- "When the debris from the tail of Planet X first started arriving in ernest, in 2004, the establishment chose to call this space junk. When the public became alarmed at the amount of space junk falling to Earth they tried to enhance the story by claiming that two satellites had crashed into each other, but this just made a bad story worse. Since fireballs have not gone away, but continued apace and if anything gotten worse, a new term has been used - asteroids. This is debris in the tail of Planet X, which is increasingly turning toward the Earth, hosed out from the N Pole of Planet X. This is why the wobble has gotten more violent, why electromagnetic disruption of dams and airplanes has occurred, and why blackouts will become more frequent. There will also be displays in the sky, some of which has already been noticed, from the electromagnetic tides assaulting the Earth's atmosphere. Stay tuned, more to come!"

Reports of a "bright light" and an "orange glow" were received by police across Scotland and the north of England around 9.40pm.
The Met Office tweeted: "Hi All, for anyone seeing something in the night sky, we believe it was a meteorite."
A spokesman for Strathclyde Police said the force had been "inundated" with calls about a bright object in the sky across the west of Scotland. A Durham Police spokeswoman said a number of calls came in around 9.45pm from concerned members of public who had seen a "bright light or a fire in the sky" and believed it may have been incidents involving an aircraft. "
It has been confirmed with air traffic control that there are no incidents of aircraftin difficult and nothing registered on radar," she said. "
The sightings are believed to be either an asteroid burning out or similar which has been restricted to the upper atmosphere only." Grampian Police said reports of people seeing a "flare or a bright object with a tail" were received from across the region. And Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary said numerous calls were made about a "large ball of fire in the sky" across Annandale and Eskdale.
One user wrote on the force's Facebook page: "It was awesome to see! Really big and bright!" Hundreds of people took to Twitter to report similar sightings across Scotland and the north of England. People described seeing a bright fireball moving across the sky with a large tail.
The Kielder Observatory also reported the sighting of a "huge fireball" travelling from north to south over Northumberland at 9.41pm. The Observatory posted on Twitter: "Of 30 years observing the sky #fireball best thing I have ever seen period."

Fireball Over the Carolinas (Jan 25)
AMS has received numerous reports of a bright fireball seen over North Carolina and South Carolina on Wednesday, January 25th 2017 around 04:15 EST (09:15 UT).

Dave Behnke wasn't prepared for what he saw in the sky before dawn on Sunday.Neither was his dog, Harvey, who had insisted they go outside at such an early hour to begin with.
"He started barking, looking up and going crazy," said Behnke, who lives in Lansing Township. "I said, 'what the hell?' And then he started cowering. I looked up, and I was thinking, 'did I just see something or not?'"
The object was "about the size of a VW wagon," Behnke said. It was changing colors and moving from north to south. He thought it was only about 100 feet above the trees.
What they saw was a bright meteor known as a fireball. And lots of other people saw it, too.
The American Meteor Society received 145 reports of a fireball seen over seven states and Ontario, Canada around 6:15 a.m. Sunday. Observers from all over southern Michigan, including East Lansing, Laingsburg, Charlotte and Webberville, logged sightings on the AMS website.
"I was on my way to work when I saw what I initially thought was a low flying plane behind a tree," an East Lansing resident wrote. "However, when I moved past the tree I saw the object. It was very bright and seemed to be very close."
AMS is a non-profit scientific organization founded in 1911. It recorded 3,778 fireball events in the U.S. last year, including 173 in Michigan, according to its website.
In February 2016, about 160 people reported seeing a fireball over Wisconsin and west Michigan, according to published reports. A fireball also was seen over the western part of the state on Dec. 26, 2016.

Behnke said he was glad to hear that other people saw the fireball on Sunday morning, too. His dog hasn't been the same since, he said.
"Harvey, he was upset for the next couple of days," he said. "He's been traumatized."

Fireball Explodes Over Central America (Dec 27)
A giant fireball exploded in the skies over Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua Tuesday evening, creating seven distinct flaming objects.
Eyewitnesses said it flew across the sky from south to west as it disintegrated.
The event took place at around 10.30 pm local time, and brought hundreds of people out on the streets to watch.

In the Omsk region, Russia witnesses filmed on video falling meteorite

Fireball Over Columbia (Dec 16)
Numerous users of social networks have reported how a ball of fire ran through the skies of Colombia at 6:25pm local time Friday night.
The phenomenon was seen in the municipalities of Bucaramanga, Girón and Zapatoca of the department of Santander and the municipality of Yopal of the department of Casanare.
There have also been reports of a similar sighting from the Venezuelan state of Apure.

A very bright fireball appeared over Spain last night, December 11, 2016 at 22:25 local time (21:25 UTC). This video was captured and compiled by the meteoroid research group at Huelva University, Spain. Coincidentally, this fireball is not a member of the Geminid meteor shower which is currently active and will be peaking in two nights, but a piece of an asteroid from the main asteroid belt. Preliminary calculations indicate it may have produced meteorites! Meteor explodes over Siberian city, turning night into day
6 December, 2016. People in the Republic of Khakassia in southwest Siberia witnessed a large fireball exploding in the sky on Tuesday, which briefly made the evening as bright as the day. Some even managed to catch the event on camera.
“At first, I couldn’t understand what’s going on. There was a sudden luminescence. It wasn’t as light as day, but still quite bright,” witness Olga Sagalakova told RT.“We looked at the mountain near us… and there was huge meteor flying above it. It had a tail. Frankly, I was scared. I thought that it was a bomb,” she said.
Reports of the rare occurrence came from across Khakassia, as well as from the neighboring Krasnoyarsk Region, local news website xakac.info reports. The event was best seen over the town of Sayanogorsk.
A Khakassia resident, Nikolay Soldatov, said that the meteor “emitted a cold light like a fluorescent lamp.”
“I saw that it was starting to brighten fast. The flash was really bright. It wasn’t blinding, but it was still bright. I looked up and... above the city hospital there was a meteor,” he told RT.
The meteor was seen for three or four seconds and around half a minute later there was a loud bang, triggering car alarms in many parts of the city, the witness said.
“It was very beautiful. You don’t see this every day,” Sergey Isaykin said of the meteor. “But we weren’t scared as we instantly understood that it was something like [what happened] in Chelyabinsk three years ago.”
The apparent meteor burned up high in the atmosphere as little or no blast sound was heard on the ground by most eyewitnesses, reports said.
Local forums were bombarded with speculation of a possible rocket malfunction or other technological mishaps, but the emergency services assured locals that the flare was natural and had caused no damage.
If any fragments of the meteor survived the fall, they most likely landed somewhere around the Babik Valley, the regional authorities told TASS, adding that an expedition had been dispatched to the area.
“[The meteor] was several times smaller than the one over Chelyabinsk, but its fragments may be found,” commented Viktor Grokhovsky, professor at the Ural Federal University. “Determining where they landed would require accurate calculation of its path. This may take a day or so.” Source: rt.com

Fireball Over Denmark (Nov 28)
A fireball blazed across the Danish sky on Monday evening, according to astrophysicist Tina Ibsen from the Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Copenhagen.
People from all over the country have reported seeing the fireball streak through the sky at about 18:30.
“We have received many inquiries from people who saw a fireball,” according to Ibsen.
“However, no-one has reported a bang or a sound, which indicates the meteor burnt up before it hit the Earth’s surface.”
