Altering Earthquakes:
As of late, I have observed that USGS and EMSC are a bit lax on their reports of earthquakes. Sometimes not seeing anything reported for hours from the last update, or seeing periods of 90-200 minutes with no earthquakes in between. My question is, are they leaving swarms of earthquakes out of their reports, or there are actually periods of no earthquakes?
SOZT: Greater than 90% of the earthquake activity is being altered by the USGS at present, which is under orders to prevent any clue being given to the public about the Earth changes caused by the presence of Planet X. Over a decade ago, the approach was to de-sensitize the live seismographs periodically, so the displays do not turn black worldwide, and to ignore the twice-a-day patterns showing up on these seismographs. Then any quakes that could be dropped were dropped. This was obvious to some who were watching the database manipulation. Quakes in the list would suddenly disappear. This was particularly the case where a quake happened in a remote location, or out in the ocean. Dumbing down the magnitude quickly followed, but in order to ensure the public did not notice, the USGS took control of all websites reporting quake statistics. At times, this control breaks, and discrepancies are reported to the public. Some countries rebel. Quake swarms are another source of control, as they pepper the databases with many quakes and skew the statistics, and thus are pulled from the database. Else the question is raised, why so many? EOZT
Will the USGS internet system be a reliable warning system for the European tsunami by registering on the net the New Madrid earthquake on the exact time it occurs?
SOZT: It will not be a lack of information from the USGS that will be the point of confusion during the earthquakes leading up to the New Madrid adjustment, it will be knowing which quake is the big one vs the many minor quakes preceding it. The USGS downgrades almost all earthquakes, to prevent meaningful statistics from being generated from their databases. They also exclude quakes whenever they can, but this is unlikely to happen in the New Madrid area as it is in the center of a populated land mass. Thus you will have magnitude 6 quakes that will be called a 5.2, magnitude 7 quakes called a 6.1, and when a magnitude 8 or greater quake occurs, it will be called a 6.9.
We would advise that rather than watching the USGS quake statistics, that you watch the Earth changes. The adjustment that will incite the European tsunami will involve bridges on the Mississippi breaking, and being impassable. The land to the west of the Mississippi will drop so that the Mississippi will become 50 miles wide in the state of Mississippi. Watch for this. The New Madrid adjustment will be several large quakes of magnitude 8-9, though will be listed as a lesser magnitude. As the N American continent continues to unzip up to and along the Seaway, the quakes will be less than a magnitude 8 but very destructive to Cleveland and Toledo and Buffalo and the inland locks along the Seaway. Thus it is not what the USGS says that should be watched, but the condition of the bridges on the Mississippi, the impact on the cities along the Seaway, and whether the inland locks are reported as inoperable. Please collect earthquake-reports here. Significant Quakes or Magnitude 7+ can be posted separately.

Per the Zetas sequence during the 7 of 10, when S America rolls, almost in step with the folding Pacific, it (5) tears the Atlantic Rift on the southern side. This allows (6) Africa freedom to move and it rolls too, (7) dropping the Mediterranean floor above Algeria.

#Tremor sways buildings in Durban South Africa
http://www.iol.co.za/mercury/news/tremor-sways-buildings-in-durban-...
Durban -Earth tremors, emanating from an earthquake which reportedly struck Botswana at about 7.40pm last night, were widely felt in Durban, Johannesburg and other parts of Southern Africa.
The Mercury was inundated with reports on social media and telephone calls about the tremors that had buildings swaying. North Beach residents said they it was a scary experience when buildings started to move, with some people hysterically running out of their buildings.
A man who lived on the 13th floor of a block of flats said it was a terrifying experience. "It felt like the whole building was swaying."
According to Bloxham, many people had left their flats in Dr Pixley KaSeme Street ( West Street) and gathered on the streets below. Metro police were in attendance.

“We are in a 15 storey building, with four flats per floor. Everyone came rushing out in a panic.
She said it was felt as far afield as Johannesburg, Pretoria and Rustenburg.
At approximately 19:35 this evening, several people took to social media and reported that they have felt severe earth tremors across Johannesburg, Pretoria and some even report as far as Botswana," she said.
The website BDO News confirmed this:
It said a strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.5 had struck Botswana, with shaking felt across southern Africa.
Maryann Francis said: “Yes same felt in South Beach. Buildings were swaying for at least 20 seconds. Residents still on the road.”
Jeeten Singh commented: The End is here....for Zuma. He can test his bunk house now…”
Margaret Louise Janssen said: “Apparently. Big one in Botswana..6.5 on the Richter scale.”

Over 1,000 Aftershocks As Powerful Quakes Pummel Philippines (Apr 9)
Seismologists have recorded over 1,000 aftershocks, including Saturday’s four “moderately sized” tremors.
Four strong earthquakes, including one measuring magnitude 6, struck Batangas province one after another yesterday afternoon, sending shockwaves across nearby areas, including Metro Manila.
The earthquakes struck within minutes of each other, damaging buildings and causing widespread panic.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the first tremor – measuring magnitude 5.6 – struck at 3:07 p.m. Its epicenter was two kilometers northwest of Mabini, Batangas.
Two minutes later, a stronger magnitude 6 quake struck at 12 km northwest of Mabini.
A third earthquake measuring magnitude 4.1 was felt at 3:29 p.m., while a magnitude 4.7 tremor struck at 4:36 p.m.
Hundreds of residents of coastal areas in a province south of the Philippine capital fled to higher ground fearing a tsunami on Saturday after the series of earthquakes.
“We are evacuating some people who live on the coast. We want them to stay in a safe area tonight,” Mabini Mayor Noel Luistro told the station.
He said he expected at least 3,000 residents to move inland in case of further aftershocks, although the state seismology office said there was no threat of tsunamis.
“The town is full of tourists, both local and foreign, this weekend,” he added.
Portions of the walls of the Santorini inspired resort Camp Netanya collapsed and fell on parked vehicles. Cracks could be seen on the tiled floor of the resort.
Boulders rendered roads in Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City impassable.
The network also broadcast live footage of frightened commuters fleeing the passenger terminal at the Port of Batangas.
The quakes caused power outages across the region but caused no casualties, Romina Marasigan, spokesperson for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, said.
The quakes prompted the Philippine Coast Guard to suspend vessel operations between Batangas and Mindoro.
“We had to suspend the operations of the ships in the area. We are still observing the situation after the earthquake since there are still aftershocks,” PCG spokesman Commander Armand Balilo said.
Hundreds of tourists and travelers were at the Port of Batangas when the tremors struck, forcing many of them to run to open spaces.
Landslides were also reported in some towns and a portion of a Catholic church tower had collapsed, they said.
Phivolcs director Renato Solidum said an earthquake swarm has been going on since Tuesday last week, which coincides with the 6th oarfish in the past 3 months found struggling near shore in the Philippines.

Hi, Willa Rawlings. About the number of earthquakes, a total number in this figure is the counts for the last 6 months. Thus, for example, new earthquakes on Apr 17 will be put on a list while 5 earthquakes of Oct 17 are removed from the list, such a thing. It seems that there were more earthquakes six month ago than one of these past days. Thank you.

Thank you, Kojima!! I've been monitoring this database [one among several others] for a good 12 years now. I understand how that six month Total fluctuates. But---- there is no way that [at this point] over a THOUSAND old quakes can fall off the six month total this quickly. The casual, or more important a newer observer would never know this.
Thank you!

M6.3, M6.2 and M5.2 and a ongoing swarm of moderate quakes hit Skagway, Alaska
An ongoing swarm of earthquakes, with the largest quakes measuring M6.3, M6.2 and M5.2, is currently rattling near Skagway, Alaska.
The two earthquake >M6.0 are the strongest to be felt in Southeast Alaska since a magnitude 7.5 earthquake centered west of Craig on Jan. 4, 2013. No reports of damages and no tsunami threat.
A series of strong quakes is currently hitting the Canadian-Alaskan border. Shaking was felt across hundreds of miles, from Petersburg to the center of the Yukon.
In downtown Whitehorse, the shaking set off alarms in at least one business, and small landslides were also observed from that city’s clay cliffs. Power was briefly disrupted in Whitehorse as well. By email, Yakutat resident Don Bremner said he was awoken by the 4:30 a.m. quake, and the following event two hours later “felt as if you were getting a dizzy spell in slow motion!”
According to the U.S. Geological Survey’s preliminary estimates, the first temblor was a magnitude 6.2 quake that hit at 4:31 a.m. (12:31 pm UTC) along the Haines Highway in British Columbia, between Haines Junction in the Yukon and Haines in Alaska.
Subsequent quakes followed in the Tatshenshini-Alsek Provincial Park area, the sliver of British Columbia between Southeast Alaska and the Yukon. The largest had a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 and happened at 6:18 a.m. (2:18pm UTC). A magnitude 5.2 quake was recorded at 4:49 a.m. (12:49 pm UTC), and there have been more than two dozen temblors with magnitudes between 2.5 and 4.5.
The National Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer issued a statement three minutes after the first quake, saying a tsunami was not expected. That expectation has been repeated after each earthquake.
