We'll be seeing an uptick in unusual home and business gas explosions and I'm trying to locate specific ZT on the matter.  Below is a refresher for the many gas related news articles.

SOZT

Fault lines, when adjusting, do not just rip apart one day during a dramatic earthquake. They most often creep. Laying gas lines along or across a fault line is asking for an accident of this sort. Fault lines are also seldom so clearly delineated that one can go a mile in this or that direction and avoid their action. Where a slip-slide fault such as the San Andreas will often leave a clear line on the surface, this is only the surface action, not what occurs in the rock layers on either side which can fracture for a long way to either side during any movement. The gas company, or the age of the pipes, will be faulted but in truth the finger should be pointed in many directions. The public, who insist on living at such a scenic spot, is to blame. Officials, who zoned for housing are to blame. The public utility company, for allowing gas lines in the area, is to blame. But this will change nothing, while man continues to live on the San Andreas, even as it awakens. EOZT

The danger from radon gas will not be increased as a result of the pole shift. Radon gas is emitted by rock containing uranium, which is degrading. In normal circumstances, where air can circulate, it is disbursed rapidly as is any methane created by decay of organic material. The danger from these gasses comes from confinement - being trapped in a mine, a basement, or beneath the permafrost. The dangers are well known. For methane, it is explosions. An accumulation of methane gas can be identified by the smell of rotten eggs, or as some have described it, dirty socks or cabbage soup. For radon gas the danger is lung cancer, from the continual exposure to the radioactive air. Radon gas is odorless, and cannot be detected except by specialized equipment not in the hands of the average person.

In that the pole shift, or the Earth changes preceding the pole shift, can fracture rock and release pockets of either gas, survivors should be cautious about huddling in bunkers. You are safer out in the open air, or in a trench you have dug that will allow the pole shift winds to pass over you, but nothing to fall on and crush you. The fact that both methane gas and radon gas can accumulate in the bunkers of the elite is one of the reasons we have stated that they have dug their own graves. EOZT

Anyone watching the news, for instance the news on the San Bruno explosion in a distribution line close to the San Andreas Fault line, knows that gas in any form is a danger. Oil and gas refineries explode when rigid piping cracks. Oil or gas wells explode when the ground around them moves. And the gas distribution lines running under cities are no exception. They likewise will explode. Gas lines, whether along the street or within a home, are rigid. In some cases automatic shutoff valves can limit the amount of gas available for an explosion by sensing a drop in pressure, but this is always after the fact. The explosion has already occurred. Utilizing gas on a planet prone to earthquakes was a mistake to begin with, but man never thinks of the consequences when striving for modern conveniences. We have advised turning off the gas at the street, though when the street explodes and your neighbor's homes are on fire you are not likely to escape the holocaust. A better alternative is to live in an area where gas is not available, as in your rural safe location where you will be doing a form of camping while gardening. A campfire at night, for cooking and washing and a bit of friendly light before bed. Nothing explosive. EOZT

SOZT Answer: It is no accident that the New Madrid fault lies under the Mississippi River near Memphis, as rivers form in lowlands created when land pulls apart, separating the rock fingers and weakening support for the land. Thus, the Ohio River bed also is an indication of where rock fingers will pull apart. Two adjustments in Kentucky, a day apart, are not an accident, but an indication of the speed at which the stretch zone is starting to adjust. Rail lines are frequently an early harbinger of such adjustments, as they run long distances, whereas structures within cities, such as tall buildings, take up relatively little space and have a small footprint. Our warning that imploding cities will be experienced, before the hour of the shift, are in this regard. Be warmed, it will not just be your rail lines and gas and water mains that will shatter and be pulled apart during the stretch. The foundations of your tall buildings will likewise be vulnerable.EOZT

Blast reported at chemical factory in China

Published November 17, 2015

DEVELOPING: An explosion and fire was reported Tuesday at a chemical factory in northeast China, according to state media.

Broadcaster CCTV reported that the incident in Fushun is under investigation. Images of the blast site showed the factory in flames with smoke billowing out.

There was no immediate word on any injuries from the explosion.

The blast came several months after a massive explosion at a chemical warehouse in the northern port city of Tianjin left 173 dead, in China's worst industrial disaster in years, The Associated Press reported.

Authorities investigating the Aug. 12 incident said there were "several hundred" tons of the toxic chemical sodium cyanide -- which can form a flammable gas if brought in contact with water -- at the blast site. State media reported at the time that the warehouse was not allowed to hold more than 10 tons of the chemical.

In mid-October, an explosion at a warehouse for alcohol materials rocked Tianjin again, but there were no casualties.

DCC building evacuated

Staff have returned to the Dunedin City Council's Civic Centre building, which was evacuated this morning after an electrical explosion.

Hundreds of staff were forced out of the building about 9.15am and firefighters called, after initial reports of a loud bang inside the council's third floor computer server room, the Otago Daily Times has been told.

A council spokesman said an uninterruptible power supply shorted out which triggered the non-toxic gas system to cool and reduce oxygen in the room.

No information had been lost as the council's production servers were hosted off site and staff began moving back into the building about 10am.

Dunedin Senior Station Officer Rob Torrance, who led the Fire Service's response, said firefighters entered the building with breathing-apparatus and with a thermal camera to track down the source of the explosion and determine how toxic the gas was.

It was possible the fire was connected to maintenance which had been going on in the room over the last week, he said.

The gas sprinkler system in the room was designed to suppress fire without damaging equipment.

San Jose: Gas fire burns for 4 hours

11/15/2015 09:19:28 PM PST

SAN JOSE -- Flames from a ruptured natural gas line shot at least 15 feet in the air and burned for more than four hours Sunday before PG&E crews located and shut off the gas line, San Jose fire officials reported.

The fire at a small strip mall at 4849 Harwood Road, near the Camden Avenue interchange with Highway 85, caused minimal damage because the flames were pointed away from structures, according to San Jose Fire Capt. Tim Miller. Workers shut off the gas fueling the flames about 6 p.m.

It's unclear how the gas line ruptured. About 2 p.m., a neighbor reported hearing an explosion as if a transformer blew up in the Cambrian neighborhood, Miller said. It's possible, he added, that strong winds blew down overhead wires that ignited leaking gas.

Fortunately, he said, a cinder block exterior provided some heat resistance to the building, which houses a laundromat, dance studio and dry cleaners. The fire damaged electric boxes and gas appliance, and charred the exterior of the building. No injuries were reported.

Investigators were looking into the cause of the fire. On Sunday evening, PG&E crews were still trying to restore power to about 80 customers in the neighborhood, and also to businesses in the building.

House explodes on Francois Road: 'It was intense'

Published on: October 21, 2015 | Last Updated: October 21, 2015 7:17 PM EDT

It was a narrow escape.

Sue Lariviere and her family had to run for their lives early Wednesday after their home caught fire when the neighbour’s house exploded. The neighbour was out of town.

Lariviere said her family fled wearing pyjamas and boxer shorts immediately after hearing the thunderous boom and seeing the orange glow of flames out a side window.

“By that point it was already engulfing our siding and it took off from there,” she said. “Our house is pretty tall and the flames were above our house. We’ve been told we have no upstairs whatsoever. The three bedrooms up there are gone.”

The explosion shortly before midnight at 1452 Francois Rd. rocked the neighbourhood. That house collapsed and burned. The owner, who neighbours called Rose, held back tears later Wednesday morning when she saw her flattened home. She didn’t want to talk to reporters.

The Larivieres are also homeless after their house, at 1456 Francois, caught on fire.

People who live down the street said the explosion shook their homes. Amazingly, no one was hurt.

John Benedetti, an investigator with the Ontario Fire Marshal’s office, said it was a suspected “gaseous explosion.” But investigators haven’t confirmed what kind of gas was involved or what sparked it.

“At this point in time we’re considering natural gas as being the fuel involved, but we are open to any other possibilities,” said Benedetti.

“I can tell you there’s no concern from my perspective with respect to any further risk to public safety.”

Investigators didn’t release a damage estimate Wednesday.

“Both houses have sustained substantial damage,” said Const. Mike Akpata with the Windsor police fraud and arson unit. “One is obviously totally destroyed and the other one has been rendered unlivable.”

The woman who owns the house that exploded luckily wasn’t there because she works for Ford in the Toronto area during the week.

“We are happy that no one was hurt,” said Akpata. “None of the neighbours were hurt. None of the adjacent homeowners were hurt. And by design, by fate, by whatever you call it, the homeowner is employed out of town and happened to be at her place of employment when this took place.”

The Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Union Gas, the Fire Marshal’s office, Windsor police and Windsor Fire and Rescue Services are all investigating.

Fire investigators will likely be at the scene for days. Akpata said police officers will remain there to ensure “scene continuity” in case fire investigators find something of a criminal nature.

Lariviere, wearing clothes donated by neighbours, stood at the edge of the yellow police tape Wednesday morning watching investigators go through her house.

“It’s devastating,” she said. “I don’t think reality has totally set in yet.”

When she heard the boom, Lariviere thought it was the neighbour’s massive rotted tree falling onto the front of her house.

“It shook our whole house,” she said.
