* We have stated, early in ZetaTalk history, that the Council of Worlds considers a pole shift in the same category as tornadoes or hurricanes or exploding volcanoes or starvation or disease epidemics, as an opportunity for mankind to grow spiritually and help each other. The Earth is, after all, your schoolhouse, and this is the lesson on your plate.

• The Council interferes when this schoolhouse for learning will be utterly destroyed, as when an asteroid sufficient to destroy life on Earth were approaching, and would be deflected so the schoolhouse can continue. In this instance, the Council would interfere as man is not able to intervene. It would be a loss without purpose, thus.
• The Council interferes when the environment is not balanced so as to allow real choices. We mentioned a past such interference in the Quarantine between man and the giant hominoids of the 12th Planet, aka Planet X. Being giants, and Enslaving Man, a tone of hopelessness and despair ruled, throwing young souls inordinately toward a Service-to-Self orientation. In this instance, likewise, man was not able to effect this quarantine.
• The Council interferes when a world has voted, during a Transformation, but the Losing Side continues their power grab. The Earth, voting to be Service-to-Other as expected, is not to be plunged into Martial Law. Thus weapons of mass destruction, though planted in Iraq, were never produced. Thus continuing terrorism in the US, the prime rationale for Martial Law there, was squelched. The Transformation, being at heart decisions of individual souls, thus continues as planned, and is not hijacked.

* We have often stated that the Council of Worlds views the periodic pole shifts that wrack the Earth to be a Natural occurrence, an opportunity for spiritual growth in the schoolhouse Earth, like droughts and plagues and tornadoes and illness or accident striking unexpectedly.

* For those confused by how the rules work, exceptions are made only to provide a balanced schoolhouse for the souls emerging on Earth, not to alleviate stress by the pound.

* Would the Council delay the passage of Planet X, slowing its creep around the S. Pole of the Sun for some such advantageous reason? No, nor do they block the weather, divert hurricanes or tornadoes, vaporize locust swarms, run flood waters backwards, or put a stopper in volcanoes.

* We have been asked this question before, whether the pole shift is being deliberately delayed, and our answer has been "no". The Council of Worlds considers the pole shift a natural event, like a hurricane or tornado, like a lightning strike, and these are not averted for humans.

* The Council has allowed a simulation of the seasons for many passages, back long before man was engineered into his present form, long before the ape was even present as a predecessor. This was to keep the Earth as a biosphere for the future, as it was a rich planet, full of life and potential. Is this not interfering with a natural process? It is, and the Council has this right, to declare exceptions. Such exceptions are extremely rare, and are certainly not done in response to a Call from one trying to save themselves or their lifestyle.

The 7 of 10 pace has been slow, not rapid. The Council of Worlds wants the public to be aware of what is happening, what is pending, so that spiritual decisions can be made, the population having opportunity to evaluate the situation properly. The cover-up has prevented that school house lesson from occurring.

* Two weeks ago we announced that the Council of Worlds was going to battle over the cover-up, as this is interfering with the Earth as a schoolhouse. People have a right to know what is pending, so they can make spiritual decisions.  For this reason, the Council allowed the pace of the 7 of 10 scenarios to be held back (although the ultimate timeline does not change), and are using such devices as humming and glowing boxes along fault lines to hold back the plate movements, as reported on February 26, 2012 in Issue282 of this newsletter.  In response, the establishment tried to take down the ZetaTalk website along with all its Mirror Sites, as detailed on March 18, 2012 in Issue285 of this newsletter. 

* Now the Council of Worlds has countered with a maneuver that seemed, as the Zetas had predicted, unimaginable.

* Is there an inherent contradiction in the Council of World’s edict on the Element of Doubt being maintained, yet at the present time “going to war” with the cover-up?

* If, at the time of Roswell, the establishment had chosen to allow the truth to prevail, as it was first published in newspapers at the time, what would have occurred?

* Likewise with the discovery that Planet X, aka Nibiru, was inbound toward the Sun. If announced to the public at the time when certainty was in hand -  in 1983 when the infrared cameras hoisted aloft sighted Planet X – then there would have been rampant speculation and competing theories resulting, but not mass panic or suicide.  It has been the decision of those in the establishment to conceal the truth from the public that has produced the current situation, where the Pole Shift is eminent while the public is unaware. The Element of Doubt is in place primarily to prevent panic in the establishment, who would harm the public in their desperate attempts to cling to their status.

During Transformations, several issues are paramount in importance. The Council of Worlds, who oversees the Awakening, must first determine the spiritual orientation of the transforming world. This is determined based on polling the entities that emerged on the world scheduled for harvest. Next, having made this determination, the Council decides what type of intelligent species will serve as physical bodies during incarnations. This determination waits on the determination as to orientation, as entities in the Service-to-Self and Service-to-Other have different requirements. For instance, the Service-to-Self want little telepathy and the Service-to-Others can't get enough. Next, and last, the schedule is determined.

The Transformation, and the Awakening that precede it, is paced to be in sync and accordance with the prior two determinations. For the Earth, this means that the Awakening cannot proceed too fast, so as to tilt the spiritual orientation mix toward the Service-to-Self. Fear and anxiety so tilt this mix, as the fearful and anxious seldom think of others, so the Awakening is paced so as not to heighten these emotions. The Transformation is not dependent on the Awakening, however, but is rather dependent on the spiritual mix of the entities incarnated or awaiting incarnation on Earth. When this reaches approximately 89% operating in the Service-to-Others orientation, the Transformation to 4th Density, in the physical sense, will occur. The Transformation to spiritual 4th Density, in effect, has already occurred by that time.

Are there going to be any full blooded humans left after 100 years post PS?

We have stated that homo sapiens will die out, being replaced by the Hybrids. Those who are undecided will be taken after death to their new home, a waterworld where an intelligent octopi is the intelligent species. Those who are Service-to-Other will reincarnate into the Zeta/human hybrids on Earth. Those who are Service-to-Other Star Children have their options of what world they wish to incarnate on next. Those who are highly Service-to-Self will reincarnate on prison planets, but in some cases will be taken to their new homes while still in human form. Service-to-Self worlds prefer a reptilian life form, not a hominoid, as they prefer to dampen their empathy and the reptilian form allows an emotionless response to others. Thus, 100 years after the pole shift, it is unlikely there will be any humans left. Unless some human child born in the troubled years after the pole shift lives a long and healthy life, which given the conditions after the pole shift is unlikely.
