TECHNICAL ANNEX AND OBSERVATIONS
Seismicity: A total of 8 events of long period (LP), 6 blasts, 12 episodes of tremor broadcast, 34 episodes of harmonic tremor and 16 volcano-tectonic events. This shows a clear increase the levels of volcano tectonic earthquakes because this year the average is 1.4events per day.
Comment: From 8 am the area cleared of clouds, view of the volcano show there was a
with mild steaming with ash content that reached a height of 500 meters above the summit.
Later as a result of the explosion observed at 9h07 a vapor column containing the ashes, gray color, which totaled about 2000 meters over the level of the summit. A photograph of this was attached to the special report of volcanic activity released this morning. From noon on the Reventador zone was covered with ashes.

At 09h44 TL, the Warning Center for Volcanic Eruptions (VAAC) issued an ash alert to
Civil Aviation indicating a possible ash cloud that is not easily observable, with signs of moving in a
northwest direction.
Due to the persistence of a small number of volcanic explosions and the presence of tremors in
the daily report on the volcano Reventador of yesterday, September 27, the assessment of the state of the
Volcano changed from low to moderate. Transcribed summary of this bulletin: "The volcano Reventador
has a moderate seismic activity. There has been a small number of volcanic eruptions and several smaller volcanic tremor episodes. "

Any tsunami generated by the great Japan quakes we have predicted will not be outside of what the coastline of N American has experienced in the past, within the memory of many. Likewise, the Philippine Plate is at issue, as it loses in the compression game and in essence is pushed under and lost. Precursor quakes of a magnitude 4-7 should NOT be considered the 7 of 10 incident. This is true for all the scenarios in the 7 of 10 holographic presentation. Japan regularly has significant quakes, almost daily, and these are NOT the large quakes of a magnitude 8-9 that will precede the New Madrid adjustment. You will KNOW when the 7 of 10 hits, and it will be sudden and large. Any attempt to get us to comment on every relatively minor quake, for perhaps a hint on timing, will be ignored.

Earthquakes will, as we have predicted from the start of ZetaTalk, get more violent and frequent and occur in places not expecting them. Outside of the warnings that man has learned to utilize, such as screech on the radio or pets running away from home or the physical signs that those who are earthquake sensitives get, there will be no warning. This also applies to those major plate movements which we have described, and which were included in the holographic presentation given to Nancy last November, 2009. All these regions will have increasingly violent and frequent quakes, and then one day blam the plate movement we have described will occur. Ecuador is reporting quakes October 7, calling the two occurring as one seism (4.1) and one replica (3.9) barely one kilometer apart, and 10 minutes between the two events.

Colombia quakes update
October 5th, at 6 PM the following quakes were reported:
Between 6 Pm (Venezuelan time) to the end of the reported day, this was the picture for October 5th
Then October 6, 2010, when one quake was noted on the Ecuadorian site for Peru-Ecuador Border (Macas), and another in The Coca Ecuador:
Then October 7, Colombia reported a quake in Los Llanos, for the day Ecuador reported 2 quakes on Tena
These quakes are in the plains, as the Llanos is considered intermediate area, and contributing part of the process of mountain formation too.

Interesting that La Nacion Newspapper reported a second Quake of 5.0 at 9:00 local time. But is not on IRIS Database, plate adjusted?
