Tibet Mudslide
Around 10:30 on August 26 Beijing time, a mudslide disaster occurred on the Nepal side, resulting in significant casualties at the Jilong Port in Jilong County, Xigaze City, Tibet. This was initially interpreted in the media as being a flash flood from rain fall, but this was quickly withdrawn as there clearly was scant rain. The bodies are still being counted.

There was at the time a Magnitude 5.2 quake, though this seemed like a lightweight quake to cause such a mudslide. Weather experts concluded the quake was the result of the mudslide, not that the mudslide caused the quake. Next the flash flood was claimed to be a glacier lake formed by a melting glacier, with the thinning glacier ice breaking to release this flood. But what broke the ice dam?

https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/highlight/2026/08/27/res...- One terrifying clip of surveillance video from the Chinese side of the frontier shows a raging wall of mud and debris crashing over a building several stories high on Wednesday morning, engulfing it as dozens of people run for their lives below. The surge sweeps away buses and cars like they are toys. The cause of the flooding was not immediately clear. But Nepal’s foreign minister Shishir Khanal said an earthquake likely triggered a landslide, which in turn blocked a river, sending water gushing downstream.
The Zetas point to a Plate Movement, as the mudslide occurred directly on the India/Tibet plate border. The Zetas call a movement of the India Continent, pushing under the Himalayans – the Brake. All other significant quakes around the world would then follow this movement of the Brake. This was termed a Ricochet or Domino quake event in 1998 when an analysis showed a clear pattern of significant follow-on quakes occurring in a West to East direction. “Map and data showing the domino effect now in place for quakes 5+ since the 7.4 Turkey quake in August 1999. Quake push moves from west to east, to the opposite side of the plate or in the next plate to the east, in general, within a day or so.”

ZetaTalk Confirmation 8/25/2026: We have stated that when it comes to Plate Movement, the India Plate is the brake. When it moves all other plates are free to move also, for a time - a Ricochet event. As Nancy documented when analyzing 1998 quakes, these Domino quakes occur from west to east, as the globe turns. This Tibet Mudslide is significant in that respect as it can only be the result of a Plate Movement for the India Plate. Yes the rush of water was from a release of water from a glacial lake, but what was the trigger? A 5.2 quake is a lightweight quake, and the lake had been there for eons. The mudslide was on the border of India and Tibet, and Plate Movement always has trauma along their borders.
An analysis of the follow-on quakes indeed show a West to East motion “within a day of so” of the inciting 5.2 in Tibet. The quakes in Indonesia occurred on August 29 – 3 days after the inciting 5.2 quake on the India/Tibet border on August 26. Other border related quakes that occurred on August 27 were considered a part of the India quake – a twitch in the India Plate that tapped the Africa Plate near Madagascar. The Indonesia quakes were clearly on plates separate from the India Plate.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 8/29/2026: Domino quakes just to the left (west) of the India Plate appear to move westward in response to the initial India/Tibet border quake direction. But these quakes are a continuation of the original India/Tibet quake. The India Plate is large, curved toward Australia, and when driven under the Himalayans opens a void to the west in the Indian Ocean near Madagascar as well as to the east among the minor platelets in Indonesia. The west to east movement expected occurred later in Indonesia, whereas the Madagascar quakes occurred directly after the initial India/Tibet border quake. These original quakes show plate movement as the source of the mudslide event as Tibet shows the original quake directly on the border with Tibet.

A second extraordinary survival has emerged from Nepal’s disaster zone: an elderly woman was found alive on the 11th day, trapped inside a house buried by mud and debris — a rescue that stunned even veteran responders.
🧭 What Happened
The woman, Chandika Kumari Shrestha, 64, had been missing since the August 26 Bhotekoshi River floods, which destroyed entire settlements across Nuwakot and Rasuwa districts. Her four‑storey home was swept away and buried under mud, leaving only part of the upper floor visible.
⏳ Eleven Days Underground
Rescuers were searching collapsed structures in Betrawati when they heard a faint voice calling for help. Disaster‑trained Armed Police Force personnel broke through a partially buried window and found her half‑buried in mud, alive but unable to walk. The rescue took 40–45 minutes.
🚁 Evacuated to Kathmandu
After extraction, she was carried out and airlifted to Kathmandu for medical care. She was conscious and able to speak, though weak from being pinned under debris for days.
💔 Family Had Already Begun Mourning
Believing she had died, her relatives had performed funeral rites, even creating a symbolic effigy in place of her body. They had been mourning for days when news arrived that she was alive.
🌍 Part of a Larger Pattern of Miracles
Her rescue came the same day another survivor — a Chinese national — was pulled from a hydropower tunnel, also on the 11th day of operations.
Two men in Nepal survived more than a week trapped under rubble and debris after a massive mudslide and flood — and were finally reached by rescuers on the 9th day, in what officials described as a miracle rescue.
🧭 What Happened
The men were trapped inside the Trishuli‑3A hydropower tunnel after a catastrophic surge of ice, rock, and mud swept through the valley. The disaster was triggered by a glacier collapse upstream, sending debris racing down the Himalayan slopes.
⏳ Nine Days Underground
For nine days, the two workers — identified as Sanjay Sah and Kabir Maharjan — remained alive in complete darkness, buried under rubble and mud. When rescuers finally broke through a narrow muddy opening, one man emerged on his feet while the other was carried out on a stretcher, covered in mud and pressing his hands together in prayer.
🚑 Their Condition
Both men were immediately airlifted to Kathmandu for medical treatment and were reported to be in stable condition. Their rescue gave hope to teams still searching for hundreds of missing workers trapped in hydropower tunnels across the region.
