Pending Announcement Status (New ZetaTalk)

This question posed on the Q&A for 9/29 is provided early, as frankly the announcement could come any time, and Obama's opportunity to be on the podium at the UN Tuesday 9/25 could provide another opportunity of sorts. The  announcement - composed of a brief overview by Obama explaining the now overturned National Security directive by Reagan followed by scientific explanations by NASA – had been pre-taped and  ready to go by Friday night September 14, 2012 right after the US markets closed.  But the escalating violent, a dozen attacks on US embassies in a swath from the Netherlands to Australia, forced a decision to delay until the next weekend.  Up until this time the crew planning the announcement informed the US military, in case riots broke out, and had alerted US banks to have extra cash on hand, stating only that Obama would be making an announcement .

Heads of State had been told about the presence of Planet X in the solar system in the Fall of 2003, by Bush, and told to keep their mouths shut. It was only after the embassy rioting delayed the first planned weekend announcement that the crew re-considered the effect on other countries. After all, rioting might break out as a result of the announcement. Allies in Europe and Australia did not like the late night Friday hour. Europe would prefer that they have the day to have the calming voice of their politicians on TV, and Australia did not want their day to break first so that they would be the first to have to explain to the world, via their politicians, any concerns that had not been covered by the US announcement. Early Saturday in the US thus became the slot of choice.

As more people were notified, their concerns tumbled in, and became a crescendo. Each concern required resolution, whether it be to clarify who was or was not responsible for the cover-up all these decades, to take time to arrange for extra security on banks or the residences of politicians, or to explain the immediate dangers to the public. Nancy had recommended to the crew implementing the announcement that they include the fact that Planet X had been in the inner solar system “for years”, to mollify immediate panic, and state in some manner that planetary bodies do not just crash into each other, but enter a “dance” of sorts, binary suns being an example. These recommendations were now accepted and implemented. Thus the second weekend of September 22-23, 2012 was expended resolving concerns and re-taping the pre-taped announcement, until it was too late.

Meanwhile the Council of Worlds continued to ramp up the pressure. As the first weekend opportunity passed, Alberto’s photos from September 15 suddenly showed that the corpus of Planet X itself had become more visible. Other photographers noted the same. As the second weekend opportunity passed, Alberto’s photos from September 21 suddenly showed a disbursed red dust cloud with greater visibility of the Moon Swirls, including the individual moons. Other photographers once again also noted the same in their image captures. The Council of Worlds had announced they planned to increase the signs in the skies for mankind until the announcement was made, what awaits for the last weekend in September?

@Love: No doubt it will be colored politically now. As a diversion from a perceived debate loss, or poll movement or some such thing. Especially by deniers.

There will never be a good time and the longer they leave it, the more they increase the risk of anger/backlash from the public as the signs increase - Lets see what the COW have install for the elite this week, a worldwide announcement of their own perhaps - cameras at the ready!

In all our discussions on the elite bunkers, there is little mention of their plans for the Aftertime. Their choices are clearly driven by the relative safety of the bunker location, the ease by which the elite can travel to and from the bunker location, and how well guarded from the starving hoards both before and after the pole shift the location might be. They also want the bunker location to have a pleasant climate both before and after the pole shift, with the potential of beach access in the Aftertime so they can return to living a lifestyle that is, in essence, a perpetual vacation. The elite are, in the main, a spoiled lot who have never been bothered with such mundane problems as growing food or maintaining an infrastructure. In short, they anticipate their pole shift survival plans to be having enough supplies to get them through until they can return to shopping and leisure living.

maybe another nudge is required but I guess I kinda thought it was a done deal now that they have pre-recorded the announcement twice and all of congress now knows about the announcement and has gone on home early awaiting it.  Seemed like the perfect day to do it with nothing major in the news, it seems the 7% prevailed,  I wonder what went wrong.....

I guess they have decided against making the announcement then, but there have been no major world events to prevent it this Saturday, I know there was a cyber attack on some banks over the last couple weeks that came to a head yesterday but the Council of Worlds could have easily stopped this hacking so there must be another reason they have decided against doing it, unless of course they plan to do it tomorrow on a Sunday? But thought they had planned the Saturday morning spot as the most ideal time for the US and allies.  Is anyone aware of any other reasons/world events to prevent the announcement going ahead as planned?

I just read that there was a massive cyber-attack on major online banks such as BOA and Welles Fargo. I myself had problems on the banking site last night when I tried to move money around on Welles Fargo site. The site is still very slow and unresponsive even today. The article blames Islamic extremist. I feel it's very suspicious with the planned announcement and all.
