Altering Earthquakes:

ZetaTalk Aug 7, 2010

As of late, I have observed that USGS and EMSC are a bit lax on their reports of earthquakes. Sometimes not seeing anything reported for hours from the last update, or seeing periods of 90-200 minutes with no earthquakes in between. My question is, are they leaving swarms of earthquakes out of their reports, or there are actually periods of no earthquakes?

SOZT:   Greater than 90% of the earthquake activity is being altered by the USGS at present, which is under orders to prevent any clue being given to the public about the Earth changes caused by the presence of Planet X. Over a decade ago, the approach was to de-sensitize the live seismographs periodically, so the displays do not turn black worldwide, and to ignore the twice-a-day patterns showing up on these seismographs. Then any quakes that could be dropped were dropped. This was obvious to some who were watching the database manipulation. Quakes in the list would suddenly disappear. This was particularly the case where a quake happened in a remote location, or out in the ocean. Dumbing down the magnitude quickly followed, but in order to ensure the public did not notice, the USGS took control of all websites reporting quake statistics. At times, this control breaks, and discrepancies are reported to the public. Some countries rebel. Quake swarms are another source of control, as they pepper the databases with many quakes and skew the statistics, and thus are pulled from the database. Else the question is raised, why so many?   EOZT

Will the USGS internet system be a reliable warning system for the European tsunami by registering on the net the New Madrid earthquake on the exact time it occurs?

SOZT:   It will not be a lack of information from the USGS that will be the point of confusion during the earthquakes leading up to the New Madrid adjustment, it will be knowing which quake is the big one vs the many minor quakes preceding it. The USGS downgrades almost all earthquakes, to prevent meaningful statistics from being generated from their databases. They also exclude quakes whenever they can, but this is unlikely to happen in the New Madrid area as it is in the center of a populated land mass. Thus you will have magnitude 6 quakes that will be called a 5.2, magnitude 7 quakes called a 6.1, and when a magnitude 8 or greater quake occurs, it will be called a 6.9.

We would advise that rather than watching the USGS quake statistics, that you watch the Earth changes. The adjustment that will incite the European tsunami will involve bridges on the Mississippi breaking, and being impassable. The land to the west of the Mississippi will drop so that the Mississippi will become 50 miles wide in the state of Mississippi. Watch for this. The New Madrid adjustment will be several large quakes of magnitude 8-9, though will be listed as a lesser magnitude. As the N American continent continues to unzip up to and along the Seaway, the quakes will be less than a magnitude 8 but very destructive to Cleveland and Toledo and Buffalo and the inland locks along the Seaway. Thus it is not what the USGS says that should be watched, but the condition of the bridges on the Mississippi, the impact on the cities along the Seaway, and whether the inland locks are reported as inoperable.   EOZT

Please collect earthquake-reports here. Significant Quakes or Magnitude 7+ can be posted separately.

This sentence from the 09/21/11 New York Times is telling.  Imagine what will happen following the major Japan quakes, New Madrid Adjustment, West Coast Adjustment, and the pole shift itself, and then you will understand why preparing the best you can and leaving for a safe location before disaster strikes is so important.

... “Relief work is going on at war footing,” Mr. Chamling said. “All the roads are broken and damaged. All the water pipelines are damaged. All the electric lines are damaged and disrupted. It will take months to repair all that.”...  http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/22/world/asia/india-quake-toll-rises...

Those who know the truth (probably because of ZetaTalk!) but continue to sit on the fence and fail to leave in time, will be very sorry they did not accept the Zetas' sage advice and actually do something to help themsevles.

The common man simply does not need an exact timeline, dates, or an official announcement from any government to do what is best, if they want to survive and help others.  People who procrastinate -- possibly due to the Second Great Depression and obligations and cannot leave earlier -- may not live to see the end of the cover up, much less the Aftertimes when humanity will eventually be free of the power and wealthy elites' utterly selfish control.  (Yes, there are exceptions among those elites, like STO Star Child President Barrack Obama.)

Strong earthquake hits much of the country Guatemala 19/09/2011
Earthquake of 4.8, 4.9 and 4.7 magnitude on the Richter scale shook the country at 12, 12.33 and 13.17 hours respectively. The epicenters were located in Santa Rosa, which is active since last July a swarm of earthquakes due to the failure of Jalpatagua. Cibernauts reported tremors in most parts of the country. Fire reported three people killed in Santa Rosa, but authorities have not confirmed.

CITY OF GUATEMALA - The first tremor occurred at 11.59.52 hours, according to the Institute of Seismology, Volcanology, Meteorology and Hydrology (Insivumeh). Official records indicate that the event was 4.8 magnitude on the Richter scale and 4 degrees of intensity on the Mercalli scale.

That quake was located 41 kilometers south southeast of Guatemala City, Santa Rosa.

"Very Strong", "very long", "felt strong," "how scary" were some of the comments from users of Prensa Libre in social networks to talk about the earthquake.

These surfers reported tremor in the metropolitan area, El Progreso, San Marcos, Sacatepequez, Chimaltenango, Santa Rosa, Jalapa, Chiquimula, Jutiapa, Zacapa, Alta Verapaz, Baja Verapaz, among others.

At 12.33 hours there was another tremor and Insivumeh reported that the event was 4.9 degrees on the Richter scale, 4 degrees of intensity on the Mercalli scale, always in Santa Rosa and 48 miles from the capital. Earlier the U.S. Geological Survey indicated that this earthquake was of 5.8 degrees.

The third quake, at 13.17 hours, was 4.7 degrees on the Richter scale and 4 degrees on the Mercalli scale, long centered in Santa Rosa and sensitive in most of the country.

Cell phone networks were saturated because of the number of users who need to communicate.

Firefighters preliminary reports that three people died in Santa Rosa because of the tremors, but details are unknown. The National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (Conrad) called a press conference at 15 hours and still did not confirm the deaths.

Vial Protection Directorate (Provial) reported landslides in 65 and 75 km of the route to El Salvador, both senses of the pathway are blocked.

The staff evacuated the Tower of Courts, the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Finance as security measure.

Eddy Sanchez, director of Insivumeh, recommended that the education authorities to suspend classes in that department.

The center is Jalpatagua failure which is causing the earthquakes of this day, the same as from July this year triggered an earthquake enjambed in Santa Rosa.

Social network users have reported that their workplace has continued the work, but others were evacuated
