My question is regarding the YouTube strange sounds video posted by Gerard yesterday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUdZGm476yA On the Strange Sounds blog I posted a response as follows: Not trying to discredit anyone on the Montana video/audio. I believe what is recorded. But I'd really be interested in Zeta feedback on it because it reminds me of what happened in Close Encounters of the Third Kind - the musical sounds that the spacecraft emitted. The sound produced in Missoula is what is called in music a major seventh chord. In the key of C it would be C-E-G-B; in this case with an extra underlying G as the first note. I have a hard time believing that anything in nature could create this without help - possibly ET help. The notes are played separately up the scale/chord and then down the scale/chord. Could the Zetas please comment on what the source might be?

Missoula lies in a valley between mountain ranges that are riddled with rivers draining the steep mountain sides. If Kiev has multi-tonal trumpets because the reservoir is vibrating, and Belarus has horns because the river there is vibrating, then why should Missoula be exempt? The regions where the vibrating Earth plays music are where water is being vibrated. Elsewhere, it sounds like a roar, like Godzilla rising from the sea and roaming the land. Noise is sound where every frequency is heard. Music is controlled such that harmonics, or coinciding or duplicating frequencies are heard.
That several distinct tones were heard in Missoula, each in turn, only means that the body of water producing them increased its frequency from tone to tone. In Kiev, chords were heard, as more than one arm of the reservoir was set to vibrating. The thrumming or fan beating sound that preceded the Missoula tones was the rock layers being pulled apart, as the N American continent is being pulled into a bow, as we have often explained. As the jerking apart and rebound of the underlying rock layers picked up the pace, the pitchof the music the nearby river produced climbed. Simple as that.

Where initially only a hum, and only in certain notorious parts of the world, rock under stress has become noisy. Known as the Taos hum, the sound of a diesel engine running somewhere underground was an early entry. Then the Seattle drums entered the arena, rhythmic booming which was ascribed to flapping manhole covers. Booms from snapping and heaving rock were reported in the New Madrid region and humming along the St. Lawrence Seaway increased.
But in 2011, it became clear that where we predicted that the Earth would moan during the 5.9 days of rotation stoppage, it was not going to be silent between then and now. The trumpets of Kiev and the horns of Belarus went viral on the Internet, followed quickly by a roar over Tampa Bay that sounded like Godzilla emerging from the sea. Now, in early 2012, this has spread to the drums of Costa Rica and the howl of Alberta and the Borneo snore.
Where is this leading? At least half the Earth, at any given point in time, will be having some sort of tension in its rock. Clapping and grinding fault lines, vibrating bodies of water, trembling rock strata resisting being pulled apart, and snapping rock under compression or being bent. All will be noisy, and the most likely reaction among those who hear it will be to conclude that the End Times have arrived. However known in various cultures around the world, allhave some reference to the coming times. The establishment will be unable to explain away these sounds, and once again the Internet will be sought and will lead inevitably to our explanations.

Is it the mysterious sound of the so-called coming Apocalypse? Some think that the mysterious sound heard in Costa Rica at around 12:30am this morning is exactly that.
Ronny Quintero, a seismologist said the event should be studied at the exact time and location of the anomalies to determine with certainty that there was no earthquake. He added that depending on the location of those who claim they heard the rumble or ”The Hum” it is easy to dismiss the possibility of tectonic movements.
This news has rattled the social web whereas Costa Ricans and the world over are scrambling to figure out what this mysterious sound could have been. Authorities have yet to comment on the subject although OVSICORI, the Costa Rica Volcanologist and Seismologist Organization is saying there is no Earth movements recorded at the time of the strange sound.

It is important to note that this is not the wind nor was it filmed anywhere near the ocean. The sound was heard throughout the entire country from Heredia to Perez Zeledon.

It is important to note that this is not the wind nor was it filmed anywhere near the ocean. The sound was heard throughout the entire country from Heredia to Perez Zeledon. The Costa Rica Volcanologist and Seismologist Organization is saying there is no Earth movements recorded at the time of the strange sound.

There is a subset of the Caribbean Plate called the Panama Plate, though this subset moves as one with the Caribbean Plate. Nevertheless, there is a fault line running through Costa Rica, and during the incessant pressure of the slow moving S American roll fault lines can pull apart and bang back together again, like clapping. As the recent cold spells in India reveal, the N Pole of Earth is pushed violently away when the Sun is over New Zealand and the magnetic N Pole of Earth (currently over Siberia) comes up over the horizon. This equates to midnight in Costa Rica, which is when the drums were heard. Residents there should get used to these midnight drums, which will be with them for some time.

Mystery Booms in Michigan (May 8)

Tustin resident Stephanie Yonkman said a very loud noise rattled her house and shook the ground on Thursday.
Massive booms were also heard on and off on Sunday, Yonkman said.
“It was like a huge sonic boom,” she said. “We thought they were blasting dynamite, but we didn't see any reports on it."
Although thunderstorms had been in the area, none were occurring at the time.
Osceola County Undersheriff Justin Halladay said his department received no calls about the noise.
A similar incident occurred in April 2013 in the Harrietta area.
That time, four different callers contacted central dispatch.
The South Branch Township and Harrietta fire departments searched for the source of the noise but were unable to identify a cause.
Because the noise was heard throughout the area, firefighters weren’t certain it originated in Slagle Township.

Mystery Booms Heard Across West Central Florida (May 7)
Hundreds of people across the Bay area say they got a scary wake up call this morning.
A series of loud booms heard across Tampa Bay and parts of Lakeland today is confounding law enforcement officials.
Many say they woke up to shaking windows and a loud noise, but no one knows what caused it.
“The house literally shook, said Polk County resident,” Arlene Sambursky
Others heard it and called 911. Some even called the fire department.
“We heard this big big bang!,” said one 911 caller.
“The only way I can describe it is two loud tremors," a 911 caller told an operator.
The noise was so loud people from Polk to Pasco County dialed 911 to report the suspicious, earthshaking wake up call.
Merrill Sambursky was one of those callers.
“I’ve been in a couple earthquakes out in California so when I felt the house shake I said wait you’re not supposed to get earthquakes here but who knows the way everything’s going lately you don’t know,” he said.
General speculation was that the noise came from some kind of military maneuver over the Gulf of Mexico. But officials at MacDill Air Force Base say it wasn't them.
Lt. Patrick Gargan, a spokesman for the 6th Air Mobility Wing at the base, said MacDill has had noise complaints but typically doesn't get calls about booms.
"At this time, we don't know anything about the reported loud noises this morning," he said. "If we hear anything, we'll let you know."
The air force base said they can’t confirm it was caused by a sonic boom.
Sambursky, a retired air force police officer said, “This one this morning was no sonic boom."

10:00 AMNoise experts are scratching their heads over mysterious “explosions” in Highgate – after dozens of residents reported hearing another loud bang this week.
People living in the Shepherd’s Hill and Archway Road area of Highgate said they heard a loud explosion noise – similar to a bomb or gas explosion – just before 10pm on Monday.
Last week, the Ham&High reported that residents in Highgate have been hearing the loud booming sounds for about 18 months.
Officers from Haringey Council’s noise team are investigating but the local authority has been left baffled by the phenomenon.
Will Wheatcroft, 31, said he heard the latest “very loud explosion” while sitting on the sofa with his fiancée Stephanie in his Stanhope Road home.
“Really it sounded like a car bomb or a gas explosion,” he said. “It made us turn around and say, ‘What the hell was that?’
“I expected to hear sirens a few minutes afterwards, but there weren’t any. After reading the Ham&High, I can now understand why, because it happens a lot.”
Residents in Muswell Hill and Crouch End have also reported hearing the noises, that are said to be so loud they shake the foundations of their homes.
One Twitter user reported hearing another loud bang on Tuesday night at about 10pm in Crouch End. A couple in Priory Gardens, Highgate, have contacted Haringey police about the sounds.
Ruled out
But after a short investigation a spokesman advised residents to alert the council’s noise team instead, unless it is an emergency.
The National Grid has ruled out gas explosions in the area while UK Power Networks said the bangs could not be caused by an electrical substation in Shepherd’s Hill Allotments.
The Met Office said there was no thunder or lightning on Monday night and Thames Water said the noises could not be caused by sewer repairs in Langdon Park Road and Northwood Road, Highgate. Haringey Council restricts building works to working hours, TfL is not carrying out explosive works at Highgate Underground station, Archway Road.
Mr Wheatcroft speculated it could be sonic booms caused by aeroplanes breaking the sound barrier. But a spokesman from the Department of Transport said they would be heard across a much larger distance if they were the source.
A council spokesman said it could be “kids with bangers” playing in Queen’s Wood, Muswell Hill, but none of the council’s noise team officers had a probable explanation for the explosions.
The local authority will now work with Haringey police to try and identify their source.
In an online poll, Ham&High website voters thought the noises were most likely caused by a faulty substation or UFOs.

5:43 PMMysterious “explosions” causing houses to shake in Highgate have become the focus of a police investigation.
Several people living in Priory Gardens said they regularly hear deep booms that have been likened to the sound of a gas explosion.
The noise is so loud that many say it causes their houses to shake in their foundations.
TV producer Carrie Kirkpatrick, said: “It’s just so mysterious. Sometimes it’s more than once a week and then you don’t hear it for a while.
“Friday night seems to be most popular. It can be at any time between 10pm and midnight.
“I’m still awake at that time, and my eight-year-old says, ‘I wish the loud bangs would stop’.”
The mother-of-one has reported the noises, which were first heard 18 months ago, to police and Haringey Council.
Both were unable to identify where the sounds might be coming from and will continue investigations into the cause of the explosive booms. Residents in Wellfield Road, Muswell Hill, have also reported hearing the noises.
Those who have heard the explosions have also reported seeing flashes in the sky, but they don’t believe the noises could be from fireworks.
Some suggested the sounds may be caused by excavation work at Shepherd’s Hill allotment.
But the team in charge of the green space said no excavation work has taken place at the times people have reported hearing the noises.
An electrical substation in Shepherd’s Hill has also been considered as a possible source of the bangs. Others have come up with more inventive explanations.
“Some people have asked, could it be fracking or military manoeuvres?” Ms Kirkpatrick said. “It’s Highgate, it’s not military manoeuvres.
“They said it could be the Underground, but they wouldn’t be doing explosive work at night without telling us.
“Some of my friends are suggesting it is a paranormal occurrence. I think we need to stalk out the woods at night.”
Cllr Lyn Weber, independent member for Crouch End on Haringey Council, said it was an “intriguing mystery”.
“I wondered whether it was something to do with the big basement works [at Witanhurst house] up in Highgate,” she said.
Residents should report the explosion sounds to Haringey Council’s noise team on 020 8489 0000.

Mystery Boom Rattles Southwest Oklahoma (Mar 26)
Just after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, residents were rattled after hearing what sounded like a large explosion nearby. 24 hours later, residents and officials alike are still stumped, which has caused the mystery blast to be the talk of the town.
In southwest Oklahoma, many of us are used to the rolling thunder, or even Fort Sill's artillery popping. But what Stephens County experienced Wednesday night was something different.
"I asked my husband, I was like, 'what was that?' he said I think it was thunder and I said 'no I don't think so!'," said one Duncan resident.
The boom was so loud, those who heard it weren't the only ones shaken by its power.
"I know it hit pretty hard though, because it shook the stuff in my house," said another Duncan dweller.
"I actually wanted to run out of the house because it shook the house," said one worried Duncan resident.
It was enough to grab the attention of the Duncan Police Department and the Stephens County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Wayne McKinney says this event isn't entirely uncommon.
"Over the past year, we've had calls out in the county where people have heard explosions or what they thought was explosions," said Sheriff McKinney.
Over the past twenty-four hours, the boom was reported in Bray, Duncan, Marlow, even Cotton and Tillman counties.

Mysterious Booms Worry Central Florida Residents (Mar 19)
Many people in central Florida have been hearing a boom around the same time every night. Not even the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has an answer.
“It was like a ‘BOOM!’ Then, the windows kinda shook,” said Kissimmee resident Daryl Mercado.
People in Kissimmee, St. Cloud and even as far away as Haines City in Polk County have reported hearing these mysterious booms.
They start around 10 p.m. and they like thunder. Mercado said he’s heard them over the past three weeks.
He was studying the second time it happened, but he grabbed his flashlight to see what it was.
Mercado isn’t the only one puzzled by this. We reached out to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, but a spokesperson said they don’t have any answers either.

Mystery Boom on the Mississippi in Iowa (Mar 10)
Viewers on both sides of the river from Davenport to Rock Island have called, emailed and sent Facebook messages to the TV-6 newsroom asking about a mysterious rumbling and loud boom.
"I heard a really loud boom," said Chris Rice.
"I heard a rumble," said Tanisha Douglas.
" I heard a pretty big explosion," said Logan Edwards.
The noise was so loud that many said it caused homes and businesses to shake.
"I expected to see a mushroom cloud when I went out there off in the distance," said Rice.
Contacted were the police and fire departments, the airport, the Rock Island Arsenal and even a meteorologist about what it could be, but no one knows.
"I haven't heard anything that loud since leaving Iraq in 2007," said Edwards.
"It sounded like something really big on the street. Like something rolling by on the street and then there was a rumble, too," said Douglas
Whether the noise was a rumble, explosion or boom, some of you tell us, this isn't the first time you've heard it.
"On January 14th I heard the sound," said Rice. "I'm used to hearing really loud sounds because I live near the river. I hear trains, barges. I've always lived near the arsenal. I hear all types of sounds, but this one was way louder."
The mystery remains unsolved....

An earthquake of 5.7 degrees shook central Chile
The movement felt this morning in 57 cities. No casualties were reported.SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Chile -. An earthquake measuring 5.7 degrees on the Richter scale, "with much noise underground" shivered this morning to four regions of central Chile, with no casualties or damage were reported.
According to the National Seismological Centre, University of Chile, the tremor was felt at 01.37 local whose epicenter was 38 miles northwest of Valparaiso and 59.5 kilometers deep.
The earthquake affected regions of Valparaíso, Santiago Metropolitan, O'Higgins and Maule, according to a report from the National Emergency Office (Onemi) under the Chilean Interior Ministry.
The strong underground noise woke many Chileans levantararon thinking about a new earthquake, especially after the series of earthquakes that were felt heavily in central and northern Chile.
About two hours before the earthquake phenomenon, many people were calling local stations denouncing underground noises, but no authority could give explanations.
According to Onemi, the earthquake affected a total of 57 cities and towns with intensities ranging between six and two degrees in international Mercalli scale, ranging from 1 to 12.

Loud Boom in Calgary Remains Unexplained (Mar 4)
A loud explosion that rocked homes in northwest Calgary around 5:00 pm Tuesday remains a mystery.
Emergency services were slammed with phone calls about a loud boom heard and felt across the region, but multiple firefighters and cops scouring more than half a dozen neighbourhoods couldn't find any evidence of an explosion.
After an hour or so of searching the communities of Hidden Valley, Tuscany, Evanston, Nose Valley, Ranchlands, Edgemont and Silver Springs, firefighters and cops gave up the search for an answer.
"We can't have rigs out in these temperatures for hours on end ... (that's) just not a prudent use of resources," fire battalion chief Allan Ball said.
"We don't even know where this came from."
An expert with the University of Calgary says that a seismic monitoring station, which could have shed light on the mysterious explosion, was offline at the time.
ENMAX says there were no gas or power outages and Lafarge says crews were not conducting any controlled detonations in gravel pits.
Military aircraft have also been ruled out.
It also wasn’t likely a frost quake, Ball said, though it was considered a possibility at one point during the search.

Vibrating Gwinnett Co. homes mystify neighbors - February 17
GWINNETT COUNTY, Georgia -- It is a steady staccato beat, unerring and continuous. Just low enough in frequency to be annoying, yet strong enough to literally shake a house.
Several in fact.
Nerves too have been shaken in this community along Little Mill Road in Gwinnett County, when neighbors awoke to the strange vibrations.
11Alive News called over to the Tellus Science Museum and asked them to check the seismograph: no earthquake activity in the area. The same residents felt it when that quake hit in South Carolina a couple of weeks back.
