties want this.

The three major social media outlets in use around the globe all had significant, and simultaneous outages between September 20-24, 2015. Skype had complaints from the UK, Australia, and Japan. Twitter received reports from the US, Australia, and Singapore. FaceBook had the loudest howls, primarily from the US and Europe. Notably these downtimes, some lasting for hours or even days, got no attention in the major media, and there was no real explanation for the outages. Every Skype user has an account and a password, as do their contacts. Every Skype user can broadcast messages to their contacts, even if these contacts are not presently online. Every twitter use likewise has an account and a password, and by sending a tweet passes information along to subscribers, who can retweet the info in the future. FaceBook users likewise have an account and a password, with many friends who pick up info from each other and pass it along on their FaceBook accounts. In all of this, the networks themselves are AWARE of the accounts and passwords, and could do a broadcast to all in the event of an announcement. Check your user agreements. This is legal!

When we announced that the Council of Worlds would be going to war with the elite over their blockage of the announcement, the tools available to the Council were not immediately apparent. Early in the campaign the Sony hack showed one such mechanism, whereby an anonymous hacker revealed embarrassing information about Sony executives. Similarly exposing pedophile activities by Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton and blatant lies by self-promoting media talking heads such as Brian Williams and Bill O’Reilly required nothing more than encouraging contactees to step forward. In many, many cases a financial loss sufficient to trigger a clash among the elite is a result of an electronic delay during trades.

What is the message here? As with other failed launches, this most recent failure is a definitive message from the Council of Worlds. Space X has had success in resupplying the ISS, though has flounded on landing on a floating ocean platform. Resupply of the ISS is OK, reuse of their launch equipment so as to help the elite escape, not OK. The message now is that the elite should not expect to get into space at all. No escape. The message here is to take all hope away from such plans among the elite. They are to remain on Earth with the common man. We expect the battle to shift from attempts to block the announcement, or deny its meaning, to attempts to enslave the common man in some way. That is another fight, on another day.

Relying solely on Russia or China to proceed would get the truth out BUT since the block had always been on the US end, via Reagan’s national security directive, without a confirmation from Obama this is awkward and subject to being countered. If true, where is the confirmation from Obama? It would be packaged as some odd communist attack against Obama going into the elections, to make him seem weak, almost comical. So where is this going now? For us to comment would be to empower the enemy, which of course we will not do. Your curiosity is not as important as having the announcement succeed.

Here's what I found. On 10/27 the Dutch admit the possibility of Kiev shootdown, and referring to German experts. This is not new. On 11/13 RT has an article that does NOT include the shopped sat image, but Russian radar images, also not new. On 11/14 1TV.ru publishes the shopped photo and states Russian engineers only got it on 11/12. Literally the day Putin is arriving in Australia for G20. Bastards laid a trap! But it is unlikely Putin is presenting the shopped version. This was for the western media, I think.

You know what Nancy, I was gonna say that this was starting to look like a bad forgery. Almost out of a Bond movie. If you look at the typed out letter, its got red flags all over it. The person says "I'm an MIT graduate & expert in aviation with more than two decades of professional experience". It sounds like one of those email scams. No one from MIT would expect you to take his word for it. They would provide proof...
This might also explain how the BBC so quickly reported it. Usually mainstream networks stay a mile away from debunking establishment news.

I have just posed this to the Zetas on this weeks Q&A and they agree with Andrey. It was the Israelis. Not the relevant dates, only available to Russian public television channel on 11/12. Published by them on 11/14. I doubt Putin has used this as argument on 11/15, as the image was already being debunked yesterday by BBC. But the public will remember something else. Well, maybe not! They will remember all the talk about MIG's shooting down MH 17, perhaps, and the relevant photos and German analysis, etc.

Several commentators pointed out that the "Malaysia" logo on the plane from the photograph was in the wrong place. Maksim Kats, a Russian blogger, said the plane in the picture looked like a slightly altered version of the one that tops the search results if you Google "Boeing view from above" in Russian. It also happens to be a publicity photo of a Boeing 767, not a 777, which was shot down over Ukraine in July. Others noted that the fighter jet looked different from an Su-25 - the type which the Russian media had consistently claimed shot down MH17. The satellite image came with credentials from someone purporting to be an MIT graduate with 20 years in the field. But with Putin stepping off the plane in Australia for the G20 meeting to be held on November 15-16, there was scant time to examine the satellite image received on November 12. This was by design.
The fraudsters knew the Russian’s were aware that the MH 17 shootdown had been recorded by US satellite imagery. The Russians had been challenging the west to produce this. What was in Russian hands was only their radar imagery, showing the jets attacking MH 17. Jubilant over having such evidence, at the last hour, 1TV rushed to press. The more caution and official arm of the Russian media, RT, was more restrained and stuck to the thoroughly verified Russian radar imagery. Does any of this change the facts?
In that the truth of the shootdown, that it was done by Kiev jets and not Russian rebels via a Buk missile, is already acknowledged by the Dutch investigators and Germany analysts, it is only the public that was to be misled. The public is to remember that the Russians published a false image. Who promoted this fraud? Expertise capable of fooling Russian engineers, who examined the image, is held by few – the CIA, the KGB, and the Israelis. It was the latter, who in sympathy with Jewish bankers resent Putin joining the BRICS banking system.

It does not seem that Putin presented the fraud satellite image. He was forced to eat alone Saturday night, and is planning (per reports) to leave early Sunday and not attend the big luncheon. Well, Australia is the Commonwealth, and the Queen is part of the cover-up and Australia ultra-right, etc etc. I checked these reports, and no mention of a Ukraine shootdown presentation at all. Just a closed door 50 minute thingie between Cameron and Putin representative (I think it is the Putin double).

Doesn't previous zetatalk say that Israel had armed one of the rebel groups in Syria with chemical weapons. (I believe there was conclusive proof from U,N, inspector & eye witness accounts, as well). Also Israel must be thinking after Obama's out of office, they have a likely chance of getting the next president to deploy combat troops in the middle east)
Obama just recently announced they need to expand their resources in Iraq & Syria. They've been seriously underestimated over & over. Its hard to imagine fanaticism drives an army so logistically sound.... Another way to fight Obama is for Israel to drain him down with ISIS. The Prime Minister has issued a stark warning that the world could be heading for a second economic crash because of "a dangerous backdrop of instability" fuelled by conflicts, Ebola and stalled trade talks.
Writing in the Guardian after the G20 summit, David Cameron said "red warning lights are once again flashing on the dashboard of the global economy" in a similar way before the global recession six years ago.
He said: "The eurozone is teetering on the brink of a possible third recession, with high unemployment, falling growth and the real risk of falling prices too.
“Emerging market economies, which were the driver of growth in the early stages of the recovery, are now slowing down.
"Despite the progress in Bali [trade talks in 2013], global trade talks have stalled while the epidemic of Ebola, conflict in the Middle East and Russia’s illegal actions in Ukraine are all adding a dangerous backdrop of instability and uncertainty."
Mr Cameron warned Britain's economic recovery posed a "real risk" from the wider problems in the global economy.
"We cannot insulate ourselves completely but we must do all we can to protect ourselves from a global downturn," he said.
Growth of the British economy slowed in the third quarter of this year, with gross domestic product rising 0.7% between July and September from output in the previous three months.
The economy had expanded by 0.9% during the second quarter, and by 0.7% in the first quarter.
But despite the slowdown, the British economy still looks more dynamic than the eurozone, where growth is sluggish and deflation threatens.
According to the European Commission's autumn economic forecast, output in Britain will grow by about 3.1% this year, higher than a previous prediction of 2.7%, then 2.7% in 2015 and 2.5% in 2016.
That contrasts with 0.8% for the 18-country eurozone, which is lower than a previous prediction of 1.2%.
The Bank of England last week trimmed its forecast for growth, citing economic strains in the eurozone.
It forecast that GDP would expand 2.9% next year, down from a previous estimate of 3.0%.
The Bank of England still expects expansion of 3.5% this year.

European foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss the peace process today. Here is what the EU foreign policy chief said: "What we need is not just recognition [of a Palestinian state]. We need the building of a Palestinian state that can live next to the Israeli one in peace and security".
These are some bold words & actions. The EU is Israel's biggest trading partner. European sentiment to reigning in on Israel is something that has been brewing for a while.

The former prime minister has hired an American banker, formerly in business with a Middle Eastern royal family (we dont know who), to lead his work advising governments and corporations. Jackson Eisenpresser, who previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, is a specialist in investments in the region, where Mr Blair has already struck a series of deals to advise wealthy clients.
(Whats this alludes to is that Blair has a lot more deals in the middle east region than what was exposed in the leak).
The Quartet is a group that holds itself responsible for mediating peace in the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Russia is represented by their foreign minister; the U.S. is represented by their Secretary of State; & the E.U. is represented by their vice president. Tony Blair is the only envoy that represents a nation (U.K.), that isn't holding a political office. The answer depends on how large, and how distant a planet you're discussing. Percival Lowell noted oddities in Neptune's travels he blamed on a yet further planet. Pluto turned up very close to Lowell's had prediction, and was at first hailed as vindicating him. Further observations revealed Pluto to be far too small to have the influence suggested. The idea of a mysterious object large enough to be messing with Neptune's orbit refuses to die but has become a sort of Bigfoot or Loch Ness Monster, existing more in the more imaginative parts of the web than peer reviewed journals.

Re: the banker that died yesterday, this is what a quick search gave me... Basically, Environmental & Social Risk Management is a nice way of saying how to avoid doing business with "the bad guys". He was probably consulted regarding unethical businesses like dealing with warlords or dictators that violate human rights, child labor, or a whole host of issues like that.

As a followup to the ESA AMA: They only answered questions that pertained to the execution of the mission. Questions asking for further elaboration of their account of events were ignored. For instance, the official story is that the drill that was to mine the comet didn't work. When asked why contingencies weren't accounted for, they went silent. Only "softball" questions were answered, (as was to be expected I guess....)

Did the refusal of some network TV stations to carry Obama’s immigration Executive Action announcement related to the current struggle to force the media to allow Obama’s announcement on the near presence of Nibiru? The stations that declined – ABC, NBC, and CBS – carried sitcoms rather than talking heads discussing the news. News stations – CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News – as well as PBS carried the announcement. Thus it would seem that the decision fell along programming lines, but one must look to history for comparisons. If there were breaking news on another matter, for instance on the Ferguson Grand Jury decision, would the sitcoms been interrupted?
It has been a point of contention between the President and the House for years, thus was not a trivial event. In fact, many Republicans were shouting impeachment warnings on this same issue. The announcement directly affected 5 million people, in addition to employers throughout the US. It is clear this was a snub, designed to try to force Obama’s hand on the announcement issue. The message was that they TOO could put on the squeeze, could punish Obama. Do they think the Council of Worlds will relent? Such is the attitude of those in the Service-to-Self orientation, who are FURIOUS that their power over others might be reduced.

Scientists 'confident' comet lander will wake up
BERLIN (AP) — A burst of sunshine in the spring could be just the wakeup call for Europe's comet lander.
Scientists raised hopes Monday that as the Philae lander nears the sun its solar panel-powered battery will recharge, and the first spacecraft to touch down on a comet will send a second round of scientific data back to Earth.
Since landing with a bounce on the comet Wednesday, Philae has already sent back reams of data that scientists are eagerly examining. But there were fears its mission would be cut short because it came to rest in the shadow of a cliff. Its signal went silent Saturday after its primary battery ran out.
Shortly before that happened, the European Space Agency decided to attempt to tilt the lander's biggest solar panel toward the sun — a last-ditch maneuver that scientists believe may have paid off.
"We are very confident at some stage it will wake up again and we can achieve contact," Stephan Ulamec, the lander manager, told The Associated Press.
That should happen next spring, when Philae and the comet it's riding on — called 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko — get closer to the sun, warming up a secondary battery on board and bringing it out of its unplanned hibernation. A few days of sunshine on the solar panels should be enough to charge the battery sufficiently to resume collecting scientific data, Ulamec said.
Philae's position in the shadows may even prove to be a blessing in disguise. Shielded from the sun's rays, the lander could survive for longer as the comet approaches perihelion — its closest point to the sun — in August.
Before they can say for certain if they'll be able to restore contact with Philae, scientists first need to find out where on the 2.5-mile (4-kilometer)-wide comet the washing machine-sized lander is, he added.
New pictures released Monday offered very good clues.
The high-resolution images taken from Philae's mother ship Rosetta show the lander descending toward the comet, then bouncing off when the thrusters and harpoons meant to anchor it to the surface failed. It drifted through the void for two hours before touching down again — after a second, smaller bounce — then coming to rest in a shallow crater.
Scientists at the German Aerospace Center said Monday that an initial review of data the lander sent back 311 million miles to Earth showed the comet's surface is much tougher than previously assumed. There's also evidence of large amounts of ice beneath the lander.
Scientists had speculated the comet's surface could be quite soft, but that has turned out not to be the case. "The strength of the ice found under a layer of dust on the first landing site is surprisingly high," said Klaus Seidensticker of the German Aerospace Center.
Scientists are still waiting to find out whether Philae managed to drill into the comet and extract a sample for analysis.
Material beneath the surface of the comet has remained almost unchanged for 4.5 billion years, so the samples would be a cosmic time capsule that scientists are eager to study.
One of the things they are most excited about is the possibility that the mission might help confirm that comets brought the building blocks of life — including water — to Earth.
Tantalizingly, one of Philae's instruments was able to "sniff" the presence of organic molecules on the comet, the space center said. A full analysis of the molecules is still underway.
The European Space Agency has stressed that even if the lander fails to awaken again, Rosetta will be able to collect about 80 percent of the data scientists are hoping to glean from the $1.6 billion mission.
