Please look at these pictures and give me your thoughts. Yesterday afternoon on the way home form work at about 4:15 in the afternoon, I noticed these strange trails in the sky. All I had was my cell phone for taking pictures so I apologize for the quality, but you can see them anyway.

There were three arced trails int he sky, at different altitudes, but all symmetric. I have no idea what this could have been. There was no other strange trails like this anywhere else that I could see from where I was. As far as I know, they eventually just drifted south out range from what I could see at home. They never seemed to be dissipating though.

I would like to have an idea of what is going on here. I live in Northwest Wisconsin and two hours away form the closest Major Population center.

very strange indeed. Thank you all in advance for any thoughts.

Looks like a ripple to me.  Several things can cause this disturbance - i.e. earthquake clouds, UFO's, or perhaps a natural wind.  It does look rather unnatural though.
When I see chem trails they have been in straight lines and can criss-cross.  this looks more like a disturbance of some kind.
These are chemtrails. Note how they are dispersing uniformly according to the time since release. Occasionally the planes fly routes that are free-style to reduce boredom and to see how the spread reacts to the winds aloft.
I actually didn't figure chem trail either as all of the information on those that I have seen agrees with what you have said - they are straight lines. It just unnerved me to see this.
That's interesting. I wonder why they are now doing that in a low density area? Is it common for more than one plane to fly like that so they are so symmetrical?

Thanks for the in depth explanation astrogal.  Didnt know they flew in formation repeatedly like this but with a wind this makes sense.
Thank You.
well, that's interesting for sure.
I don't know as I'm just learning about some of this stuff, but the holes in those look rather strange indeed ...
