Altering Earthquakes:
As of late, I have observed that USGS and EMSC are a bit lax on their reports of earthquakes. Sometimes not seeing anything reported for hours from the last update, or seeing periods of 90-200 minutes with no earthquakes in between. My question is, are they leaving swarms of earthquakes out of their reports, or there are actually periods of no earthquakes?
SOZT: Greater than 90% of the earthquake activity is being altered by the USGS at present, which is under orders to prevent any clue being given to the public about the Earth changes caused by the presence of Planet X. Over a decade ago, the approach was to de-sensitize the live seismographs periodically, so the displays do not turn black worldwide, and to ignore the twice-a-day patterns showing up on these seismographs. Then any quakes that could be dropped were dropped. This was obvious to some who were watching the database manipulation. Quakes in the list would suddenly disappear. This was particularly the case where a quake happened in a remote location, or out in the ocean. Dumbing down the magnitude quickly followed, but in order to ensure the public did not notice, the USGS took control of all websites reporting quake statistics. At times, this control breaks, and discrepancies are reported to the public. Some countries rebel. Quake swarms are another source of control, as they pepper the databases with many quakes and skew the statistics, and thus are pulled from the database. Else the question is raised, why so many? EOZT
Will the USGS internet system be a reliable warning system for the European tsunami by registering on the net the New Madrid earthquake on the exact time it occurs?
SOZT: It will not be a lack of information from the USGS that will be the point of confusion during the earthquakes leading up to the New Madrid adjustment, it will be knowing which quake is the big one vs the many minor quakes preceding it. The USGS downgrades almost all earthquakes, to prevent meaningful statistics from being generated from their databases. They also exclude quakes whenever they can, but this is unlikely to happen in the New Madrid area as it is in the center of a populated land mass. Thus you will have magnitude 6 quakes that will be called a 5.2, magnitude 7 quakes called a 6.1, and when a magnitude 8 or greater quake occurs, it will be called a 6.9.
We would advise that rather than watching the USGS quake statistics, that you watch the Earth changes. The adjustment that will incite the European tsunami will involve bridges on the Mississippi breaking, and being impassable. The land to the west of the Mississippi will drop so that the Mississippi will become 50 miles wide in the state of Mississippi. Watch for this. The New Madrid adjustment will be several large quakes of magnitude 8-9, though will be listed as a lesser magnitude. As the N American continent continues to unzip up to and along the Seaway, the quakes will be less than a magnitude 8 but very destructive to Cleveland and Toledo and Buffalo and the inland locks along the Seaway. Thus it is not what the USGS says that should be watched, but the condition of the bridges on the Mississippi, the impact on the cities along the Seaway, and whether the inland locks are reported as inoperable. EOZT
Please collect earthquake-reports here. Significant Quakes or Magnitude 7+ can be posted separately.

ISTANBUL September 27 2019
Some 473 buildings in Istanbul were damaged slightly with cracks appearing in the aftermath of the earthquake that struck the metropolis on Sept. 26, Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has said.
“The number of damaged buildings that has been notified to AFAD [Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency] hotline is 473. Most of these buildings, as we have said yesterday, are those that have minor fractures
He also said that managers of 55 schools had notified the authorities of damages at their schools. “All of these have been analyzed.
Some 188 aftershocks, the strongest with a magnitude 4.1, were recorded in the hours after the quake, Oktay said.
Aftershocks prompted many Istanbulites to spend the night in open areas and parks.

Whales in California Go 'Nuts' After 4.7 Earthquake Along the San Andreas Fault
Just after a 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit California, whales off the coast went "nuts," leaping out of the water in a mass breaching event.
The earthquake on Tuesday struck along a "creeping" section of the San Andreas Fault, seismologist Lucy Jones said in a tweet. It hit near Hollister, about 35 miles from where one of the Blue Ocean Whale Watch boats was stationed.
Tour guides and passengers was watching a pair of humpback whales when they noticed three wales in the distance start to breach. Breaching is where a whale breaks the surface of the ocean, leaping into the air before crashing back down.
"Two distant pairs were double breaching and a single whale breached as well. Then suddenly the whales [we] were watching double-breached," the company wrote in a Facebook post. "We later found out this all happened at the same time as a 4.8 earthquake, whose epicenter was only 35 miles away, generated sound underwater in Monterey Bay. This obviously could have been a coincidence, but the timing was uncanny! Whales have excellent hearing and their surface activity could have been in response to the earthquake."

The 5.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 2.58pm UAE time
Mild tremors were recorded across parts of the UAE after a Magnitude 5.7 earthquake struck southern Iran on Monday.
The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre said the earthquake hit about 112 kilometre west of the port of Bandar Abbas. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The events are caused when the Arabian and Eurasian plates collide and the fault line runs across the Zagros Mountains in south-western Iran.
Residents reported feeling the tremors in many parts of the emirate including Al Hamra village, Kuzam area, Al Dhait and RAK city.
Some in Dubai and Abu Dhabi even felt the tremors.
"We are on Floor 31 [in] Shining Towers and it was quite bad," said one woman, on Facebook page Abu Dhabi Q&A.

China's northwestern China was hit by a powerful 6.4 magnitude earthquake on Thursday (October 31st), according to the Geophysics Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The specialists have described it as "destructive" because of the intensity of the jolts.
A magnitude 6.4 tremor was reported on October 31 at 9:06 am (Paris time) in northwestern China, according to the Geophysics Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake is described as "destructive" because of the intensity of the tremors in its epicenter.
According to seismologists, the epicenter of the earthquake is 184 kilometers northeast of Shuimogou District.
Recently, northwestern China had already been hit by an earthquake. According to Chinese media reports, at least 21 people were injured in the October 28 earthquake in Gansu province. Some 2,100 apartment buildings were damaged.

Seismological station of Tacuarembó suffered total damage from lightning strikes
The seismological station located in Tacuarembó, one of the twelve permanent seismological monitoring stations in the country, was destroyed by lightning strikes.
The Geophysical Observatory of Uruguay lost seismological equipment due to the fall of lightning in the framework of the strong storms that affect the north of the Negro River.
The authorities of the Observatory, headed by the geologist Leda Sánchez, initiate the "loss assessment" and "reconstruction plans to be transmitted to the relevant authorities".
In addition, a station of the “National Active Geodetic Network” was installed at the site, which was completely destroyed, LARED21 was informed.

In social networks, users of the City of Buenos Aires who are not accustomed to seismic movements filmed the moment.
The strong earthquake with epicenter in Mendoza was felt in several surrounding provinces but also the "shake" reached the buildings of the City of Buenos Aires.
And, of course, as the people of Buenos Aires are not accustomed to seismic movements, they lived the experience with anxiety and fear, while they dedicated themselves to uploading the moment to social networks.
