Hi Kris & James. I have a bit researched, too ... and found a few hints:
"Real-time view of Torbole (TN) from the webcam installed on our roof".

The Exif datas show, they use there a Canon EOS 1100D as a webcam, which can be installed into a similar box, like this, so this cam is probably behind a glass window.

Actually I had buried this webcam fotos ... but, this is maybe interesting?

I observed some live cams on the internet and took a few screenshots.
This is from "Spitsbergen" - Norway. I do not know, what it is.

Note at 10'o'clock from Svalbard, an orb completely separate from the Sun. Tail elements, as the tail wafts to the left and then curls around up top the Sun.

BBC site shows the prominences right after the Eclipse, at full eclipse, etc. The solar prominences line up with the Sun. NOT with the orbs captured from Svalbard

Sometimes I turn only little bit at the colors green or blue, and often I take 2x auto correction and something less gamma (IrfanView) - preferably in order to receive the clearest result of the bad resolution - but never I turn at the color red.
